Great location on main highway and 5 mins from siem riep and 10mins from angkor! Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Non-chlorinated heated pool water was a joy to swim in! Free table tennis also available. Good quality food in restaurant. Free wifi too. Large spacious clean rooms. None
Rooms were spacious. Room had a strange smell like bug spray. Lots of chickens next door so there were occasional awful smells at the hotel.
I enjoyed the relative affordability of the hotel and the seclusion from the busy No. 6 road. The area is generally quiet. The staff was friendly as well, and the spa was enjoyable. The included breakfast was great, and the restaurant for dinner is pretty good. The bathrooms were great and modern, and the TV and channels options were great as well. The English skills of the staff were a bit lacking, which often left some requests confused. They couldn't get the credit card machine working either, so I had to withdraw cash to settle my billing.
The staff were super friendly and they made the experience very enjoyable. The gardens and pool were lovely - you really felt secluded. I would definitely recommend getting a massage - they were excellent and great value. Easy to walk into town. Make sure you remember where the hotel is as it can be hard to find - we got very lost coming back from town in a tuk tuk!
A restful setting and the owner was personable and every need we had was provided for!
The manager, smiley and always ready to organise things according to our requests no
The warmest serving by the staff The hotel lobby air ventilation is poor.
Hotel staff was very friendly, very helpful. Very clean room and good AC. They arranged a pick-up from the airport and transfer back. Seperate Tuk-tuk drivers directly at the hotel are very friendly. Occasionally some noise from the bath-room installations (probably the hot-water boiler) but not too bad.
Very friendly staff. Rooms were very appealing and clean. Super value.
staff were friendly. breakfast good. room was very spacious. Whirlpool tub in room was fun. Pool area is lovely. The staff were very nice but had very limited English so that was difficult to get advice, directions, etc. The really bad thing was no light at front doorway the morning I was leaving at 5 am to go watch sunset at Angkor Wat. Staff gave me wake up call then went back to sleep on bench in lobby. When I walked out front hotel door, I tripped on uneven paving stones (no light so pitch black) and twisted my ankle. The rest of the day my walking was very limited. Manager was apologetic when I finally found in later in the day, but the damage was done and I still have a sore ankle. Keycard controlled electricity in room so frig went off during the day, so was useless. very hot in Siem Reap and blanket was too warm. By 3rd night I thought to ask for extra sheet to cover with instead of blanket.
The room was fantastic. Large, spacious, and clean. Hardwood floors and stone showers and fixtures, simple but elegant. The staff was very helpful, and there was a pool (that I did not use). The placement was good, a short walk from the busiest parts of town. In an ideal world, it would have more facilities. But that would really be asking too much given the price.
