Grace Hotel Santorini, Auberge Resorts Collection

The customer service one of the best I had in my life!! (Heleni and her team was thinking of little details to make your stay amazing!). We loved the view, the design of the hotel and food was delicious (Chef Giannis was super nice to explain our plates at dinner). It is a 5 stars hotel, I would say that it is a 6 stars (if it would existed!)!

The pool is not heated and knowing the price of our stay, it would be more than nice.

The best hotel with the most beautiful views and most importantly with the best staff in Santorini. Amazing staff who all knew my first name and everything with a smile and warm attitude. highly recommend.

The Grace Hotel is the most luxurious and beautiful place! The staff is so lovely and their hospitality is off the charts. The breakfast was beyond 5 stars. The service is exceptional. We had the junior suite with plunge pool which we used every day. The views of the sunset are stunning. We enjoyed a small yoga class each morning (complimentary). I can't say enough about this charming and magical place.

5 course breakfast each day was fantastic Location and view cannot be beat in all of Santorini Service/staff were wonderful! Very peaceful and luxe property considering the massive amounts of tourists on the island.

Communication regarding transfer vehicles available was confusing - sometimes they had a free hotel shuttle available for use, sometimes they arranged it for you through outside company and it would be 40 euro. It's nice they offer a free shuttle at all but seems a little unfair some guests got it free every time simply through good timing and others might have to pay for every single transfer if the hotel shuttle is not available when they need it. They should communicate how this works a bit better upon check in or upon booking so we could anticipate this.
