Минусы: Only problem was when I went to take a shower the first night there was a lot of dark long brown hair in the drain. It was really gross but we were in a hurry and didn’t have time to call housekeeping to clean the shower so I took a bath cloth and cleaned it out myself .

Плюсы: Comfortable bed...nice room. Coffee maker didn't work, but otherwise a good choice. Got a late check-out.

Минусы: When we got in our bathroom wasn’t clean and they sent someone up to clean it. Breakfast was expensive, shower head wasn’t good. It was an okay stay just less than what I expected from a Doubletree.

Плюсы: Hotel employee was awesome and above and beyond with her service. The cookies were so yummy. The birthday and anniversary hospitality we received was splendid. The food from the bar was so good! The hiltonhonors snacks were amazing!

Минусы: I got a double bed when I only needed one for my wife and I. The tub's water was not draining.

Плюсы: Location to Airport, Charleston Coliseum, shopping, and restaurants.

Минусы: The fact that I was not able to convert my Hilton reward points as told by a Hilton rep prior to booking the rooms. They allowed big dogs to be in the breakfast area because they are a pet friendly hotel....unacceptable!!!

Плюсы: Lots of space, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Close to our event. Shuttle to the convention site and airport, plus breakfast. Not much more to ask for for a one night stay.

Минусы: Airconditioning and fridge sound in the room was a bit loud. Not much options for eating out nearby.

Плюсы: The hotel location was very convenient. Shopping malls and restaurants were near by and 20 minutes to the beach.

Минусы: Ice machine did not work the entire stay, no stove, and there was too much noise at 5am in the morning from the 4th floor that woke my my husband and I and kids running and yelling in the halls.

Минусы: When I spoke directly with staff they were polite and friendly but I did also notice some bickering between staff which I thought was unprofessional.

Плюсы: I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and new our hotel room was! It felt like we were in more of a luxury suite than a standard room. The tall ceilings, newer furniture, and modern colors attributed to this upscale feel. Our king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable; we could barely feel the mattress move when getting into/out of bed. I was also surprised that despite being so close to the airport, I only distinctly heard a couple of planes during our two-night stay. Traffic was noisier than any jet! In addition, the continental breakfast was unexpectedly delicious! What a great variety of hot and cold items. I wish we had selected a Holiday Inn while in Savannah earlier that week. I would recommend this hotel to anyone stopping by the area.

Плюсы: Location is great if going to the convention center. Staff was amazing, Emily took great care of us. Pam was an excellent shuttle driver and gave us great dining suggestions!!

Минусы: The shower in the hotel took forever to get hot & the pressure was very low. Made it hard to shower in the mornings before the conference.

Плюсы: The hotel is very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. And it's located next to some nice choices of restaurants. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was very nice, even had healthy selections.

Минусы: I was only there for one now night but certainly pleased.

Минусы: My room was absolutly filthy. Everything was dust and the bathroom floor and shower had mold. There was a pile of dead bugs under the sink counter. I have pictures if you would like.

Минусы: The convience to Charleston International Airport was the reason we chose the location, but we hadn't counted on the overnight noise of arriving/departing aircraft. You win some; you lose some.

Плюсы: I love the Embassy, the rooms are always nice, the reception is always great as well as the breakfast.

Плюсы: The convenience in having it right by the coliseum was great for our huge conference, we didn't have to worry about parking!

Минусы: The only thing that was tough was that breakfast was an hour later on the weekend. It would be nice if it stayed the same hours every day since for the conference we still had to get up early.

Минусы: Yes, Second day we did not get housekeeping service, I specifically called before leaving the room to let them know that we had taken the Do not Disturb, upon arriving at room at 6:30pm no housekeeping, no clean towells, and then the real issue began.

Плюсы: I stayed at this hotel due to a business conference going on next door. The check-in and out was easy. The hotel had a breezeway to the conference center which was amazing especially when experiencing bad weather. I stayed in a double suite that was very nice. I was impressed with this hotel's hospitality. They were prepared for the traffic the conference brought and we never had excessive waits or ran out of things. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Плюсы: Cocktail hour is always a plus. Very convenient for the concert at the Coliseum.

Минусы: Bar was closed at 11 when we returned. Our room was a little musky smelling.

Минусы: I booked my original 1 bedroom suite on booking . Com for Charleston WV and arrived and was told it was booked in Charleston SC! Shocked and upset the hospitality woman at desk said we can cancel that and hopefully find u a room as it was almost sold out! She did and got us a 2 bedroom suite and we were very appreciative and happy. Our stay was to be Tues 24th, wed 25th and thurs 26th leave on friday 27th. Got a call from front desk that we had to get out if room because we were not booked for the thursday night and they would try and juggle people around and find us a room. We were not too happy about that......paid alot of money then were told it was sold out but they found a 2 bedroom for thursday night but price wouldn't be 180.00 for the night but $260.00 for thursday so we left hotel a day early and drove home!! Stayed here last year too for 3 nights and were very happy and everything worked out being booked the exact number of days so I am going to have to decide if I will ever stay at Ressidence Inn Charleston again. Минусы: found bugs in room (2nd day) changed rooms. Got to new room only to find toilet broken. (fixed quickly after call made). Top coverlets on bed very dirty, headboards very dusty other furniture dusty floors not swept well, interior of all drawers dirty, found mold in kitchenet coffee mug. Maids walked into new room twice with sign clearly on door for no service today other staff was great. but due to bug issue will never stay again

Плюсы: They gave us a late checkout. Room was okay for the price. Definitely not worth the normal hotel website price.

Минусы: Under remodel. Elevator not working. Long walk to room. Most doors and stairwells where locked due to painting. Like a maze trying to get to room. Lots of loud construction. Had to yell to the back to get someone to the front desk. 2 star hotel at best.
