Минусы: Glad I wasn’t in a wheel chair, I was in handicapped unit. But kitchen bench is normal height and kettle was on top of microwave on top of the bench!

Плюсы: They staff were so accommodating and so helpful. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. Also their happy attitudes really made our stay worth it and would definitely book with Cornwall motor lodge again!!!

Плюсы: Larger size of the unit. Parking spot advised, after arrival showed us we had no park directly outside unit, was no problem to accommodate us. Prompt attention with "Not a problem" when needing to take the coffee plunger to office as not 'working'. All good and immediate new piece provided.

Минусы: The position of the TV on wall - between bed and sofa really - the height being bad ergonomically and definite space in unit for the screen to sit on a cabinet/drawer unit or whatever. No bedside lamps - downlights above bed just shine into eyes and not good at all if only your partner wants to have light! Full length mirror would also be a plus. :-)

Плюсы: I had to wait for a friend to pick us up. Transport. We waited in there office and also let us store my bags there so I could go to my daughters graduation with out having to take them

Плюсы: I did not pay for a breakfast, the room was clean and tidy, very comfortable, motel was across from the hospital so some noise when the helicopter took off and landed, but otherwise not much noise. Shower door was in need of repair.

Плюсы: It had an excellent Café/Restaurant on site. Was very impressed with the food. Great service. Also easy walking distance from the airport and to the Railway Station.

Минусы: One of the guest staying above us showering at 3.30 am!!

Минусы: Room close to road so a bit noisy but we were too tired for it to worry us.

Плюсы: A beautifully clean, friendly motel. The owner greeted us, explained all necessary details. Was interested in why we were staying and what we planned to do the day we left. The location was great, very quiet despite being on a busy road.

Плюсы: Great property; clean; comfortable, well set up. The location is so handy to PN Hospital and a close stay to the airport. I felt really welcome. And the cafe on site is fantastic! It’s well worth a stop at Zest!

Плюсы: I loved this motel. The bed was really big and comfy. The spa was lovely and in the room. The unit was nice and big and really clean well looked after. The staff were friendly. All and all a great motel I will be back

Плюсы: The staff were very friendly, we had a mixup with our overseas funds, the lady at the desk trusted us to pay a few days in, rather than all up front. The hotel was very airy feeling and the cleanliness was great for the vast part.

Минусы: I woke up with about 20 bed bug bites all over both arms & my back & face. As I'd never seen a bed bug or been bitten before I wasn't sure, until I found one under my pillow. The staff were apologetic and offered to change linens. We asked to move rooms.

Плюсы: Conveniently located to Palmerston North Hospital, just a short walk to main entrance. Walking distance to excellent cafes, restaurant & takeaway outlet. Friendly and helpful staff, unit very clean and comfortable.

Плюсы: Great location and is very central to everything in Palmy. Great service when we first checked in and provided good recommendations for Food etc during our short stay.

Минусы: Would have liked the room to be a little bigger, but it had everything we had. Service when we first checked in was really good.

Плюсы: Pets allowed without any problems. Great design idea. Second stay as we have been very pleased with the motel half a year ago. Great shower.

Минусы: Room met our needs as we were out and about alot. it was a disability room (we had a guide dog puppy with us) however there were a number of things that would not meet the needs if a person was in a wheelchair. There would not have been enough room to wheel around, the space beside the toilet had a shelf in the corner so they would not have been able to transfer onto the toilet and the mirror would be too high if you were seated in a chair and the cups etc were up on a shelf that you would never reach. (I am an occupational therapist so most wouldn't notice these things - I don't need them but if you are advertising as being accessible it needs to be).

Минусы: booked a room with a kitchenette so i could cook, only a microwave in the room no element or cook facilities, to get around the bed you had to watch out that you didnt hit your head on the tv, very squished room

Плюсы: Perfect location, excellent room, very clean. Good internet and air conditioning in our room worked extremely well. Restaurant breakfast was very nice.

Минусы: No parking available in the parking lot when we stayed, but there was plenty on the road so it wasn't an issue for us on that day.
