The whole place is welcolming

Initial impression was very positive, starting with the open, welcoming manner at Reception. We were greeted warmly and given clear information about the hotel and facilities. The staff as a body were helpful, patient, courteous and accommodating, with a number of individuals giving outstanding customer service. The room was comfortable and well arranged with good tea/coffee making facilities and useable wardrobe / cupboard space for a full week's stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a selection of fruit juices, wide range of foods and local hot and cold dishes on offer, which varied daily through the week. A very nice selection of bread, rolls and croissants. For residents there was also very tasty, proper hot soup of varying sorts available early evening each day, followed by wine, as well as fresh fruit and the 'grind it to order' coffee machine (no charge) 24/7 with every type of coffee (and good tea selection to the side) you could wish for available. These bonus facilities, coupled with the pleasant café and lounge areas made the place feel a great deal more inviting and appealing than virtually anywhere else we have stayed. The hotel location is ideal, within a stone’s throw of Tel Aviv main beach. The secure hotel garage in the basement proved an excellent facility, if a bit of a challenge to negotiate due to the typically cramped layout. Not bookable but a quick phone call in advance to check available spaces meant we were able to use when needed without any problems. We would gladly return to the Maxim Design Hotel, without hesitation, on any future visit.

The bathroom is a bit cramped due to wedge shape - space in the main bedroom at the expense of the bathroom. The bathroom door was frosted glass and not at all sound or light proof. But it worked OK.

Breakfast is perfect! The hotel is very close to beach and the sunroof is available The daily tour can be booked from the reception desk and pick you up at the hotel, super convenient!

We love this hotel and would always stay here if possible! The chic design, the location, the AMAZING breakfast, and the super friendly, courteous and professional staff - are just a partial list of why this is our favorite!

Absolutely love this hotel, central location, walking distance to the shopping malls and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Room was clean and amenities replenished daily, kettle in the room was a big plus. Breakfast was superb with the daily spread, variety of lovely choices to choose from, the 24 hours hot brew in the dining room at your convenience was a bonus and the evening soup and spread were such a delight. The staff were very helpful, friendly and very warm welcoming. Credit goes to your reception staff who were always ready to help and nothing was a problem for them. They are certainly great assets to your organisation. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one and will I certainly return. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to Tel Aviv.

This is a great hotel, 5 minutes walk to the beach, centrally located in the city and walking distance to amenities. Room was fabulous, clean, daily cleaned, and amenities in the room fantastic. The daily spread for breakfast was absolutely awesome with variety of choices to choose from. All day hot drinks & juices and cookies were bonus. The soup in the evening were delicious and was handy when you coming back from a tour. The staff were so lovely and very helpful. Big thank you to your reception staff, they demonstrated excellent hospitality and service. I will stay in this hotel again if I visited again and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Welcoming staff. Great location. Sea views. Roof top terrace. Fabulous breakfast. Great eye for detail and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, soft linen, stylish room. Appreciated all the extras included in the price - teas/coffees/cake/fruit; soup/wine all served in the breakfast area on the ground floor. Made for a convivial, sociable space for guests to relax and mix.

Everyone in the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we had a lot of choice.We could have tea coffee fruit and cakes all day long. The beach and bus stops were very near. The terrace at the top floor has a perfect view and is cosy

Rooms updated and nicely furnished, good bathrooms. Breakfast and coffee very good. Location of hotel excellent, beach across the street and can walk to port of tel aviv, diezengoff, and jaffa.

This hotel exceeded my expectations ,great location very close to the beach,restaurants and shops are near by.Good size room,with toiletries in bathroom,good breakfast(take away option available as well) afternoon cake ,coffe and wine was offered which was pleasant suprise ,staff was exellent specially from the person who was in charge of Afternoon cakes&drinks offered very personable,ethical and professional service .Thank you

The lift is not great if you don’t like small spaces

Unexpected treats: daily wine and cakes from 5-7. Coffee, tea, cookies and fruit available throughout the day. Wonderful Israeli breakfast. Roof top patio with plantings, flowers, tables and umbrellas for daily sunset viewing. Super staff. I’ve already booked my next visit!

Parking

Location is excellent! 1 minute from the promenade and beaches. The rooftop view is incredible. Rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast are tasty. Coffee, tea or water served during the whole day in the kitchen also a piece of cake or fruit. The staff is very nice and friendly providing towels to enjoy the beach.

You have to leave the hotel exactly on time. We should have left at 12:00. 12:01 was tooooo late :D but its understandable when there are a lot of other clients. But appreciate the option to leave our luggage at the reception.

Beds, need replacing, mine was a little skew and slopey. Need replacing. But nevertheless a wonderful stay. Amazing staff.

I loved the staff who were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Everything was comfortable and felt like home. We had great free parking. We had a very nice breakfast, tea and coffee and deserts during the day and complimentary wine in the evening and a beautiful rooftop view. You can’t ask for better. I stay there every time I come to Israel.

Maxim Design Hotel was right opposite the most beautiful beach and tourist haven. It was a wonderful way to start my pilgrimage to the Hoy Land. I had a swim with other colleagues, then we had the happy hour with a glass of wine and nibbles. We went out for dinner at a cozy restaurant a short walk from the hotel. Shalom

From the moment we entered and greeted by the lovely Shoshanna on reception we felt right at home. The duty manager asked if we were happy while we enjoyed the free tea and coffee with delicious cake. Later on our way to our room he checked again. Our room was small but perfectly formed. Comfortable bed and no noise from outside. The roof deck is beautiful and we enjoyed our Happy Hour glass of wine there at sunset. Breakfast has a great selection. Very close to the beach. We will definitely return next time in Tel Aviv. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Only negative is the parking garage was full and we had to park in the underground parking across the road where we had to pay 100 shekels per night.

Breakfest was very good. In the evening you can sit on terasse on the roof and enjoy the view on the beach and sea.

Location was excellent. Hotel was comfortable with an adequate included breakfast and a wonderful rooftop deck.

Rooms are small - but you're not in TA to stay in your room! Internet was a little spotty - but functional.

Отличное расположение, уютный номер, хотя и небольшой. Приятный интерьер, хороший завтрак. Вечером бесплатно чай, кофе и вино. Рекомендую белое, красное на мой вкус слишком терпкое и тяжелое.

Прекрасный завтрак - с йогуртом, фруктами, салатами, выпечкой. Замечательная возможность в течение всего дня перекусить и выпить кофе а вечером - съесть суп, и выпить бокал вина (причем, очень неплохого)

Отличная кровать, лежа с кровати видно море, бесплатно вечером круасаны, горячий суп и вино

Поработать над чистотой

Отель расположен в 100 метрах от шикарного пляжа. Нужно спуститься чуть вниз и перейти дорогу. Лежаки, зонтики и шезлонги оплачиваются в автоматах на пляже (6-12 шекелей в день). Отличный завтрак. Чай, кофе, снеки и фрукты для постояльцев отеля бесплатны круглосуточно в лобби. Днем выносят белое и красное вино (бесплатно). Если хотите омлет, сообщите об этом официанту и вам его приготовят бесплатно. Новые чистые номера с огромными кроватями. До старого рынка не более километра (очень высокие цены).

Очень маленькая парковка у отеля, которую невозможно забронировать заранее. В номере плохо работал кондиционер. Маленькие лифты в которые трудно войти с вещами. Дверь в холл неудобна, когда заходишь с багажом.

СУПЕР!

Стильный маленький отель с пинино в фойе, картинами, маленькими скульптурами. Белые полотенца, белье. Хорошие завтраки, плюс " счатливый час" с 4 до 6 р.м. За 1 минуту можно дойти до пляжа. Просьба не повышайте цены и я буду вашим постоянным клиентом.

Грязные окна со стороны улицы.

Хорошее местоположение, вкусные завтраки. Кофе, пироги весь день как приятный бонус. Отличная терраса на крыше. Все понравилось.

Очень уютный отель, очень чистый и с прекрасным расположением. Номера убирают каждый день, хорошие завтраки, приятный персонал.

В будние дни шёл ремонт каких-то помещений, но это тоже когда-то должно делаться, просто не повезло.
