Плюсы: We were very impressed with the accommodation...it was central to all the main attractions...we were particularly impressed with the staff who assisted especially Marta who helped us arrange transport to Auschwitz...we will suggest this stay to others

Плюсы: Lovely spacious room with two bathrooms and a kitchenette. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a quiet room. The location was about 20 minutes walk from Central Station, and 20-25 minutes from the Old Town. There were good places to eat nearby.

Плюсы: Расположение просто супер. Улица Хмельная, но ближе к ул. Новый Свят. Рядом автобусная остановка или в старый город или в сторону ж/д вокзала Центральный, Лазенки, Вильянов смотря с какой стороны улицы садиться в автобус. Вход как с улицы Хмельная, так и с перпендикулярной ул. Браска на ней табличка с названием отеля. От Варшава Центральная можно дойти пешком через подземный переход на Маршалковской. Вход в отель через двор, вполне приличный, во дворе два ресторана (один пиццерия) и парикмахерская. Современный холл отеля, приветливый персонал, на русском не говорили, но все понятно. Вход в отель вечером, лифт и дверь номера работают по карте от комнаты, сейф с кодом. При въезде попросили карту, заблокировали сумму и сняли уже ее при отъезде, все честно, без обмана. Номер замечательный двухэтажный. Лестница на второй этаж в два хороших пролета со стеклянными перилами, ступеньки деревянные. Не знала, что заказала такой номер или дали другой номер, в любом случае спасибо. На 1 этаже туалет и умывальник, кухня с посудой, ложками и вилками, тарелки и чашки, какие то ножи (вожу с собой острый нож, чашку, вилку, ложку, чужими не пользуюсь) кастрюли, чайник электрический, микроволновка, плита стеклокерамика, кофе машина, холодильник и морозилкой, посудомоечная машина, таблетки к ней, стол и 4 стула все это совмещено с большой гостиной с телевизором, диваном и двумя креслами, большие 4 окна, свет включение-выключение удобно, не нужно бегать по всем апартаментам. 2 этаж: со скошенным потолком и окнами, спальня с большой единой кроватью, телевизор, 3 или 4 ТВ канала на русском языке, ванная комната, туалет раковина зеркала, два окна(есть шторки), фен и сама ванна с душем со стеклянной шторкой. На стене гель для мытья, на 1 этаже тоже гель в туалете. Убирали каждый день. В Варшаве в конце августа было + 30, кондиционеров, два: на 1 и 2 этажах, работали исправно. В номере жарко не было. Утюг и доску принесли, оставили на все время проживания, денег не брали.

Минусы: Завтраки не брала, не знаю, кофе не пила. На кухне видимо сломан кран, шатался во все стороны, и очень высокий для такой раковины сильно брызгал, но так как кроме чая, вкусного сыра, йогурта ничего не готовила, этот вопрос был не актуален. А кран было бы неплохо отремонтировать на кухне.

Плюсы: Awesome location. Room was an enormous 1 bedroom suite. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Clean and central close to an abundance of restaurants, shopping, bars and cafes. Felt like having my own apartment as opposed to a stuffy hotel.

Минусы: Room decor was really dated and quite run down which was really disappointing considering the price paid but it was super clean. The gym was not a gym in any sense of the word.

Плюсы: The staff attention was very good and helpful. The place was well decorated and really clean. Good restaurants around. We were lucky and get free parking in the inner patio between buildings, otherwise they have parking available but yo have to pay for.

Плюсы: There were nice restaurants around and it was a close walk to parks and museums. The room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast selection was good. The staff at the reception were very helpful and make one feel welcome.

Минусы: The staff at the breakfast service could have been a bit more smiley and friendly, perhaps. They were always ready and quick to serve you but they lacked that friendliness and smile that the reception staff had.

Плюсы: Отличное место в Варшаве. Номер хороший. Брали люкс. Кровать тоже отличная, попросила ортопедические подушки, принесли. Отличная косметика в ванной. Обычно останавливаемся в Бристоле, но на этот раз решили поменять дислокацию. Не пожалели) В отеле есть ресторан, отличный. Меню маленькое, но очень все вкусно. В номере есть миникухня, отличный мини-бар.

Минусы: Окна выходили на улицу, на бар в котором отличная музыка, но до 2 ночи)) слышно в номере хорошо.

Плюсы: A charming hotel on a wonderful street in central Warsaw. The staff were very friendly and the junior suite was absolutely perfect.

Минусы: We were rudely greeted by construction workers outside the hotel blocking us from entry. No one from the hotel cane to help us deal with them or offer any help period. When I complained, the receptionist simply told me that she didn’t like them either and they were a bother to her. So much for hospitality...

Плюсы: We got a really spacious 2 bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a balcony. Very good in-house restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Nice bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and some small grocery stores. Parking possible in the underground garage.

Минусы: Room cleaning could have been done better. Parking spots in the garage are fairly narrow, but it is not a big issue if you do not want to move the car very often or if you have a small car.

Плюсы: Nice interior architecture. Great restaurant and original bar. Excellent breakfast. Cosy gym. The maitre d'hôtel was very friendly and he recognised me, I stayed at the hotel 5 months ago.

Минусы: The music during breakfast sounded too loud and the choice of music could have been better. The waiters in the restaurant need more style and professionalism. The piano is gone ...

Плюсы: Уютный, удачно расположенный отель, тихий номер с окнами во двор, удобная кровать, новая сантехника, прекрасно работает кондиционер, интернет. Все очень комфортно. Приехали в 10 утра, и нас сразу заселили. Персонал в ресепшн приветливый и профессиональный.

Минусы: Дорогие завтраки. В ванной комнате не было коробки с бумажными салфетками.

Минусы: The lighting in the room. So pretentious and utterly annoying, hard to master, blasting you with light or leaving you in the dark.

Плюсы: Очень красивый отель, номера супер, ванна класс, вид на парковку тоже плюс когда своя машина!

Плюсы: Loved the rooms, very clean and tidy, with comfortable large bed, although a bit high for my taste. Even though I was in an inner room, the large window facing the hotel lobby, made me feel as an exterior window. The hotel has nice amenities and we even have a kettle and a coffee machine in the room with complementary water replaced everyday, tea and coffee bags. The employees are very nice and accomodating. The breakfast has many options and a nice selection of alternative breakfasts such as smoothies ou chia pudding. The location is near the "most beautiful" street in Warsaw, with nice restaurants around, and with a 20 minute walk straight we reach easily the Old Town Market. We can even go to the Mall where Hard Rock Café is, by foot.

Минусы: It's near a club, so on the night of Saturday to Sunday, even though I was in an inner room, on the 4th floor, the noise kept me up all night. I complained to the front desk at 8.30 in the morning and I was told that I've should complain during the night, because the club manager always asks if any hotel guest is complaining. I had no ideia where the noise was coming from, and was too tired to even call the reception in the middle of the night. So important information for those who seek a quiet hotel, during weekeds, it's not. It's near a trendy club that is open until 8.30 in the morning.

Плюсы: New hotel, spotlessly clean, very well located, well equipped room, comfortable mattress, very effective and helpful staff. Spacious building but still intimate. You feel you are in the hands of professionals.

Минусы: Some room features (at least ours), bordered on the dysfunctional : bay windows facing similar windows, making constantly closed curtains a necessity, A/C vents blowing up from the floor by the bedside, uncomfortably high mattress. The breakfast offered cost more than some dinners we had in Warsaw.

Плюсы: Отличное расположение( в самом центре города)-рядом много кафе и ресторанов , супермаркеты . В 30 минутах ходьбы торговый центр Золотые терассы , Старый город , парк Лазенки . Современный отель в старом здании .

Минусы: Неполный комплект ванных принадлежностей - нет шапочки , ватных дисков , палочек . Часть номеров имеет окно не на улицу !!!, а окно в холл отеля ( так как отель находится в старом здании , внутренний дворик переделан в холл отеля ). Уточняйте этот момент при бронировании !!!

Плюсы: The breakfast was nice. A bit costly in view of the average cost of living in Warsaw but it is expected in a high-end hotel. The hotel upgraded me to a suite in 24th floor with a great view of the Cultural Center building. The swimming pool and gym located in 44th floor was amazing!!!

Минусы: There was nothing I did not like

Плюсы: Отель находится в пяти минутах от вокзала и главного торгового центра. Рядом много магазинов и кафешек. От старого города достаточно далеко, один раз пройти нормально, а в остальных случаях пользовалась либо прокатом электросамокатов (стоят на каждом углу города), либо автобусом. Приехала в отель сильно раньше, свободного номера моей категории не было и мне предложили заселиться сейчас, но в номер более дорогой. В итоге за дополнительные 90 евро за ночь любовалась видом сталинской высотки. В номере было все, что нужно - всевозможные ванные принадлежности, тапочки, халат и прочее. Номер очень просторный, в ванной комнате и душевая кабина, и сама ванна. На завтрак приходила к самому окончанию, но хоть было и очень людно, места свободные были, выбор еды тоже отличный.

Плюсы: Прекрасное расположение, чистота, вежливый пенсонал

Плюсы: Great view (room located on 36th floor!), great and complete breakfast with many, MANY choices. Staff very friendly.

Минусы: Facilities do not scale with the many travellers. Swimming pool was crowded until lunchtime, and was not able to eat at the restaurant because it was full. Not acceptable at this standing.

Плюсы: Staff were extremely helpfull throughout the course of my journey and exceeded my expectations. Room Service was fantastic. Paid for breakfast but was not made aware how and what to do to proceed however I could have asked. I asked for a single large bed and was given a 2 single beds joint together.

Минусы: The bathroom was not clean, especially the toilet had urine underneath the seat. The shower power was weak, struggled to control the temperature. But overall it was tidy and clean around the premise and rooms I visited.

Минусы: Отель на 4 звезды, на пять не тянет. Если вы хотите 5 звёзд , берите другой отель. Мы разочаровались. Отель предоставил делюкс, но не тот который мы заказывали. Списали с карты больше денег, чем было заявленно, невзирая даже на курс валют. В ванной комнате не было косметического набора в полном объёме. Принесли только после напоминания. Народу много: на check-in/check-out очереди, все желают получить счет-фактуру за проживание, что говорит о большем наличии в отеле людей командировочных, чем путешествующих. Завтрак разбит на две зоны, один зал маленький, второй большой. Как угадать какой нормальный? Бассейн небольшой.

Плюсы: Can't get a better location in Warsaw. The hotel's building is a brilliant renovation work, elegant and welcoming. Breakfast is top class. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Минусы: Didn't affect us but parking is an issue in the city. Not sure if the hotel has parking or not.

Плюсы: The location of the hotel is excellent! Walking distance from everything - metro station 3 min, Central train station 7 min, shopping mall Zlote Tarasy (just behind the trains station) and T-K-Maxx 10 min, the Royal Route (Nowy Swiat str) 15 min, and the Palace of Culture just in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, seems like has just finished a renovation, both from outside and inside. No signs of wear on carpets and walls, no smell, everything is shining. I cannot evaluate the facilities since I have not used them. The room service was very fast, the room was perfectly cleaned every day. The staff was very helpful and responsive. A convenience shop is 3 min walk from the hotel, which is also very useful.

Минусы: The only cons I can think about is power sockets. There are not enough of them. I could not put my phone in charge by the bed. Also in other locations there was lack of available power sockets for my tablet, camera charger and other devices.

Плюсы: Отличный завтрак, хорошее обслуживание. Гостиница расположена рядом с центральным вокзалом и торговыми центрами.

Плюсы: We were offered an upgraded room which is always nice. Staff was exceptionally helpful. One in particular is Tatiana who helped us with a variety of needs. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing but good things to say about this hote.

Плюсы: The hotel is located on a quaint street just steps away from restaurants, the old town area, main square and plenty of shopping. The hotel itself is breathtaking upon entering the lobby and you knew you were entering into luxury. The staff greeted us with friendliness and warmth. A very nice young man assisted us by taking our luggage from the car to the room. Entering the room was amazing, as it was so elegant with charm, clean and a nice view of the quiet street. Another unique feature was the mirror was the TV!

Минусы: Everything was perfect! No complaints at all and would definitely return. I would tell anyone traveling to Warsaw to book a room at this hotel as it is a perfect location and an amazing, quiet hotel.

Плюсы: Wonderful, comfortable, modern, clean, hotel with a very accommodating staff. Super comfy bed, quality linens! I enjoyed a nice massage. My husband said the gym is one of the best he’s seen in a hotel. We had a nice dinner with wine. Delicious breakfast; we only ate a la carte, but a large buffet is offered. Prompt, friendly airport shuttle that runs 24/7 on the half hour.

Плюсы: The location of this hotel is excellent for access to the Warsaw (WAW) Airport. This hotel provide shuttle service every 30 minutes to WAW, which we used.

Плюсы: Великолепный отель, удобства и персонал. Даже при желание придраться нельзя найти, что не так. Кухня, рестораны класс. Шаттлбус в аэропорт каждые 30 минут - класс.

Минусы: Было очень жалко, что приходится выселятся через 8 часов в отеле, потому что нужно было улетать. Совет путешествующим, до аэропорта 10 минут, не нужно сильно рано выходить.

Плюсы: Отличный вариант ночевки рядом с аэропортом. Все чистое, новое, в номере можно заварить чай/кофе, погладить одежду.

Минусы: Шум от дороги

Плюсы: Очень хороший завтрак.

Минусы: Все-таки дороговато. Выбор блюд на ужин в ресторанах небольшой

Плюсы: The shuttle bus from and to the airport is free and I had to wait only few minutes. Very big buffet for breakfast in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean.

Минусы: Thin walls to the next room - laughing and shouting until 1:30 am. Then I called the reception and they stopped the people to make such a noise in the middle of the night.

Минусы: The breakfast was ok but didn't provide great choice. There wasn't a mini bar in the room and also an iron. You can iron your clothes on a special floor but the idea of bringing them to there and back didn't look good to me so I didn't use this service.

Плюсы: Great view from large window wall in the room. Close to historical Center of Warszawa walking or by bus (very frequent). Helping staff in the Hotel, and very rich breakfast!

Минусы: It's weird but window in the room doesn't open. In any room in the hotel! (we asked the receptionist) We dont have lack of air - ventilation and conditioning works perfect but it's so confusing. Dirty mirror in the room - a lot of fingerprints on it.

В итоге через 3 минуты в наш номер постучали, мы были извините не совсем одеты и не открыли после второго стука дверь открыли своим ключом и сказали почему пользуетесь баром

Плюсы: The breakfast was really nice and provided items for every taste! The room was clean and spacious. I also liked the swimming pool with a salty water very much. The service and staff were nice and attentive. I loved the SPA and the treatments I received.

Минусы: We did like almost everything. Maybe in terms of the placement in the rooms - the hotel is relatively big and therefore it took a while to reach the swimming pool area or the gym from our room. It would be useful to ask at the reception while checking in to be placed in rooms that are closer if you intend to use these facilities. Also, at breakfast, the staff were little bit too eager to clean tables and so they were literally removing plates from us while we were still eating.

Минусы: Не понравилось, что если приехать в 1 час ночи, голодными и холодными, то перекусить даже не чего... нет круглосуточного ресторана, и даже бар закрылся... поэтому этого не хватает...

Плюсы: Very nice pool (if you are lucky and miss the groups of children that apparently come at times), comfortable room.

Минусы: Due to a lot of noise (power tools etc.) linked to setting up an exhibition in the lobby, it was impossible to eat in the restaurant. Even if it is understandable that such work has to be done, in such a case there should be doors to close or other soundproofing to the restaurant. This is not a hotel for visiting Warsaw (far out), but for a stop on a drive or similar (although a bit complicated to get to).

Плюсы: It was a very clean and comfortable room. Checking in was easy and the location was great. I recommend staying here for a nice central spot in the city.

Плюсы: Уютный номер, продумано все до мелочей, достаточно света и большая кровать. Понравилось разделение пространства номера на зоны спальни, отдыха, кухни, рабочей зоны. Отличный санузел и много розеток. Порадовало наличие утюга и гладильной доски в номере. Ресторан и завтрак соответствуют уровню гостиницы, представлены блюда разных стран, большой выбор. И, конечно, панорамный лифт.

Минусы: Около набора посуды небольшие пятна от воды. И хотелось бы одноразовые зубную пасту и щетку.

Плюсы: Шикарный современный отель недалеко от исторического центра Варшавы. Прекрасные виды на современный деловой центр города. Великолепные дизайнерские номера, отличные рестораны в самом отеле и рядом.

Плюсы: Everything else, location perfect, food was amazing out of this world, even though it was right by a main road nights can't be more quieter. Though the rooms were nice and comfortable, the wood touch in the rooms did not do it fair. What I most wanna point out is the amazing job the hotel did in helping me to set up the room So I could surprise my wife celebrating our wedding anniversary. Especially katarzyna, what a nice person.

Минусы: There was some stains on the duvet, which we did not see till our last day

Плюсы: Beautiful decor. There were lots of lovely mirrors all over the hotel, including my room. The bathroom had a really nice jet shower + bathtub and I slept in the most comfortable queen sized bed! Really helpful hotel staff as well.

Минусы: For lack of anything negative to say about the hotel, the walk from the city center was a bit long on foot, especially after a full day of exploring the Old Town.

Плюсы: I asked for a late check out because on the morning of the check out day I would participate in a Warsaw marathon. The staff gladly granted my wish. This allowed me to come back to the hotel after I've crossed the finish line and take a shower. Thank you!

Плюсы: Great location with many restaurants and cafe around. 15min walk to the Central Railway Station. The hostel is clean and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was there for one night of private room and one night of dormitory. Both rooms are beautiful and clean. If I were to go to Warsaw again, I will definitely stay in this hostel again.

Минусы: Not really a big issue but the hostel is on the 3rd floor without elevator. If you have big luggages, it might be difficult to move your stuff up and down.

Плюсы: Ресепшн работает 24/7, что безумно удобно. Оставались на одну ночь, все было отлично. Особенно то, что можно после выселения остаться в общей комнате-выпить чаю,покушать. Большое спасибо))

Плюсы: really nice hostel with friendly staff and good location. not exactly in the center but 5 minutes from a metro station and close to food market. for us it was good location to discover few parts of Warsaw. the hostel has no elevator, so it can be hard for some people to climb 3-4 floors.

Плюсы: Nice and convenient deluxe studio. Good bed, nice bathroom, spacious.

Минусы: Too noisy from the apartments nearby. Some idiot started at 0700h with preparing breakfast and so on. A lot of noise from the street. You can close the window which is ok, but no airco.

Плюсы: Location was close to Central Station so very convenient if arriving by train from the airport. We really appreciated the heated bathroom floor!!

Минусы: There was nothing I did not like. Front desk staff was very friendly and even put a handwritten note on our key card with his name in case there was anything further he could help with.

Плюсы: Просторный номер, отличная большая удобная кровать, 4 подушки на любой вкус :) В номере есть все необходимое, включая чайник, стаканы, кружки, воду, принадлежности для душа... Всегда чисто, убирают каждый день, отличный вид из окна, отличное расположение недалеко от исторического центра.

Минусы: В номере в конце сентября было холодновато :( Особенно в душе. Казалось, что из вытяжки дует воздух минусовой температуры.

Плюсы: Excellent location, really nice and helpful staff, clean rooms.

Минусы: Small room, tiny closet (also, if you open the closet door, you can’t get out of the bathroom - wasn’t fascinated by this solution). Quite expensive for the value you get. Really crowded on breakfast time, you share tables with strangers, wait in big line for the coffee (which is not even that good).

Плюсы: Удачное расположение недалеко от Центрального жд вокзала и исторического центра города, чистый и удобный номер, хороший вид из окна, тишина в округе, готовы были заселить сразу как только номер был готов, не дожидаясь установленного времени

Минусы: Подушки) попались большие и не очень удобные, жесткие

Плюсы: Отель понравился, сервис на высшем уровне. Чистый, уютный, большое разнообразие на завтрак, хорошее расположение. Советую.

Плюсы: On the first day is good but on the next day it's a lot of people there's no table to seat.

Плюсы: Friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. Good location. Nice shampoo/body cream.

Минусы: Didn't like that the TV was on (displaying name) upon arrival. The batteries of the remote didn't work so I had to go downstairs again to have someone fix it and turn it off. Window also didn't close properly. Couldn't be fixed so they moved me to a better room which was nice of them :)

Плюсы: We loved everything from the moment we arrived. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our apartment room was beautiful and had everything you could want. We thought we had landed truly in a Palace !! And the location was so great, on a street that got you to the best restaurants and activities and public transportation. This was our first visit to Poland and our accommodations were over our expectations. Don't hesitate to spend your time in Warsaw here.

Плюсы: Perfect location. Clean, spacious apartment, hairdryer, AC, good breakfast. Easy check in and out, smiley English-speaking stuff.

Минусы: I missed the air-conditioning in the smaller room with the single bed. Breakfast is only until 10 am. No private parking for hotel guests, it's not easy to find a place.

Плюсы: The apartments are well positioned, just off a busy street with a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops all around. For those who don’t mind walking, the old town can be reached on foot in 20-30 mins. Our apartment overlooked the beautiful, well maintained and peaceful courtyard. We frequented and liked the cafe located there. The apartment itself was fine. It was clean and tastefully furnished. The living room had a nice size.

Минусы: There were two little things we would have preferred - a separate toilet and a second two-seater sofa - because there were three of us in the apartment.

Плюсы: Very comfortabel hotel, you feel like you are at home. We stayed at a Junior apartment and liked it a lot. Breakfast was also very good. Can't say the location is very central but if you arrive to Warsaw just to visit the city then it's quite ok since it takes only 15-20 minutes walk to get to the center of the city

Минусы: The only thing that I personally would recommend to the hotel management is to fix at least one small shelf in the shower cabin, just in case your guest would like to use his/her own shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a razor, a comb or a hair clip in the shower. I had to put all this stuff just on the bottom of the cabin. And flushing system is not operating very good presumably due to saving reasons. But, imho, the hotel is spending more rather than saving.

Плюсы: The suite was quite large and rooms were generous. The rooms were clean. The sofa in the TV room was comfy if it was a touch longer it would have been better than the beds.

Минусы: The breakfast was very poor. The bed was a slab of concrete and the pillows hard. No TV in the bedroom. We paid a good price for this hotel but would not recommend this hotel for the full rate.

Плюсы: St. Andrew's Palace is not your usual hotel. An all-suite hotel, it offers generous living and sleeping rooms along with a fully equipped kitchen, and a luxurious bath. There is no room service, house cleaning on the weekend, or 24-hour front desk, but non of that detracts from the extraordinary positive experience of staying at the St. Andrew's. It is conveniently located in the city. A suite facing onto the courtyard tends to be quieter than those facing the pedestrian street zone. The courtyard cafe offers a decent breakfast. It closes at 11:00pm, whereas the street scene can go on until after midnight. St. Andrews offers more than luxury hotels in the area and at a lower rate. The air conditioning came in handy. TV, video, DVD player.

Минусы: St. Andrew's does not have its own parking. I did not get any information from them before my arrival. Upon arrival, I was directed to a large guarded surface lot about a 10-minute walk, but I found a much better deal in an even closer underground guarded garage just 5 minutes by foot. The entrance to the pedestrian zone in which the hotel is located is difficult to find at first, and I was not quite sure that I could drive into it. But you can. The hotel's website could provide better information, maybe even a map to alleviate the search. But, Ende gut, alles gut!

Плюсы: Excellent security and reasonably quiet provided you are overlooking the courtyard - spacious and well appointed - close to shopping in department stores and to the weekend market along Nowy Swiat - easy walk (for those without impairment) to the University and down into the old city.

Минусы: There is no room service or reception on Saturday and Sunday - make your own beds and no change of towels and bed linen - the 24hr security guard takes over the reception role but English can be a problem if you want more than a taxi. Chmielna is rather run down (undergoing renovation) and has its interesting collection of colourful characters.

Плюсы: It is like a home away from home. Lots of space and close to shops and places to eat. Close also to tran station.

Минусы: Only thing we thought was required were fans in the room or better still air con to be installed. It was very hot.

Плюсы: Friendly, helping, english speaking stuff. Spacious room.

Минусы: As this is an appartment hotel, it worth mentioning that the hotel doesn't provide elementary amenities, e.g. soap, shampoo.

Плюсы: Value for money. The location compared to price paid was very good.

Минусы: nothing; maybe that the "reception" only was open Monday to Friday and we stayed there during the weekend but wasn't a problem as we didn't have any problems.

Минусы: You probably need to update the cafe a bit, and you have to run the hot water for at least 15 minutes before it gets hot!

Плюсы: В общем нам нас всё устроило. Хорошее месторасположение, зона SPA, отличные, разнообразные завтраки.

Минусы: Маленькая ванная комната, кто останавливается надолго не очень удобно. Бесплатный wi fi, только если оплачены завтраки.

Плюсы: Our rooms were on the 31st floor and had fantastic view. The room with separate beds had two queen size beds! Super comfy! The bar downstairs offered high quality cocktails and desserts. Stayed just for night (10pm-11am) and asked to do express laundry service and got our clothes at 10am already.

Минусы: A little bit old bathroom.

Минусы: For that amount wifi should be included...

Плюсы: It was good memories and I can see the amazing view from my room. It is a picturesque view. And The bed is comfortable.

Плюсы: The hotel is very central to the transport hub and shopping, restaurants the bed & pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast excellent it even included regional dishes. We stayed in the king room on 27th floor after a long flight from Australia it was just what we needed a restful stay.

Минусы: All good.

Плюсы: The hotel looks quite new and good equipped. Except personel everything is ok.

Минусы: The staff doesn’t know, what the service means. So many words NO I haven’t heard in my life. No willing to help. There was no remote control for TV in a room. During the first night we couldn’t switch off the AC, next day we had to contact the reception, it should have to be done from there.

Плюсы: Большой номер. Много мелочей: мыльные принадлежности, две бутылки воды по 0.5л, холодильник, большой телевизор, кондиционер, большой стол и маленький для перекуса на двоих. Большие окна. Никто не беспокоил. Есть специальные стикеры на дверь с уведомлениями для персонала. Wi-fi ловил хорошо. Взлёт самолётов несильно беспокоил, летали редко. Вокруг отели много магазинов. Есть несколько кафешек, где можно покушать

Минусы: Грязное постельное бельё с чужими волосами. Грязные полотенца в душе. Наличие кофе машины, в которой нельзя просто подогреть тёплую воду, так как постоянно вода из него выходит со вкусом кофе. Чайник был бы гораздо универсальнее

Плюсы: Приехал в 10, заселили без вопросов. Вечером того же дня решил поужинать в ресторане отеля. Шеф готовил... Буду помнить всю оставшуюся жизнь !!! И паста и стэйк и татар были Великолепны !!!

Плюсы: Extremely clean rooms and ambiance, room equipped with new stylish furniture and appliances, nice bathroom. The location is excellent when travelling from or to Chopin airport. Also breakfast was delicious - buffet style full of choices. I totally recommend! :)

Минусы: The AC cannot be adjusted manually by ourselves even if the is a switch for this in the room. It need to be done via reception - ?! First room - AC was not working, I called reception and they informed me is should be fine in few minutes I need to wait. Question - why is the hotel asking about my arrival time if they are not able to prepare the room on time ( 23:00 check-in...) AC didn't get fine. I changed my room - in the next room the temperature was by 15 degree maybe, so it was freezing - none of the stuff called to check if I am satisfied with the new room and if the temperature was ok - this point is very poor, considering I was already very annoyed and super tired after a long journey... Hotel itself was great, but customer service should be improved

Плюсы: Идеальный вариант перед вылетом из аэропорта Шопен. Очень хороший и большой номер. Подземная парковка 30 злотых (на букинге написано 60), но без проблем поставил машину напротив входа а отель бесплатно.

Минусы: Произошла странная ситуация. У меня заблокировали сумму на карте и потом списали. Но заблокирована сумма висит))) возможно потому что вскр попало и банк не снял блокировку. Но на сегодня имею минут два раза оплата))) хорошо что только две ночи. А если бы неделю решил побыть и так два раза списали. А блокировку суммы банк снимет только через месяц, если отель не снимет сам))) ну как кто так

Плюсы: Clean, closely located to a tram line that brings you to the city centre. And relatively conveniently located when you need to catch an early morning flight. No airport transfer though.

Минусы: It's a typical chain hotel. Clean, offers all the hotel room should offer...but it has absolutely no character whatsoever. I can't say much difference from other chain hotels. The room was a bit cold. Turning up the aircon did not help.

Плюсы: Почти всё. Отличный отель. Был здесь несколько раз. Отличные номера, хорошее качество и не дорогая цена. Если бы не казус с кондиционером в последний раз, то 9/10. Рекомендую отель всем путешествиникам

Минусы: В номере не работал кондиционер. Ночь была ужасная из-за невыносимой духоты. Был на своей машине ( крупный кроссовер) не помещается в лифт парковки отеля.

Плюсы: Все прекрасно, но на 5* не тянет, откровенно хорошие 4*, завтрак неплохой, но не самый лучший. Неплохой бассейн внизу. Далековато от Старого города.

Плюсы: The breakfast was AMAZING! We spent the Friday evening 20/09/2019 in the Pool, jacuzzi and we we're almost alone. So it was almost like having our private SPA. All types of service worked effortlessly and we enjoyed it a lot

Минусы: Sometimes we found it difficult to communicate with the staff. The location isn't very central and we needed an Uber to get to the centre. It would have been nice to just walk. However the hotel is right next to a beautiful park.
