Плюсы: Perfect location, right in the middle of Toulouse! Big, modern room, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really nice and the staff very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Минусы: Nothing, it was great!

Плюсы: Breakfast was fantastic, particularly the little touches like the boiled egg machine! The man who checked us in at Reception on Saturday 24 August at 13.00 (and checked us out the next day at 13.00) was brilliant. Despite being on his own, he was patient, helpful & friendly. And a very simple checking in & out process too.

Минусы: Only thing I can think of is that we’d bought a bottle of champagne (not in the hotel) to celebrate our last night of holiday, to drink in our room & the man on reception wouldn’t let us gave 2 glasses.

Минусы: The bed was very comfortable. However, the duvet exceeded the season temperature. As a 'green-person' I'd use a bed sheet as a cover rather than switching on the air conditioning. I have found the same in other hotels where I stayed the days before in France.

Минусы: Access by car is not easy. Downtown Toulouse is mainly pedestrian area.

Плюсы: We had an exceptional time in this establishment and in our night in Toulouse. What a lively vibe with great regional food! Service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. Highly recommend!

Плюсы: Location was walkable to train station, Con : due to yellow jackets rioting the day we arrived and we literally could not physically get to our hotel because the riots were directly in front of the hotel. We got tear gassed not fun. Not the hotel’s fault. The front doors were shattered due to rocks thrown. Next day everything was calm once more.

Плюсы: Right in the centre easy to find, there is a drop off area out the front where you can park and unload luggage. Parking is nearby. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Минусы: За два года с прошлого визита в этот отель, его состояние и сервис заметно ухудшились. Персонал на рецепшн постоянно отсутствует и вообще мало приветлив. Улучшенный номер оказался малюсеньким, в ванной комнате вообще не разместиться. Микро-умывальник это вообще жесть! Руки не возможно помыть не то чтобы умыться. Завтрак 18 евро просто ужасный! 2 сыра, 2 ветчины, холодные варёные яйца и йогурт. Кофе- автомат и чай. Круассан и ватрушка. В общем, полное разочарование отелем.

Минусы: Парковка есть, но свободных мест для гостей отеля не было. Поэтому запарковали машину на пустое место на свой страх и риск.

Плюсы: Helpful storage of luggage outside of checked in hours. Great pool.

Плюсы: The pool, staff, size of apartment, general decor and design.

Плюсы: walking distance to everywhere in Toulouse, nice room with a big balcony, swimming pool, parking (although not free).

Плюсы: Third stay at this property over 2 years. Great location in the middle of town, a short walk to all the shops restaurants and tourist sites. We had a two bedroom duplex apartment which is great for a family of 4. Great quality accommodation, good leisure facilities for a small hotel . Paid circa £200 per night (4 night stay), which is pretty good value for accommodation of this standard for 4 in peak season (early August) in the middle of the city.

Минусы: My only gripe is some of the controls put around use of the pool. One day we went down with the kids (age 12 and 7) and there were a couple of young guys (early 20s) who had taken over the shallow end lining up bottles of gin and tequila downing hard liquor, being very loud and playing their own music. I had to ask them to move their drinks so that my kids could get in the shallow end and they grumbled at me. The scene was intimidating for my kids and I saw a few families come to use the pool and then leave as it was obviously intimidating for them. We had a similar experience last year staying at the same property. But to be fair this happened on both visits just once over 4 days. I would like to see some controls put around the pool use (eg no smoking, no bringing your own alcohol, playing loud music etc) as in such a small pool area it spoils enjoyment for kids / families and people should really not be made to feel like this due to the actions of a few (usually younger) guests who think they own the place.

Плюсы: Отель находится в пешей доступности от вокзала. Сервис хороший. русскоязычная девушка на ресепшн ( новичок) милая , помогла в решении вопроса. Чисто и комфортно , балкон в номере , удобная кровать, фен, миникухня, зона спа небольшая и бассейн , есть лифт. Рядом кафе и рестораны. Не пожалела , что бронировала этот отель.

Плюсы: We found it very good. Two couples and loved that we could store our luggage prior to checkin as we had been on a boat on Canal du Midi for a week and arrived earlier than expected. We were able to have a look around buy some food for the next day and get our bearings. It was a well appointed apartment with everything we needed. Would recommend this accomodation. We loved the pink city - a lovely stay.

Плюсы: An excellent apartment hotel. Nice large room with AC, balcony, equipped small kitchen. The room was clean, modern and there was nothing I would really miss there. The hotel was very quite at night. They even have a smal swimming pool.

Минусы: Not much to complain about. A bit expensive for Toulouse, but worth the money.

Плюсы: Хороший апарт отель недалёко от центра города. Останавливались на одну ночь. Очень приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. В номере было все необходимое. Есть подземный паркинг прямо перед отелем. Ценник высокий, но через отель можно получить 50% скидки. До центра пешком 15-20 минут.

Минусы: Рядом с отелем ведутся ремонтные работы улицы (с частичным перекрытием проезда). На мой взгляд информирование гостей о путях подъезда к отелю (всего один мейл) добавило бы ценности.

Минусы: Breakfast is not worth the money. Kitchenette is fully equipped, so it's better to do it yourself.

Плюсы: Excellent apartment - spacious and well equipped. Great location with everything within easy walking distance. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Large balcony, quiet (apartment was on opposite side of main avenue). Works on Jean Jaures were not a problem (anyway almost finished)

Минусы: No free parking close by but hotel offers good rates for 24 hours parking in underground parking.

Плюсы: Great people at reception, can speak multiple languages, including English, but didn't patronise when I tried to speak French. Apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable, spacious with all necessary facilities. Great location, easy walk to centre and two minutes from station. Would definitely stay here again.

Минусы: Very minor thing, we booked for 3 but initially had 2 sets of towels. Easy fix. Some cups in breakfast room were not well washed.

Плюсы: This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean. If I have to come back to Toulouse I’ll book my stay here again! The place is incredible!!

Плюсы: Location is quite good and we really like the fact that we could cook in the room. Their staffs are exceptional, they are very friendly and efficient. We arrived at mid night and left a little after 13:00 and those were no problems for their staffs. Even when we left our kid's bag in the room, they were very kind to arrange for one of my friends to come back and pick it up at ease. I also loved my run along the canals of the city. It was a very pleasant run and very happy that I got lost a little to make a perfect 15km run around the city. Thank you

Минусы: The street in front of hotel is going through a face-lift process at the moment and doesn't look that great. I believe once it is done, it would be one of the best streets in the city.

Плюсы: Quiet comfortable rooms. Excellent blackout curtains were wonderful for jet lag recovery. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor terrace and bar were pleasant spots to meet, relax or work.Terrific location for walking around city center and the river bank.

Плюсы: Very good location, quiet and easy to reach by car. Possibility to park at the hotel or in public parking nearby. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby, sightseeing and places to go for a walk. In walking distance from the city center and main interesting sites. Tea/coffee in the room. Comfortable bathroom. Good air conditioning. Good wifi. Beautiful inner court with stylish sofas and tables to have a drink or just sit lazily.

Минусы: Expensive. Luxury is expensive ! Breakfast was OK but if it is not included in the price, it is very expensive. Parking is expensive but this is the reality of big cities. WC is separated from the bathroom. For some people it is a feature but others can find it inconvenient !

Плюсы: A fabulous hotel in a great location! Just down a little side street a short walk from many of the key landmarks. The staff were incredibly helpful despite it being a short visit they could not have done more to help.

Минусы: Nothing really! It was obviously at the upper end cost wise but that is probably to be expected with a city centre hotel!

Плюсы: This is a beautiful hotel, now my favourite in Toulouse. The room was spacious and well appointed, lovely huge and comfy bed and a very sophisticated bathroom offering all a traveler may need. We didn't have time for the spa very sadly but I certainly will next stay.

Минусы: Valet parking is a must here unless you know the city well. This is offered and it was extremely efficient however the only pull in area outside being taken up by the postman we couldn't get anywhere near the hotel. Its in the city, space is of a premium I get that and they do all they can to help here.

Плюсы: Nice, spacious room, helpful and kind staff, quiet location, very elegant hotel, bar, spa and restaurant. Great a/c and wifi. Nice location between the old town, the hip area and the river.

Минусы: The shower handle was a bit difficult to manage, especially for older people, needs a bit of repairing. For a 5 star hotel, I expected a better selection of tv channels, especially ones in English. I thought a better pillow selection would be in order. And feminine hygiene bags were not provided but would have been nice. Spa, albeit lovely, was a bit overpriced in my opinion. The only real thing that this 5 star hotel in the South of France was lacking was a pool.

Плюсы: Excellent location for the Cité de L’espace museum and very easy drive to the center of Toulouse which has loads of paying car parks. The swimming pool and the small gym were extra bonuses. Dinner was delicious as well as a good breakfast selection. Very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Минусы: 1. Мой номер был на первом этаже, казалось бы давление воды должно быть хорошим. Но, нет. Напор слабый, принимать душ некомфортно, течёт тонкими струйками. 2. Плохо закрывается дверь душевой кабины, после приема душа в санузле на полу было болото. 3. Отель обнаружил проблемы с моей кредиткой, хотел заранее списать деньги. Написал мне об этом письмо в 13:04. А в 15:10 уже аннулировал бронь, т.к. я за два часа не отреагировал на письмо. Ни звонков по телефону не было, никаких других попыток со мной связаться. Как может путешественник (я путешествую на мотоцикле) за два часа в чужой стране решить проблему с кредиткой без интернета в дороге? Крайне неуважительное отношение к гостям. 4. Завтрак скудный. Для девушек нормально, фрукты, выпечка. Из белковой еды была ветчина и один вид сыра. По факту мне пришлось завтракать ветчиной с булкой.

Плюсы: The staff Was very courteous and friendly. Also i loved the breakfast. Good variety of food. Very yummy

Минусы: Dissapointed there was no food on in the restaurant, after travelling all that way wasn’t expecting to have to walk down to McDonald’s for food. Just would have liked to have eaten in the restaurant and had a few drinks in the bar afterwards.

Минусы: Airplanes could be heard inside the rooms, but it was okay during the night, we still slept well.

Плюсы: The only thing we didn’t like was the carpet color discoloration where stains had obviously been cleaned and we found an apple under the bed.

Плюсы: The location is perfect for the Oncopole and industries nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the site is fairly quiet.

Минусы: The location is only really great for the sites in the oncopole. Aside from that there’s not much nearby and getting there is ok by bus, but the main road nearby can get really congested so needs lots of time to get in and out at peak times. Also, while the rooms are well equipped and comfortable, it can be difficult to get really dark if the curtains don’t close well.

Плюсы: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable. It seemed to be very quiet in the hotel.

Минусы: The hotel is a bit out of town which was fine for us as we were using it as a base as we are out and about planning our wedding but just so you know it’s not in central Toulouse

Плюсы: The location is fabulous. The room was small but everything in it is thoughtfully considered. The espresso coffee machine was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Минусы: It was too short a stay. We were only there for one night. We chose not to have breakfast in the hotel as it was over 20 Euro each... a bit expensive, but I expect it was excellent.

Плюсы: Есть два плюса: - персонал. Они правда очень отзывчивые и вежливые - кухня (тоже персонал по идее). Завтраки вкусные.

Минусы: Ну начнем с того, что это не центр! И картинка вокруг ооочень испортила впечатление от города. Поесть и прогуляться просто негде и не куда. Касательно отеля, могу сказать, что он далеко не 5-ка, как заявлено. В номере стоял ужасный запах сигарет. Сантехника старая. Минибар почти пустой.

Плюсы: The room was very clean-looking but my husband felt like it smelled badly, though I did it notice. The staff were fantastic, the room was comfortable and the mini-bar offered free waters and soft drinks. Breakfast was good, but we did enjoy room service.

Плюсы: The reception staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was well appointed with toilet separate to bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was welcoming after a long hot day sightseeing. I didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment.

Минусы: One minor thing - the bar served caramelised pecans (which spoilt the drink) instead of natural nuts. One other thing not so minor - the shower could only produce cold water despite all my efforts. Still unsure whether the water in the fridge is free, the attached information is not adequate.

Плюсы: Ideal location if you're travelling by car, easily connected to the motorway and free parking. Arenes metro station is 10 min walking distance and only 4 stops away from Capitole city centre. Modern rooms, good breakfast at only €7.90, friendly and helpful staff, great value for money. Would definitely stay there again when in Toulouse!

Плюсы: The stuff were friendly. The room was clean and the lights were adequate. Though all stuff don't speak English but one of them was good at English. Moreover he has very much helping attitude. Due to train delay I reached there after 12 am midnight, the reception was closed but he was available to pick phone call.

Минусы: It was full summer and the room was not equipped with Air-conditioning. They only provide one small fan. Also not all stuff can talk or understand English which was another problem for non-French speaking guests. The reception was not 24/7.

Плюсы: The hotel staff care about the details.. You feel that you are in a boutique hotel. The location can be less friendly but as it is close to the airport I think it is a very good place for people who come especially for business. I surely advise this place.

Плюсы: We stayed here to do the parkrun in Toulouse. Was a great location for the airport and easy to get to. Parking was great and really friendly

Плюсы: It's off the Peripherique and easy to find. Free, off street parking. Comfy, great staff, great price. Metro A is a 10-15 minute walk to the center. Paid a lot more for a lot less elsewhere. This has a great rapport quality-price. Used it as a base to explore the area. One hour by car to Carcasonne, Moissac, Albi and two hours to Lourdes. The manager was super helpful with lots of sound advice. He even refrigerated my saucisse de Toulouse for me.

До метро минут 7 пешком, а там 3 станции до центра. Отличный персонал. Очень приветливый. Решались все возникшие вопросы. При заселении мы приехали на полтора часа раньше и нас без проблем заселили. Также при выезде понадобился 1 час+ и нет проблем, пожалуйста. Хочу отметить отличный завтрак. Не пожалели, что взяли.

Плюсы: Stayed at Le Prado because it was very close to the clinic wheremy husband was having surgery. Never stayed in a two star property before, was very impressed, much better than I had expected. Breakfast was good value , my room warm and very clean. The free parking

Минусы: It is not in the best part of Toulouse so would probably not have stayed there if it had not been for the proximity to the hospital, which is a shame .

Плюсы: Прекрасный отель, дружелюбный персонал. Местоположение отличное, рядом остановки, парковка, до центральной площади минут 10 неспешным шагом. В отеле тишина.

Минусы: Дверь в ванную не закрывалась плотно.

Плюсы: Расположение в самом центре города 2 мин до набережной, 10 мин до Оперы, вид из окна хороший, на площадь. рядом много кафе магазинов, паркинг городской под окнами , 27 евро сутки

Плюсы: The location was perfect to allow us to get to everything went wanted to see. Parking nearby, plenty of interesting shops. The room was on a corner and had big windows that could open right up to the outside atmosphere.

Минусы: The bathroom lacked privacy but was well appointed.

Плюсы: The room was a good size the bed and pillows very comfortable. The evening meal we had was just what we wanted a delicious Cesar salad and breakfast was excellent.

Минусы: Nothing not to like

Плюсы: The beds were great, we slept like babies. The shower/bath was perfect, exactly what we needed after a week of camping. Perfection.

Плюсы: Staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Vera in the restaurant was especially attentive remembering us and our preferences at each dinner we had there. The breakfast which was included in our booking was the best we have ever seen with a full range of sweet and savoury offerings. For our second stay here in two weeks we requested the same room as before and staff had reserved it for us. Exceptional service in every way including peaceful, quiet and supremely comfortable sleep.

Порадовал мини-магазин сэндвичами и даже приличным салатом, было кстати, ибо мы прибыли поздно, когда ресторан был уже закрыт. Есть небольшая тренажёра, с водичкой и яблочками :) Персонал хорошо говорил по-английски. С удовольствием остановимся ещё.

Минусы: I was travelling by car from Spain and owning a car in the higher price category, my main focus is on parking. We all may have experienced in at one time or other, a break in, especially with foreign license plates, attracting more attention. To play safe I always look for a hotel which has good parking facilities on their own grounds. When I booked the room, it was only since the hotel offered parking. What was NOT mentioned on the hotel site was that due to the Tour de France, I had to vacate the paring at 08.00 am the next day. I checked in close to midnight, by the time I got to sleep it was 01.30 am. I could not have breakfast, I had to wake up earlier than I wanted to, just to vacate the parking space. Since there is absolutely nowhere else to park in that area, leaving the parking means not coming back. The room check out time is 12.00, however I was "forced" to leave at 8. I want to be compensated because Marriott did not mention "Parking Restriction" apply.

Минусы: We paid extra for a balcony which was tiny and stuck at the back corner of the hotel which was in the shade all day. It was a complete waste of money.

Плюсы: Everything about this stay was perfect. From the first phone call to request a collection from the airport to checking out. Our whole experience was wonderful. We would not hesitate to recommend or book again.

Минусы: It is nice hotel but a bit overpriced - and the place could do with a bit of love and investment. I would say it was very impressive 20 years ago but the decor is dated and there’s a slightly faded grandeur to the place.

Плюсы: Spacious studio room (#304) on garden level with morning sun on the little terrace. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of cupboard space. Excellent for one person, not so much for two. Good sized pool, mostly not very busy.

In particular I have to recommend the receptionist who did so much to help us when we found our vehicle had a flat tyre. The staff did everything they could for us. I highly recommend this hotel.

Минусы: I was not able to get any wifi for my ipad. Office couldnt explain why or rectify. Not many cooking utensils. Freezer door of fridge broken. Internal door racks of fridge broken.

Плюсы: Very pleasant and helpful staff. We had a duplex apartment so there was plenty of room for a family of 4. The kitchen area was well equipped (the microwave and a small dishwasher were a bonus) and the bathroom was clean and modern with a good shower. Close by there was a Lidl for basics, a bakery, pizza takeaway and a Chinese takeaway.

До Центра города 2 шага, красивая набережная Гаронны тоже в 20 метрах. Кстати, в 10 метрах от отеля есть круглосуточный супермаркет, где есть все необходимое (вино, хамон, фуа-гра, булка, луковый соус). Спасибо персоналу за тёплый приём.

Плюсы: The taxi driver had a little difficulty finding the hotel, but once there, everything was great. The staff were especially friendly and helpful, the room was very nice — clean, comfortable, well appointed — and the breakfast was simple and perfect. It was easy to walk out the door and wander the old city or down by the river. No complaints whatsoever; would gladly stay there again.

Минусы: Because of the location in a pedestrian street parking facilities are virtually non-existent. 1930s Hotel building on street corner has gorgeous architecture, interior design on the other hand... What interior design? Impeccably bland, going on cheap and ugly, totally not up to 4-star standards.

Плюсы: I was pleasantly surprised by the English speaking skills of the staff. The room was spacious, cleaned every day. Very close to major locations, good public transport connections to both metro lines.

Минусы: Advertising a hotel as having "wifi" if the connection is 0.6 mbps felt like a fraud, because I did not read all the reviews, but it is barely enough for downloading mails and internet, so Ours Blanc Centre would be a better choice if you prioritise internet connection speed over comfort. The coffee facility on the ground floor felt really basic. The bathroom was large, but the bath itself could be a tiny bit longer/wider.
