вкусный завтрак , самый центр и все рядом, номер колоритный но так себе , хозяйка нереально красивая девушка !! влюбился )

The interiors are amazing, transports you to a different time. We loved all the decor. The coffee (we usually have espresso machiatos and cappuccinos) was simply amazing, flavorful and just perfect. The location is spot on, dead center in terms of the attractions and good restaurants. The roof top is the best part, having breakfast early with a panoramic view of stonetown is a highlight. The breakfast is delicious too, don't forget to try the fresh mango spreads, took me back to my childhood flavors from South India :-).
The shower didn't have much pressure, it was almost close to a trickle. The manager did acknowledge the fact but it's an old structure and our bathroom was on the top floor so there really wasn't much that could be done, better to ask for a room on the first floor if possible.

The property itself is very characteristic, an old palace with a lot of stairs and a stunning rooftop, and it's beautifully kept. We've been in the Arabica room and it was nice, clean and fairly big! They have the best coffee you can find in the Country, staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and the location is perfect if you want to walk to the main points of interest in Stone Town.

Interesting historical building, with nicely furnished room. The staff / management were super helpful in helping us set up airport and beach transfers. They also greeted us with some complementary coffee from the cafe, which was delicious. The only downside was that our private bathroom was separate from the bedroom in a nearby corridor (we stayed in Espresso, but I think some of the other rooms at the property have in suite bathrooms). It was still pretty convenient to use the bathroom, but I accidentally locked the key in the bathroom at night, and the manager kindly came back to the hotel to let me back in with the spare key. I just wish the bathroom door didn’t automatically lock
