Front office staff was extremely helpful in explaining how to get around in and around Vancouver, along with tips and useful printed material.
Though their breakfast at it's restaurant is good, but they ought to convert it into coffee shop for the regular awakened hours.
Great stay near YVR
Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Shuttle service to and from the airport every 30 mins. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. I have stayed here both times when using YVR airport because it is so conveniently located near the airport and has such great staff. I would stay here again without hesitation. Also, it is extremely close to Shanghai Wonderful which is a great restaurant for Peking Duck done right or just a good bowl of Wonton Soup.

Choose due to location near the Vancouver airport. Shuttle service was timely and driver was helpful. Breakfast was more that expected. Front desk attendant was quite helpful in obtaining boarding passes for early morning departure. All in all, a very nice stay.
The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. I will stay there again.
The $5 fee for parking was not a big deal, but the garage was not full. It just seemed unnecessary.

The location was perfect for an early morning flight. The staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. This was the best hotel that we stayed out during our three week trip.
