Furama City Centre

I specifically request for non smoking room. but one of their staff namely ms.karishma allocate me smoking room. later I complained to them then they change the room.

Bar prices were rediculous

The good service of the staff.

The hotel is located close to Chinatown and a MRT station. The MTR allows you visit all of Singapore at your own leasure.

Best is that one gets around pretty easy cos of the mrt located nearby, shopping at ones' convenience and eateries aplenty!

Checking into hotels worldwide is at 2pm. Our flight were delayed and when we finally arrived at Furama City Centre, it was almost 5pm! Imagine our disgust when we were told that one of our rooms (we booked two rooms!) were not cleaned (ready) yet!!! Furthermore, we were travelling as a family and our request for a connecting room were not entertained even though we did specifically stated in our online booking that we need connecting rooms!!! They only manage to get us connecting rooms on the second night very reluctantly!!! Then there was the water problem which needed to be solve! Bathing half way and there was just hot water and no cold water which we needed to call the technician!!! Imagine my kids embarrassment!!!!
