Would never stay there again!!!

I liked being right on the beach and the pool.

It stunk out by the pool area by the bar. The beds are very flimsy and needs to be queen size the full is too small. The buffet in the mornings should be free . I spent $45 on just breakfast for me and my small child just for her not to eat but a couple of things. The rooms are not very nice. The valet never came up and got our bags after calling the front desk the morning we were leaving. My husband had to go get our car a couple of times even though we still paid for valet. We stayed 4 nights and I wasn't impressed at all. I won't be staying there anymore.

It was ok but could be better.

The lobby and pool area were very nice. The view from our room was very good as well. It was nice to sit on the balcony and see the ocean and pool area. The people that work the valet were great, very helpful and very sweet. The lady that works the beach renal stuff was very nice and informative and the beach was very nice with great views.

The front desk staff did not seem to like their job very much. They were not rude, just very indifferent. We had reserved a room with one king size bed and got 2 full sizes beds. When checking us in they did not tell us and once we got to the room, we were very disappointed. The phone in the room did not work so we had to go down to the front desk and the girl at the front told me that they did not have any more king size rooms available and we did not reserve one. I did and I did web check in and got a text confirmation but whatever, she was not going to accommodate us and did not really care that they made a mistake. Our room was ok, it was pretty clean, could use some updating. The swim up bar was never open and you can't bring a cooler or anything like that down to the pool so you have to go into the restaurant and get an over priced drink if you are thirsty. The guy that works the restaurant bar during the day was slow and kept disappearing and seem very annoyed that he had to wait on customers. So, they lost money because if the bar staff would have been outside at the bar or if the staff inside had a better attitude, we would have spent more time and money hanging at the hotel but since it was a bother we just got stuff from the store and our cooler and went down to the beach. Not sure if you will stay at the Pearl again they have too many rules. It seems like the only time you can find staff is if you are breaking one of the rules, otherwise you can not find them.
