I love this hotel and have stayed here a handful of times. It is so easy to drive into the city, exit off the bridge and drive right into their valet. Check in is always a breeze. Love the room layout. The large bathroom complete with soaking tub and separate glass enclosed shower is always a treat. I've eaten at Anzu a few times and am always satisfied by the quality they deliver. Try the tempura mushroom app, its amazing. There is a pool and hottub on the roof, but it closes at 10pm and I've never made it on time. This hotel is extremely pet friendly with it's own dog park. There are great restaurants all around the block. Try the italian joint on the corner, Puccini and Pinnetti, loved it both times. You get $10 room credit to Anzu, don't forget to use it.

I was overcharged the last time I stayed there. Not sure what for. I used express checkout and didn't realize this had happened until I got home. Then I forgot about it until now so not sure if they would have credited me. The valet charged $85 for suv's $75 for cars. Definitely the most I've ever payed to park but the garage is under the hotel and much safer than the alternative for my BMW. Room smelled like cigarette smoke from someone smoking in the adjoining room's bathroom. Smoke cleared when they were done.

More clarity on the $10 credit. The front desk said I could use it in the restaurant and the restaurant said I could only use it for room service.
