Room was not cleaned from prior guest, cold shower

Great location right near the train station, so if you're between trains then it is extremely convenient.

The shower allowed for only a drizzle at night, and the water was freezing. The staff member said that it would be fixed soon, yet hours later, nothing; all he could say was at least our room was on a low floor because we'll get hot water before others, but that didn't happen. There was used gum left on the desk - chewed and spat out. The shampoo left in the shower had been opened and clearly used before I arrived, and the bed was dirty. The room was brutally hot, and there was no remote for the AC; when I wanted to use it or change a setting, the staff said I had to get him to come to the room with his remote so he could change it.

The location was very good. The breakfast was excellent.

Not very clean

The room was clean and the hotel was well located for visiting the centre of Rome.

The breakfast was very poor - bad coffee, chemical orange juice etc. Generally the hotel is past its prime.

I like the location, close to major sightseeing sites, train/subway station. The stuff was quite friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

The rooms could sure use some renovation.

I Just liked Rome.

They need to make some maintenances in the hotel. We got 38-39 degrees in Rome and no one of our 2 roons had minibar, and in one Roon the air-conditioning were not work. TERRIBLE! I will not recomend this hotel for anybody. I asked then to change the room but the answer was "You can gou to another hotel..." Great Idea no? You travel with your family and you stay far from them. After a BIG discussion they found a new room for us but just 2 days after. I remember other think,, the hotel elect. power is not estable and it is impossible to watch TV because the lights turn on and turn off several times. Luckly Rome is very beautiful, I will never forget. But this hotel, I will.
