no minibar, charge 15bgn to bring a bottle of water. lobby smells of restaurant during lunchtime

Nice swimming pool

The hotel lost my reservation and I had to wait some time to get the room. The dishes in the apartment in the kitchen were dirty. The room was definitely not 5 star. Although it is located not far from the beach, it has no beach facilities of its own - you have to pay for the deckchairs and umbrella.

1) had to wait 2 hours for room even though hotel was empty. 2) TV didn't work. Had to wait 1 hour while TV was replaced and then 2nd TV was fixed. 3) A/C didn't work. 4) Jacuzzi was cold - didn't work. All in all the stay was a joke

A good point had the design of the hotel-good for pictures:) the pool area was big and clean with nice chairs and tables, perfect to relax but the water needs to be heated ;). The weithers were kind and smiling but it wont hurt if they try harder:) .I liked the large rooms but the bed cover needs to be cleaned and the shower door fixed. Good idea with the shops around the hotel, they helped my mood for the claudy day:P

The food was dissapointing compared to other places Ive been, but I m defenetly a picky person, however the vegetables are not boiled well and the chicken not friend enough, but I had the buffet variety and I got to end full all the time.
