Volcano View Hotel Santorini

The view is amazing. The restaurant is great, and the staff were wonderful.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, and there was nothing within walking distance.

Views and food were great.

Staff was not friendly or helpful, and the rooms were not that clean.

The view from the hotel is amazing! The location of the hotel, close to Fira but not in Fira is ideal for those seeking a peaceful vacation. The free hotel shuttle bus to Fira is also a plus. Fantastic breakfast buffet.

The bed was unusually hard and very uncomfortable. The A/C needed to be replaced. The bathroom needs to be updated.

the staff were not very friendly, food was terrible and i love greek food but there cuisine was very western without the knowledge so very disappointed with the overall service off the staff and food!

The location was good, the room was clean and adequate in size.

The hotel is in 2 parts (not mentioned on web site). The part we stayed on did not have access to the 3 pools and restaurants unless we crossed a busy main road so we felt isolated. Not enough loungers for all the guests, especially annoying when they are empty but just draped in towels and the staff tell you there is nothing they can do! Also hotel has countless steps to pools and no lift!
