Плюсы: Fantastic location and a very opulent and relaxing feel that is unique in Perth.rooms were large and open with fantastic comfortable beds. Blinds open on entry into the room with magnificent views over the city. Excellent self parking underneath. Restaurants provide excellent food. Close to Stadiums

Минусы: Understanding the parking process took some time. Some minor service issues in the restaurant, but mostly very positive. Had a quirky couch in the bathroom that covers a portion of one of the entrances.

Плюсы: It would be nice to have some different breads at breakfast. They were the worst part. Had much better in other hotels. You had normal bread for toasting and croissants but maybe some banana bread as an example would be nice

Плюсы: Очень необычный и очень понравился. Стильный, гламурный, чистый, современный. Номер отличный, очень чистый. Есть все и ещё немножко: большая ванная комната, огромная ванная, халаты, кофеварка Nespresso с бесплатными капсулами, мыльно рыльные принадлежности Kevin Merphy (!) Удобная кровать кровать, телевизор с бесплатными (!) фильмами. Розетки где надо, USB вход тоже. В отеле отличная звукоизоляция - тихо и спокойно. Дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал. Расположение - 10 баллов. Посетила также ресторан - чудесно! Отсутствие парковки непосредственно рядом со входом меня не расстроило. В 2 минутах пешком 2 отличные крытые парковки. Рекомендую этот отель!

Плюсы: Staff were great. Bars and restaurant excellent.

Минусы: Coffee in the cafe was very weak. Had it very morning ended up having to have double shots which I do not usually do. Would have been nice if the property had a pool.

Плюсы: Breakfast was only average. Choices not popular with our group. Take away cups for large coffees as they don't have mugs!! Staff were lovely and aware of the problems.

Минусы: The lighting throughout the room was really bad. The bathroom being all black made it worse. Putting on make-up is near impossible so had to take a mirror to the window.

Плюсы: Restaurant and rooftop bar were fabulous :) Staff were excellent.

Минусы: I stayed at Sydney QT and I thought there was options to buy goods for the bathroom (bath bombs, oils etc) That would be great :)

Минусы: Room overlooked carpark and very noisy throughout the night. Free upgrade offered on our next stay though to compensate. But who would go back to a hotel where you can't get a decent nights sleep??

Плюсы: The pool facilities are great and the room was spacious.

Минусы: I had a great stay at the hotel, however the one major issue is that we arrived at 8:00am and although check-in was at 3pm we were unable to use any of the facilities such as the swimming pool or gym until we received our key card. This is a very odd policy as have never had this issue at other hotels. I completely understand re: check in and was not asking to access the room merely just use the swimming pool and gym until check in. Had I known, that this was not possible I would have selected a different hotel as my prime reason to go to Perth was to use the pool. This policy should be changed immediately especially to account for those who arrive early. There is not a lot to do in the vicinity and no one wants to use the casino at that time. The manager sorted the room however we did have to wait 45 minutes, other than that it was a great stay.

Плюсы: Crown is always a nice place to stay. Lots of choices for bars and dining venues.

Минусы: It’s pretty pricey and not a lot of deals.

Плюсы: Apart from Crown Metropole being an absolutely stunning property the employees are second to none!! I have never felt more welcomed or comfortable in a hotel even though it was extremely busy. Customer service = 10!!

Минусы: No bars after 11.00 which is poor for an upmarket resort hotel. Why not have a late night resident's lounge

Плюсы: We love the pool and poolside bar the best!!! Great choice of restaurants and variety of cuisines... Staff all very lovely and friendly especially the pool staff!

Минусы: Bathroom was ok, but not much privacy from kids (no locks on bathroom door) Food and drinks are quite expensive too, which unfortunately we won’t be able to stay here much because of the price.

Плюсы: Concierge were great and very helpful. The view from the balcony was nice.

Минусы: Bathroom wasn't very clean, hairs in the bath. I accidentally left something of value behind, which is my fault. However, disappointing that it wasn't handed in by housekeeping.

Плюсы: Very comfortable bed in a quiet room with good air-conditioning.

Минусы: They didn't have the king bed and room I had paid for. To their credit, they did refund me some of the difference for the queen room they had. However, they had leaks in the room and the bathroom and their customer service and attention to detail left a lot to be desired. I will not me returning as a guest.

Минусы: wifi was barely usable in my room; fruits at breakfast were sometimes not very fresh (had a bit of mould on them on one occasion)

Плюсы: The lovely receptionist Kay who was exceptionally helpful. Convenience of in-room service. Breakfast included and a very nice selection. Opposite Langley park where a polo event was on so had free viewing.

Минусы: Now I know I'm a member of the hotel chain I'll get better deals! A card would help remind me of that! In-room meal could've been better too.

Плюсы: Breakfast was a reasonable price and we were please the coffee machine was broken- meant we got a barista one included for no additional charge. Only downside was it took about 30minutes for it to be delivered to our table. Beds were comfy and the curtains were great block out- my daughter slept til 8am which is rare!

Минусы: Parking price was extravagant! It’s not even up the busy end of town!

Минусы: The room was quite small. Smaller than shown online. The shower was very slippery to get into. Lots of noise outside. The breakfast was disappointing. Staff had trouble keeping up with demand. Scrambled eggs were cold.

Плюсы: A couple of the staff in the morning were good but, they were waiting for a meeting to start.

Минусы: Very over priced for the standard of the rooms and hallways. Feels very old.

Минусы: Movies to choice from on the tv. Not only free to air

Минусы: Couldn’t get coffee at breakfast. Took long time to get service and finally told machine not working. Wanted poached eggs but they had run out and not refilled. Didn’t seem enough staff to keep everything restocked and tables not cleared.

Плюсы: The best thing was the late check out 12 noon. Loved the location. Close to everything. Loved the pool. It was at the perfect temperature.

Минусы: The street had been closed due to the Christmas pageant. Although this was no fault of the hotel I think a heads up from the hotel would have been beneficial. We drive around for an hour with all the road blockages. There were also no suggestions for parking as there were no vacancies in chalet parking.

Плюсы: Very close to Elizabeth Quay, great restaurant and breakfast downstairs. Very convenient to the CBD

Минусы: Showing it’s age in some areas, boards screwed into the walls with screws showing, dust in the air vent above shower

Плюсы: Perfect for anyone visiting the convention center. One can walk directly to the center under cover. The hotel meals were over priced but there were many other choices around the corner. Shopping was not far away and the bus service was close by and free.

Минусы: We had problems with the cold room but after two fixes the problem was solved. The bed is a small one that was a tight fit for us.

Минусы: the aircon was very noisy when cooling and you could hear a lot of noise from outside during the night due to old single glazing

Плюсы: When we arrived we went to our room only to find a maintenance man there as the air conditioning was not working. He straight away got onto the reception and then took us to a new room on the next floor. We were very impressed with the swiftness of the service and the staff.

Плюсы: Hotel was very busy, no valet parking left, room was clean and had every I needed for an overnight stay. Mini bar was underwhelming. I will revisit when the hotel has finished its renovations as it needs a freshen up.

Минусы: Hall ways were quite noisey

Плюсы: The willingness of staff to ensure my stay was perfect. Dinner on Friday night was amazing as usual. Bravo to the chefs.

Минусы: Our room had connect door to another which meant we go to hear the domestic going on next door. Issues with the key card and the lift. A number of guest had same issue. Rethink salad bar.

Плюсы: Great service! A good location for taking day trips from Perth.

Минусы: Noisy , woke me at 4am . The aircon was very loud and rattled
