Плюсы: место расположения

Минусы: После уборки номера не вернули чашки для кофе и не восполнили запасы капсул для кофе-машины. При покупке приват-тура в отеле консъерж не корректно дал разъяснения и описания его условий. В результате тур не соответствовал ожиданиям.

Плюсы: Замечательный ресторан и бассейн на крыше! Ужин был великолепен. Прекрасные завтраки!

Плюсы: Очень большая удобная кровать.

Минусы: Яичница на завтраке за дополнительные деньги.

Плюсы: Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Can’t beat the location and accessibility to everything, including restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

Плюсы: First, I really enjoyed staying at the Hotel Cumbres Lastarria. It is well located in a very trendy neighborhood with lots of good restaurants and wine bars. The view of the Andes Cordillera is breathtaking from the rooftop. The room is spacious and comfortable and really clean. The bathroom design is modern and pampering.

Минусы: Some minuses: The restaurant was not really good as well as the breakfast which was a bit disappointing. There wasn't enough vegetables for example. This is also true that the hotel did not respond to my mails I sent regarding my future stay. Still I really enjoyed my stay. Is it a 5 star hotel, maybe not but it is certainly a boutique hotel that I can recommend.

Минусы: Staff need complete retraining. Standing in breakfast restaurant talking and on their phones - paid no attention to guests entire breakfast first morning. No guest interaction at all! Food cold, cold sausages, cold eggs - no idea how to do cooked breakfast- other days no hot breakfast on buffet. Last morning card to room cancelled and had to use stairs. Car booked though hotel never turned up at the airport and I never got an apology the whole time I was there. Then they booked a car to the airport I didn’t order, so I had to cancel my order and paid a cancellatipn fee. No room concierge, struggled with own bags. Front desk phone often not answered, room service takes ages and food very average. Room has very few amenities - no tea bags, no face cloth, one day of free water then pay, no mini bar, no snacks, very poor overall. You will get a good sleep though - beds lovely and comfortable and nice linens. Won’t stay here next time though. Need to do better!

Плюсы: The hotel was in the central historic part of the city and therefore easy to get around. Great rooftop pool and terraces with amazing views over the city.

Минусы: The rooms are small and dark - the mood lighting may be atmospheric however down at floor 2 it meant depressing as the rooms faced onto a central courtyard with no direct sunlight. Not much room for two suitcases and accompanying bags (why do hotels only have one fold out suitcase stand???). The staff were not overly customer focused and although polite they did not exude a pleasure in helping their customers.

Плюсы: The hotel is beautiful, breakfast delicious and the staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed there when the protests in Santiago started to become more severe and the staff was extremely helpful during this time.

Плюсы: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were all super helpful and nice and all spoke English. They sent up a bottle of sparkling wine to our room for our honeymoon which was really appreciated. The buffet breakfast was great and the fact you could also order eggs or an omelette was awesome!

Минусы: The lighting was poor in the room, there was no ceiling light which was a bit strange. The open concept bathroom set-up was also not our favourite, and there was so little counter space to get ready. The value for money wasn't there for us. A 4 star hotel charging $269 USD/$350 CAD for one weeknight, I was expecting a lot more than what we felt we got.

Плюсы: I loved the restaurant! The breakfast included was incredible and the lunch later that day was made especially well! Totally recommend The lounge downstairs was so relaxing and tranquil. Such good service and decor

Плюсы: Great location, great place with a wonderful patio, very friendly staff, very clean, quiet... well... everything! Of course it is not a 5 stars hotel, but for that price/location/cleanliness, it deserves the maximum score

Плюсы: I thought the staff were super friendly and helpful. The girl behind the desk gave us heaps of advice on Patagonia and gave us good connection. The room was really clean and the patio area was relaxing . The location is really close to Plaza Italia and the Bellavista area which has heaps of nice restaurants and shops.

Минусы: It was a little hot in the rooms but I think maybe u good get a fan. I am not sure.

Плюсы: Comfortable beds with individual light/socket, room and bathrooms almost always clean, very safe and cozy place. It's the kind of hostel that I wouldn't mind spending 1 month for example. There are plenty of spaces beyond the room and the location is good too (not the best, but close to subway stations).

Минусы: Thise are small observations but in general i really like the hostel: 1.Good breakfast but I missed cheese and ham. And could have more bread options too. 2.Not all bathrooms have hot water, so it took me a while to find one that the water was always hot. But they have A LOT of bathrooms available, so this is not a big problem. 3.They sell dinner at night to guests, but I don't recommend eating there. Small portions, the food is not the best and does not make up for 5,000 pesos. 4.They changed my room to another one that was not thaat good like the first one without say anything or ask if was ok. Just a note on the door.

Плюсы: Отличный хостел, находится недалеко от метро (прямая линия с автовокзала), до центральной площади идти минут 15. Очень стильно внутри. Везде чисто. Много индивидуальных туалетов и душевых. Есть внутренний дворик. На всей территории ловит быстрый WiFi. Отличные завтраки с 7.00-10.00. Очень приветливый персонал, отзывчивые и добрые.

Минусы: Зимой прохладно, так как отопление в доме не предусмотрено. В некоторых душевых иногда не было горячей воды.

Плюсы: chilean style, location, saff

Минусы: locks in room doors should be definately replaced. we all had issues every time when opening the doors to our rooms. 5-10 tries every single time before you get in

Плюсы: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast and perfect location to explore Santiago.

Минусы: The ac was regulated to only go as low as 77 degrees farenheight. The room was very dirty and not cleaned well. I had to complain about cleaning the tub 2 days in a row. Very dirty ceiling and walls. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Минусы: The restaurant. Breakfast has limited items ,break and cakes are old and hard. Due to curfew had one dinner. The food is terrible especially the beef. Staff,especially the manager is very rude.

Плюсы: The owner was very accommodating and let me check in early. Everything was close and there was a fully equipped kitchen

Минусы: The bathroom had a window which was missing, meaning if someone was using the communal bathroom and climbed on a chair they would see my bathroom. There was no TV in the room

Минусы: The toilet wasn't working when we arrived, the hostal was very dark - didn't look inviting, it was rather cold in the room - there is a heater in the common area but NOT in the room

Плюсы: Located in the center of the city with unique buildings. Sebastian the owner is very helpful.

Минусы: The toilet lid kept falling down after standing up and the resulting noise keeps surprising us.

Плюсы: Easy to reach from the metro, walking distance to the city center. We could use the kitchen and little patio. Supermarket in 2-3 min walking distance.

Минусы: Windows go out to the street, sometimes noisy at night. Owner listend in on baby phone at the communal rooms, bit creepy.

Плюсы: Solo traveler, stayed 4 nights in the king room opening onto the courtyard garden. Central location excellent: close to the metro and within walking distance of key sights. The owner was very helpful and made me feel welcome and safe (given the political turmoil at the time of my visit). A good space with a comfortable bed and a good hot shower. Loved the resident cats.

Плюсы: Quirky, well equipped place, good location for sightseeing and a great host.

Плюсы: Interesting old building in a small area of older buildings generally. Not many places like this in Santiago. Hostel on ground floor with the owner living on the floor above. He was a cheerful, easygoing person with a little English and available at any time if needed. Hostal is close to the centre of the city and everything in terms of places to visit but off the main road so relatively quiet at night.

Минусы: There is no cold air from the air con when winter season, but sometimes the temperatures are high during the time as well. Also the counter’s English is not very well.

Плюсы: Staff were friendly & helpful. Restaurant menu excellent & reasonably priced. Breakfast was plentiful and what you might expect from a tourist class hotel. Filtered water (as opposed to plastic bottled water) was provided on request. Nice old styled decor.

Минусы: There was little variety from day to day in the food on offer at breakfast. Not a lot of restaurants nearby

Плюсы: Hotel Fundador is located at the very heart of the university area, and it is very close to a main metro station. It is easy to reach from the airport. Staff was helpful and the restaurant is quite alright.

Минусы: The air conditioning machine in my room was very noisy. Breakfast menu a bit limited, and the fruit juices were almost like liquid sugar! Some freshly squeezed juice or something not that sugary would be better.

Минусы: This is NOT 4 star by any standard. Embarrassing to actually try and pull 4 stars off.

Плюсы: Centrally located. Clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious enough room and bathroom.

Минусы: Breakfast was the worst of the ones I’ve had in Chile - same style (eggs, pastries, cereal, fruit, etc) but quality was not great. Yogurt was warm, eggs very runny, fruit didn’t seem fresh. All the furniture moved around (like the bed was on wheels and moved when you shifted in bed).
