Perfect hotel

I was very impressed with the clean in the room. Perfectly! Staff very kind and friendly. After check out, we could leave our baggage in the lock room and take a shower before our travel. Everyting was great. Recommend it very much!

Hotel is very clean and staff are super nice and helpful. We had an amazing lateral view of sea and pool from our room in the top floor. Pool is amazing with good music. The location is very good, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and very close to airport. Breakfast is also good. What I liked was the hotel vibes which gives you a sense of relaxation as well as fun.

The wifi speed is very bad, sometimes it is impossible to use it. The temperature in the shower drops and rises alot and it was not possible to regulate it. Beds could be more comfortable.

If you really want to have a nice ,clean comfortable hotel, you have everything here! Worth the money! I'm really contented

Nothing so far,

Very comfy beds, nice large shower, very friendly staff, overall nice clean comfy place to stay and close to the beach, shops and cafe's. I like that you can borrow a pool towl for a returnable deposit. And the food was fantastic, very tasty and good portion size. We felt very relaxed and welcome, would go back.

The indoor pool was not heated. The swivel door on entrance a little difficult for people with mobility issues especialy when trying to get in with suitcases but I think they would open the door to the side if needed.

Hotell was very clean, good and modern bathroom and owen balcony. Pool was also nice. Beach is near. Breakfast has everyday varied theme for example more fruits, smoothies or biscuits. It takes about 15-20 minutes to go to Palma by bus. Bus stop is in front of the hotell. The airport is well accessible to the hotell.

Wifi didn't work well at own room.

Amazing location ,kitchen staff and the supervisor who was really polite,helpful and professional.I also enjoyed my bday card,drink voucher and chocolate.Amazing hotel with gold staff.

Wi-Fi Internet terrible and TV is on live Spanish not for USA language ,HBO and CNN All sąER Kondysz and Air conditioning system very bad

The location is excellent, just a short 5-minute drive from the airport and just two streets back from the beach. Nice breakfast, very friendly staff...bonus points to the jovial lady cooking the eggs at breakfast!

Everything good. I would recommend though that the hotel can save big on plastic waste by not supplying the jams and honey in individual portions at breakfast. There must be hundreds of empty plastic sachets thrown away every day!

Lovely setting, breakfast and dinner were superb with a fantastic variety at both breakfast and dinner. The morning smoothies and glass of cava was a lovely start to the day. The hotel has a great pool but is also only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Five minute journey from Palama Airport by 21 bus, quiet hotel, pleasant staff and varied choice of food

LOCATION! one block from the beach. 10 min bus ride from the airport. Take number 21 for 5 Euro each passenger. Taxis only good for less than 4 people: 25 Euro BREAKFAST!: outstanding, particularly the lady who makes the omelets! You can get beach towels at the bar for a reimbursable 10 Euro each

It was spacious with a large restaurant, large lounge, large lobby, and large pool.

The AC in the room didn’t work that good.

Loved the fresh buffet breakfast , so much choice. Pool area was gorgeous with attentive staff.

Wish we were allowed a late checkout, but they made a plan for us in terms of storing baggage, etc.

- Very nice and helpful stuff. They helped us with everything like taxi, info, maps, buses some ideas about what to watch in what time. I mean srsly everybody was 100% ready to help with everything. - Food...it was just WOW. Perfect breakfest and dinners with literally everything u can even want. From fresh breads and rolls all kind of vegetables fishes meats eggs deserts fresh fruit ice cream pizza u can name it...everybody can find good food here doesnt matter if u are vegan vegetarian frutarian or whatever..they have it all :D - Very good location u have supermarket like 30metres away bus stop is in front of hotel buses going to both airport and Palma city and beach is like 1-2 minutes of walking. There is very long beach near the hotel and this part of beach was quieter than other parts. This is more like family friendly with less people other parts were more party party. - Hotel pool was nice we were there few times not for so long but everything was ok :) u have so many beach chairs around the pool both on sun and in shadow so u can pick what u want :) a few beds are around the pool too my fiance really liked them for lunch time naps. They have wellness too but we didnt use it. Bar was pretty good with huge menu of drinks. Both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Probably first time that my favorite was non alcoholic :) Try mix of fresh fruits. TOP -Cleaning... special chapter... very nice friendly charwomen :) they always smiled and say hola :D and rooms were very clean every time...after cleaning they left some little candy and few bottles of water so when we arrived from beach we had fresh water ready :) it was really nice and we feel very good there :) - So many little things that one by one are not so big but all together they make our holiday very special and nice :) We were completely happy and could enjoy every day without problems.

There is only one thing that we didnt like, Very strong air conditioning in reception and restaurant. And i mean really STRONG. I was pretty much ok because i work in office with A/C but my fiancee was sick from it little bit for restaurant we were going with long sleeve or hoodie but when we arrived from beach at lunch it was painfull to hop in like 15 degrees A/C. But on the other side next morning breakfest when stuff could see my fiance is little bit sick they made her hot tea with lemon and other stuff without asking and they tried to find us better place in restaurant with less A/C so again people there are really helpful and friendly.

Perfect breakfast, very rich and tasty buffet dinners, comfortable room with sea view, clean hotel pool with a pool bar, no problem to get a lounger in the afternoon. Beach 3 minutes walking, the possibility to rent a bike/car. It is a perfect hotel with calm surrounding, bars, shops, and 40 minutes to Palma bike.

Nothing to say. Just the cleaning service could be later. Knocking between 8:00-8:30 on the doors, when you are preparing for a trip or a beach, is not so comfort :).

Reception staff

It is super close to the seaside and also has a nice pool where you can just relax and enjoy. Breakfast and dinner options are unlimited and the food is great.

The breakfast was excellent. View from my superior room was breathtaking. Just the balcony could have little bit more privacy. Swimming pool area had many sunbeds and to my surprise lot of them were available in the afternoon. There are also double beds which provides extra privacy and comfort. I also have to point-out extremly friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant.

Elevator is very slow and small. It can take only 4 people and there are just 2 elevators in the entire hotel. Be prepared to wait for couple of minutes, especially in the morning or walk up the stairs. The hotel could also have an entrance from the other side of the reception so you don´t have to walk around the hotel to get to the beach.

The hospitality and kindness of the employees at the hotel. They were very nice and helpful.

The aircondiction in one of the rooms was not working properly.

The location of the property was great. Close to airport, close to beach. Bus right outside for Palma and Airport

When you left the hotel and walked one way it was quiet and pretty. If you walked along the prom towards Arinsal it was too busy with people drinking beer on the prom which we did not like.

I Have stayed here many times, GREAT HOTEL Nice clean room..top floor overlooking Pool and the Sea.Great staff in Reeception especially FLAVIA..She is Always Happy and great Help and a very nice Director. TONY..The breakfast is REALLY OUTSTANDING So much to choose and Fresh ALWAYS--Nice big Pool..Bus outside the Hotel To Palma Bus 15. and also Bus 21 to Airport 7mins...A Great Hotel

Location is fantastic, very close to the sea, 6 min drive from the airport and 15 min by bus to Palma. We opted for the HB meal plan, and didn't regret it - the food was excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Only two things weren't that great: 1)there is no soundproofing, so you will wake up as soon as your neighbors start walking along the hallway; 2)the mattress was very soft; most people will find it uncomfortable for their back.

No kettle in room, only had side view of sea but thought we had booked a full view - from our bed like in the picture

We arrived late just as the bar was closing, but we got served with a well earned beer. Thank you bar man ... Breakfast was excellent. The indoor pool was really special, we enjoyed swimming before departing for a 12.00 checkout which was again an excellent check out time.

Очень приветливый отзывчивый персонал, отвечали на вопросы, помогли вызвать такси. Убирали ежедневно. В номере есть бесплатный wi-fi, гель для душа, молочко для тела, шампунь (зубной пасты нет), фен, 2 бесплатные бутылки с водой. Проводятся вечерние программы с живой музыкой. Рядом 2 мин пешком прекрасный пляж с красивым тёплым морем и белым песочком. Мы брали номер с видом на море, вид с 6 этажа просто волшебный. Хороший выбор десертов на ужин (тортики, мороженое, крем-десерты и пр).

Платный сейф. Слабый wi-fi. Плохо работал холодильник. Неудобная душ кабина, точнее стеклянная перегородка, с которой постоянно протекала вода на пол ванной комнаты. Приходилось 3-4 раза в день самим вытирать пол. Перегородки на балконе между соседними номерами полупрозрачные и с щелями, иногда видно соседей, это некомфортно. Питание. Брали завтрак/ужин. Завтраки очень однообразные, маленький выбор, на 3й день уже сильно приелись. Небольшой выбор мясных блюд, морепродуктов. Приготовлено невкусно. В летний сезон отель выкладывает незрелые арбузы, размороженные сливы, просто деревянные огурцы с толстой коркой. Напитки на ужин платные, вино достаточно дорогое.

Отель чистый и уютный, на его территории есть 2 бассейна с большим количеством лежаков и прекрасный бар, где можно пропустить пару коктейлей в тени от солнца или собраться большой компанией вечером. Номера с видом на море или бассейн, в комнате присутствует кондиционер, холодильник и довольно мощный фен. Качественная уборка производилась каждый день. Завтраки и ужины - шведский стол, вкусно, выбор большой, правда напитки на ужине все платные. Больше всего меня поразил (в самое сердце!) персонал, это искренние, душевные, позитивные и отзывчивые люди, и пусть не все они знают английский, язык жестов, мимика и чувство юмора у этих людей на высшем уровне! Именно к ним безумно хотелось вернуться, поэтому у меня не возникло сомнений где я буду жить, когда я прилетела с Ибицы обратно на Майорку. Hotel Java дал мне ощущение дома и семьи. Сейчас сижу в аэропорту, пишу этот отзыв и уже очень скучаю❤️

Хороший отель,с полным комплексом услуг. Ненавязчивый персонал. Все достойно, вежливо и понятно. Завтраки более чем достаточные. На любой вкус! Есть СПА, спортзал. Вечерние развлекательные программы. Отель рядом с пляжем, с остановками автобусов, рядом банкомат и супермаркет. Это очень удобно. В 200м Аквариум. В номерах есть все необходимое в санитарной комнате. Отличный фен для отелей. С хорошей мощностью. Для меня это было важно. Холы отеля , лифты и прочие помещения тщательно убираются, много персонала для уборок.

Есть замечания, исправив которые сервис был бы лучше. Это мелочи, но из мелочей и складывается впечатление. Работа с персоналом сервис-рум недостаточная. Уборки номеров очень формальные. Я отдыхала одна. То исчезло одно полотенце, потом забыли положить коврик для ног, Потом исчезло второе полотенце, Потом не поменяли оставшиеся. Накапанный сок персика так и остался в засохшем липком состоянии на полу, хотя пол уже помыли и ушли. Пришлось домывать самой. Постель сменили один раз за неделю.(возможно, это стандарт отеля) Огорчил и неработающий мини бар, Колесо регулирования температуры просто сломано. (номер 811), в итоге охлаждать там что то нет смысла, в минибаре та же температура, что и в номере. Тогда зачем он там? Грустно было и от того, что нет ни одного русскоязычного канала и нет возможности настроить его. Есть RT , но на английском языке. Так что новости узнавала только с планшета. Wi-Fi хороший, но не стабильный (в номерах), периодически отключался. Приходилось немного подождать, пока снова заработает. Но ловил даже на улице возле отеля. В коридоре 8 этажа (на других не была) душно и стоит неприятный запах. Не хватает проветривания, или от сырости. Но все эти мелочи не критичны. Для тех кто любит тишину надо иметь ввиду, что здесь не всегда она бывает по вечерам, т.к. по вечерам часто шли развлекательные музыкальные программы (концерты). Музыка слышна и через закрытый балкон на 8 этаже). Для тех, кто любит развлечения- самое то!

В пешей доступности от аэропорта (правда часть по тропе не многими хоженной). Рядом с морем. Чисто, уютно. Красиво! Внешне отель выглядит не презентабельно, а вот внутри шикарно! Приехала бы снова!

Отель не на 1ой линии, поэтому в номерах с видом на море помимо моря впереди стоящие здания, хорошо что низкие. Все равно красиво! Цена после брони на номер снизилась в букинге, но взяли по забронированной ставке. Но это не отель, а букинг конечно.
