Плюсы: The rooms were super clean and big. Good location. Close to the Mekong and night market.
Минусы: The breakfast left much to be desired. It was cold and little selection. Good, fresh coffee though. The beds are too hard for me and the view of the parking garage wasn't s great.

Плюсы: Staff were good and prompt for queries, a very good location for walking to shops, markets, restaurants, etc.
Минусы: Breakfast was included but you had to be quick to get the breakfast before they ran out of served food. A little prompt and additional servings of food was provided.

Плюсы: Location is quite good as its close to the big market, Wat Si Saket, Victory Gate, Palace etc. It is not close to where all the main street restaurants and shops are, but the city is small, so its ...
Минусы: Lots of mozzies in the room, but its not hotel fault. They were very helpful in providing mozzie spray. Wifi was very bad in our room 107! Could only get a signal if I stood at the door!

Минусы: Taxi ordered for early morning flight but it was not booked, no record of request and very little attempt to assist at 5am. Disappointing as the accommodation was good.
