Плюсы: Nice rooms and very friendly staff. Good location within walking distance to most things downtown. Bed was comfortable and in room kitchen very well equipped.

Минусы: The room service food we ordered was very poor quality. I was no better than a frozen microwave meal. Not worth the money - go out. There are plenty of great restaurants around

Плюсы: I loved everything about this hotel. The reception, service, room, dining and location. I had a courtyard room which was lovely and quiet. The hotel is is downtown, but on a quiet street - walkable to shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff was wonderful

Минусы: Lots of little problems add up - broken phone in bedroom, SD TV instead of HD, AC unit gave us all mild asthma. Staff had no peptol-bismol on hand late night and didn't know what it was. I'd had a surgery and was vomiting in the night and needed some.

Плюсы: Clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom and loved its amenities, pretty good hot breakfast included, good location and very friendly staffs. I will definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Vancouver.

Плюсы: One of the most relaxing hotels in which we’ve stayed. Every member of the staff we encountered exuded warmth and caring.

Минусы: The room in the suite was drafty and seriously cold compared to the living room space. There is one tiny vent in the bedroom. The difference in temperature was 10 degrees. Had to crank the heat up to 75 degrees Fahrenheit in the living room where the thermostat is to get the temperature in the bedroom to 65.

Минусы: Bathroom in 1204 requires some attention. Child depth bath is not really relevant in this room. Would be better as a step in shower stall. White tiles in bath area require cleaning/re- grouting . Shower head wall cap not siliconed to the wall. There is no exhaust fan. Cleaners must have had to clean the damp ceiling with the floor mop as was dark curly hairs on the ceiling. Do the Doorman really need to blow those shrill taxi whistles at 4am. It woke me up on the 12th floor. Hotel over the road is guilty of the same.

Минусы: The men’s wash room in the health club needs updating, the showers were a bit sad and the steam room was not nearly hot enough.

Плюсы: Nice art on the walls of Lobby, hallways and room. Nice Hot Tub available, and in-room Kimonos to wear to it. Nice comfortable beds for sleeping. Located Downtown with lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful Staff.

Минусы: No breakfast offered, Sister and her Husband had a Continental Breakfast included in their rate each morning, that if we had wanted, would cost us $57.00 each for myself and my Husband , for each morning. Nope, we went to the underground Mall to the Food Court that was there ! No free WiFi in our room, which is a first for us to encounter ! No in-room slippers to wear to the hot tub. No in-room fridge to cool our wine that we brought, only their own stocked fridge full of items to purchase at high cost. In-room coffee machine inside a bottom slide out drawer, hard to access and hard to see when pouring the measure of water into machine. Daylight showing all around the frame of hall door- so much for not hearing all travellers walking the hallways. Only logical place to park was in their garage with Valet service- $50.00 + each day, plus gratuities. Any other option of parking was not easy or close. Only one chair in room, at office desk, so this room was not used to entertain Family in. I expected Concierge Desk Service to be able to tell us where to find a nearby area that had a grass area for our female dog to pee on. We found one ourselves on the second day. No exhaust fan available in Bathroom.

Плюсы: The hotel staff were all amazing! I'd like to call out Tacio Silva Olveira specifically for going above and beyond for my twins' bday. He arranged for a room upgrade and also for some birthday toys.

Плюсы: The concierge and reception staff provided some of the best service in the industry (I have worked in tourism for 5 years). We stayed twice in the space of two weeks for 1 night each time. On both occasions we were checked in to our room hours before check in started and were given multiple bits of advice and local knowledge. We were made to feel comfortable and at home in Van.

Плюсы: Clean, good location, fantastic and friendly staff. Everything was quality.

Плюсы: Staff were wonderful and the location was perfect for our needs.

Плюсы: The service was excellent! The room decoration is decent and clean. The Granville train station and shopping mall are right next to the hotel.

Минусы: Parking is $40 with hotel, but you can park at nearby st like Howe or Horney for $12-18/day. Street noise might be bothering but we don‘t have problem sleeping.

Плюсы: Breakfast was good but the granola could be better.

Минусы: The room had no natural light because the window faced on to the chiller on the adjoining roof top. I suggest you try and avoid taking a room on the first floor.

Плюсы: Close to everything. We walked all the way to Grandville Island and back. Plenty of good restaurants along the way and right next door to the Keg Steakhouse. Breakfast included was excellent! The staff was courteous and helpful.

Минусы: Tiny Elevator, parking was 30 CAD per day, you need to unload quickly in front because you are blocking a lane.

Плюсы: Great customer service, location and ammenities. We ended up coming back for an extra night toward the end of our trip as we could not fault it.

Плюсы: I love that they offered us a free upgrade as we celebrated my fiancée’s birthday. Our stay also included breakfast when I booked. I was very impressed. The facilities are amazing.

Минусы: I honestly cannot complain. There were just minor issues that affected my plans for a special day. I was a little sad that there was a $28 charge to request for synthetic rose petals and that we would have had to order balloons from an outside source then pay to have them placed in the room. And when I asked for early check-in so that I could do these things myself, they couldn’t grant it to me. So my fiancée had to wait in the lobby while I ran up to the room to do these things myself.

Massive comfy king size bed, staff are all exceptional & so friendly thank you for making our last 2 nights in Vancouver for our 10th wedding anniversary so memorable & special. Lovely choices for kids on the menu for in room dining which was of great quality. Nice lounge bar downstairs with again beautiful views. Highly recommend this hotel for location right on the water & right near Gastown, all staff are absolutely lovely & all around comfort. Will be staying here whenever we’re in Vancouver.

Минусы: Walls were a bit thin so we had an issue with noisy neighbours (i.e. they weren't throwing a party, they are just loud talkers naturally)

Плюсы: Beautiful hotel right on the waterfront. Used it for a one-night pre-cruise stay and it couldn't have been easier. Easily walked to Gastown for shopping and dining.

Минусы: Sometimes the elevators took a while and were full, so we'd have to wait for the next one.

Плюсы: Proximity to the HAL cruise terminal was unbeatable. The lunchtime service in the bar downstairs was excellent, including jazz music selected by our waitress. The bed was comfortable. The desk attendant got us a room quickly even though we arrived quite early.

Минусы: The water and shower were strange. Hot water ran out of the cold faucet in the sink for a full minute before it got cold, every time. Temperature of the shower and strength of the stream were from the same dial, so to get good pressure you had to sacrifice comfort. Truly bizarre. You need better signage downstairs to find the front desk. Usually they're on the ground floor. One of the down elevators was out, so we had a long wait because the first one working was full. $4.50 for bottles of water in the room? No way! There should be 2 complimentary water bottles, which you get in other fine hotels. And there is no convenience store nearby which stocks good water at a reasonable price. The (excellent) TV in the room was set at an odd angle, you have to twist your neck to view. Channel selections did not include Fox Business, which has higher ratings than CNBC; and MLB Network, which has baseball coverage other than the Toronto Blue Jays. And if you must burn half a dozen channels on French language programming, it's time to expand channel capacity. The three dinner restaurants had problems, in addition to high prices. The bar which had such good recorded music at lunch had a terrible, whiny live folksinger performing. We had to leave. The top premium restaurant was closed for a special event, and the third was expensive and you could still hear the awful folksinger because there was no wall. We wound up dining at the hotel across the street. You don't want people walking in there, do you? Finally, and most annoyingly, there was a fifteen minute waiting queue for a taxicab when we were leaving for the airport. The cab driver explained that the problem was all the cabs were handling cruise ship traffic. Well, this must happen most days, and you need to do something about it besides having an older doorman losing a battle with the hotel across the street (and customers down the street) for the attention of the taxis. You should probably warn your guests in advance of the problem, and provide a list of private local cars/limos and the URL of the Vancouver version of Uber as alternatives. And hire a sexy young woman to replace the older gent because if cabbies in Canada are anything like those in the U.S., they won't make sharp U-turns to avoid a beautiful woman making sharp whistling sounds.

Минусы: I was paying over $--- for a standard room for a night. I felt that for the price of a room that internet could have been included and not cost extra.

Минусы: Staff was condescending, the manager unhelpful when we explained the issue. We have strict dietary needs and the room fridge was not working. Our food spoiled and the staff was unhelpful and blamed it on us for putting items in the fridge to begin with.

Плюсы: The room was comfortable and quiet. Excellent bed. We slept well after arriving on our overseas flight. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and some irresistible signature cocktails.

Минусы: This hotel is no longer modern or luxurious; its age is showing. We got a last minute deal on the room, and would have been disappointed in the overall value if we had paid full price.

Плюсы: This Four Seasons has seamless service like all of the other Four Seasons, but what I appreciated was the elegant and older decor. So many hotels are looking the same these days. It is sad to know this hotel is closing in 2020. Enjoy it while you can. Yew has excellent food and the hotel is in a perfect location.
