H10 Casa Del Mar

The hotel is in a great position on the promenade and within a few minutes walk of a lively street with various bars with live entertainment which we used as the entertainment in the hotel didn’t tempt us to stay in. We had a very nice room overlooking the pool with a double and single bed and lovely tiled bathroom. We never had any problem getting a sunbed at any time of the day. Lots of choice of food at breakfast and you could get freshly cooked eggs or omelette. Evening meals could be rather repetitive but there were choices and there was freshly cooked meat and fish. The food at the buffets did tend to be luke-warm. Not many English people there, I would say most were Spanish. Santa Ponsa is a very pleasant resort and it is easy to catch the local bus to Palma, Paguera and Puerto Andratx.

Very good hotel, excellent central location, near to the beach. One of the cleanest hotels i've ever stayed in. Lovely big pool. Friendly staff.

Because there were a lot of spanish guests there, TV programmes on hotel screens were always in spanish, but no problem as many pubs in resort screened sporting events in English.

could not fault it ,room spotless ,cleaned every day,pool was wonderful,no noise ,but it was out of school holidays,reception sfaff helpful,plenty of choice at the buffet meal service.pool bar was little expensive but i guess you would expect that.small problem on arrival,we had sent e mail to book sea facing rooms but allocated side rooms,said they hadnt received e mail,however we did eventually get sea facing rooms,so all was well.

excellent location, acceptable food, friendly staff, but overall amazing value for money. I would definately stay again and have already recommended this hotel to others

Half Board evening food was not too my taste.

I liked everything about it,the staff are very friendly and helpful.I have stayed there several times.that speaks for itself.

I really cant think of anything i dislike about it.I will be returning in May with my husband and i look forward to being there again.
