All around agreeable Unaccompanied kids in pool
Free hot breakfast. room felt dirty. My daughters feet were dirty on the bottom after walking on the carpet.
The entire aesthetic, furniture and location were perfect for an amazing price. The light in the bedroom was too low and I hit my head. Repeatedly.
Accidentally booked the wrong day, was willing to pay for a more expensive room to cancel the wrong night. Manager Anastasia hung up the phone on both me and priceline.com
The whole stay was great from the start. The staff was very welcoming, and Baseline was such a unique experience from beginning to end. The location was walking distance to everything we wanted to do, and we absolutely loved our experience. Highly recommend!!! The only thing we didn't particularly enjoy was the thin walls in between the rooms, and the quality of the TV. But those were minuscule issues, we loved our experience.
The remodel of this hotel was superbly done, the rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were super comfy. The outdoor lawn with fire pits, hot tub and open air bar was great after a long day of hiking. The staff was clueless. My husband and I asked for a place to get breakfast sandwiches before setting out on a day hike and we were recommended a 21 and over strip club, at 8 am!! They left messes laying around for days at a time, literally (there was a concert across the street at one of the casinos and the after math of beer bottles, food containers and other debris on one of the hotel patios was left uncleaned for almost two days!) we even asked a staff member about the mess because we wanted to enjoy the view from the patio and he just laughed and said "yeah, they really made a mess huh."
I pay attention to detail, so I liked that the velvet chairs in our rooms were wiped down and cleaned. The free breakfast was a nice set up through the restaurant next door, because it was sit down and order style. Everything was within walking distance, so we saved money on gas. I pay attention to detail, so I didn't like how there was some mold in the bathtub - grossed me out. The free breakfast wasn't really free because you still have to tip for the service. Sort of felt like we were ambushed because the process didn't get explained until we're seated with the menus in front of us. Everything was within walking distance, but we if we wanted to access the beach, we had to carry a 5 by 7 flyer looking pass to enter. When we walked down to the beach to watch the sunset, we forgot our piece of paper pass and they refused to let us in. We explained that we had our room key for verification and if we walked back to the hotel to get our pass, we'd miss the sunset. We were still denied access and missed the sunset.
Location Dirty rooms, roches , and dirty pillows
Hotel locality is great, easily accessible to most of the market places. Staffs are helpful in providing tourist spots information.. Break fast would have been better with little extra options and cafeteria area was too small to accommodate guest from different rooms
1. Curteous and helpful front desk lady. 2. Tasrefly furnished. 3. Everything was working. Please pay attention to actual comfort not just looks of the unit. 1. Very loud heater - it was louder than gale force wind. 2. Untouchably very rough duvet cover and rough sheets. Thought about sleeping on the leather sofa. 3. Shower curtain and 2 pillows had unpleasant smell. 3. Pillows and cushiins were too heavy and bulky.
Management was extremely helpful. Boosted my car off with a smile. Perfect budget stay, short 5 minute walk to casino. You get what you pay for as far as condition.
The location was great It has a musty smell, the bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet so if I turned over I would take the sheet with me and be laying on the bare mattress :(. The bathrooms were not super clean.
Great location, professional staff, nice pool area. This is a dated bare bones IHG property, no vending other than a beverage machine that wasn't working, offers no on-site concessions, a non-working thermostat and intermittent satellite TV signal.
The rooms were large and clean with a lot of natural light, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Great location by the Heavenly gondola. Everything worked; it was a cold weekend with lots of snow but the heater kept us plenty warm. They provide snacks in the room for fairly reasonable prices, which was a nice touch. The walls are thin, so sound carries. Our room had an adjoining room next door and we could hear a lot of music and talking through the doors that separate the rooms. Fortunately, any loud noise seemed to stop fairly early in the evening, so it didn't affect our sleep at all.
I loved how we could walk to the shopping and restaurants. We were able to walk to a hiking trail as well! We couldn't figure out how to get the heater to turn off or the AC to turn on. It was pretty warm in the room.
