Room spacious and airy with beautiful view of sea and sunrise from private terrace. Located outside town centre which was busy, with only a short walk into town. Free on-site parking. Shower available to use on day of departure after check-out. Small pool, jacuzzi and sun lounge area with sea view. Public areas well maintained.

Noise from road was significant as property is situated at a busy switch-back. This was an issue during the day, but it was quiet at night. Shower was poorly maintained, with a leak, although it was repaired once we pointed it out. In addition, it was impossible not to flood the bathroom when showering because the 2 shower screens had large gap between them. Jacuzzi was initially unusable for more than a couple of minutes as it was too hot, but this was remedied on request. Breakfast choices were limited at times, as not always replenished towards the end of service.

Very helpful assistance by Hotel staff Aida :) She was always friendly, attentive and helpful!! She recommended a beautiful boat tour to us and made the reservation for us. We really enjoyed this tour.

The view from the swimming pool was beutiful, and close to the centre of Fira, about 10 minutes walking.

Nice location, walking distance to Fira center.

We booked pick up taxi service from the port, despite several calls to the hotel the driver arrived 30 min late. We cancelled the service. The room was facing the street, during the night it was noisy with the passing traffic.
