WiFi only worked on main floor
Value for money, indeed! The only problem I encountered was during Sat breakfast. They didn't replenish the food quickly. People were in line for a while and the chafing dishes were empty.
Everything is great. There was just a weird smell emanating from either the lobby or dining area. Other than that, everything was perfect. Value for money!

They were helpful in checking in and checking out as well as offering recommendations.
Key cards were iffy at best when using in elevator. They took beetween 5 and 10 swipes to get access to our floor.

I have stayed at the hotel 3 times now and they are remodeling the rooms
No internet in room. Tried switching rooms and called Front desk and they basically ignored my request. Very disappointed in a hotel that I’ve stayed at in the past but won’t stay there again
Couldn’t control the air conditioner . You could only turn it on and off no temperature control.

Worst hotel ever
I booked a premier room and when I got to the hotel they downgraded my room but still charged me for a premier room. I was on a time crunch so I just booked. When I got to the room, it felt very humid which made the bed sheets and my clothes feel extremely damp. The room and bathroom were tiny and was poorly lit. Place could be much cleaner. I tried asking for another room, but they said they couldn't. They didn't even try accommodating an unsatisfied customer. Just gave me a refund and had me leave. The manager didn't even have the nerves to speak to me or apologize for the inconvenience. I will never recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The hotel is located at convenient location (close to a shopping mall and McDonald's). There are shuttles between the airport and the hotel every hour. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
