the location is near the office, so i can just walk 15 minutes to my office

the price is high, the bathtub is broken

The hotel is good value for money. The rooms are spacious and the staff are quite helpful. Breakfast has good range of offerings that caters to local as well as international tastes. The hotel has a bar with live music which gets quite lively in the night.

The toilets could have been cleaner. English is not spoken by most of the staff; however, despite the language barriers, they were very helpful.

Hotel staffs were good.

Have been several years ago in the same hotel, Kartika needs in some parts renovation.
