The junior suite is great, huge bathroom, fantastic balcony, amazing views. Also very friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel. Also, the village restaurant (10 min walk) is highly recommended.

The room was beautiful and Stephania was very helpful, including giving us a lift to the bus with our bags when we left. The view from the decking was fantastic.
The location was a little difficult to reach. The taxi wouldn't go down the small narrow road so we had to walk with cases down the steep hill. More variety for breakfast over the days would be good.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and provided a very good service to us during our stay. The food that was cooked for us, at our request as we were not big seafood fans was delicious and plentifull.
I wuold highly recommend that you contact the hotel if you are planning to drive to this hotel yourself and ask them to explain the best route. DO NOT rely on your satnav to get there!!! The car park is very small and access is extermely tight!!

Lovely quiet location, out of the busy city. Gave a view of village life. Good views over bay. Very pleasant hotel and staff. Local restaurant highly recommended.
Instructions for getting there by bus were not clear enough on website. It is very easy once you know how but not obvious if you don't know what to expect. You need to work with the bus timetable but we did not find this too restrictive.

Rooms and bathroom are very spacious. Amazing views on the balcony especially at sunset. The previous review is correct about getting to the hotel, if you have a big car I do not reccomend driving there, the roads are tiny, we just managed in a smart car. The locals had smart car or scooters.
Stayed in a standard room, the room has been upgraded but the bathroom hasn't. Bathroom is old school and the shower is a bit grotty which made it a downer. Apart from that, the room is nice and modern and good service. Wi-fi signal wasn't strong in our room thus has to use it on the balcony and in the evening there were heaps of mosquitoes around. We had the room under the balcony, very hard to sleep-in as breakfast starts at 8am, thus you can hear all the chairs and tables moving around. The walls are quite thin and you can hear conversations from the other room, but it could just be the room we stayed in.

«WOW, this is the place to stay in Sorrento. Carlo and family were the most hospitable. From when we arrived to when we left, they went above and beyond to cater from us being Vegan. They made us vegan pastries and pancakes, got us alternate milk. Gave us a tour of Sorrento and it's finest cafés, dropped and picked us up from the town centre free of charge. The Villa Carolina building itself was superb. Spacious and comfortable in all temperatures. It is a must stay Accommodation. You will fall in love with the grounds and the scenery.
