Плюсы: Location... Staff.... View... Loved them all

Плюсы: The view and the location are basically the only interesting aspects of this hotel. I would therefore not recommend a 5-star hotel which doesn’t come with the basics of that level: an outstanding service.

Минусы: Breakfast is average, including on the Club floor. You serve yourself your own coffee in a basic machine where it really is bad, they serve industrial juices, the choice is modest and when I asked for a refill of milk for my son’s cereals it never arrived. The facilities in the room are not of the best level either, there is no pool or spa in the hotel, which is quite surprising for a hotel of this level and most of the staff doesn’t speak English. But the worst came on the last day. I check-out in the morning and my flight being at 11.45pm, I left my luggage at the hotel with the intention of getting it back in the evening and taking a little while to arrange one or two things before I left (include a couple of purchases in my luggage and quickly go to the restroom to change to airplane clothing). When I sat at the « Lounge plus » corner in the lobby, I was interested to have a drink after a day in Osakas’’s streets while my 10-year-old son and we would alternate to go to the restroom to freshen up and change. Although we were ordering drinks, a very rude lady at the « Lounge plus » asked us to leave because it wasn’t a waiting room. But we were customers of the hotel, were ordering drinks and weren’t bothering anyone as we were using the restroom to get ready. We were chased a couple of times by the hotel staff within the lobby, can you believe it ? Our presence was probably messing up the uptight atmosphere, I don’t know. When I asked whether we could wait on the Club floor (since we were initially Club floor customers), we were told that we would beed to pay 4500 yen for that ! I simply wanted to make things easier by moving « out of their way ». What do customers do when they have a late flight and get their luggage back ? They grab their luggage and run away ? This is what I asked the front desk manager who, aside from feeling embarrassed, seemed to be highly looking forward to us leaving. I travel extensively and have never felt out of place as I did here !!

Минусы: We had hoped staying at this hotel would be a real treat to mark the 18th and 21st birthdays of our children and the end of our trip to Japan. We booked into the ‘Summer Buffet’ restaurant but arrived to find there were no fish or vegetarian options (2 of us are pescatarian). Staff were unhelpful and unapologetic and offered no suggestions for alternatives. We ended up eating in the shopping centre below the hotel. We returned hoping to get a drink. My youngest (turning 18 in 2 days) was not allowed in the bar and the lounge was closed (at 10pm). We were told there was nowhere in the hotel we could get a drink. Again no apology. We found the hotel soulless and staff, although plentiful, repeated ‘hello and thank you’ In parrot fashion but gave little individual customer service or care. A huge disappointment and bill. This booking was an expensive mistake.

Минусы: 1) Приехали - никто не встречает. Стою с чемоданами один в гараже при входе и пытаюсь понять, что дальше делать. И это 5 звёзд. 2) расположение не очень. На районе много всего, но до всего остального надо ехать. Намба, Умеда, Универсал, Замок...

Плюсы: I liked the service provided by every staff member especially the concierge! I would rate them a seven star if i could.

Минусы: Check in poor porter service , as took a long time after calling the phoned for the service to come over to L3 Also the porter did not help to unload the baggage from the car. He look disinterested to help. Also check in counter girl services were poor . Guess is it due to me arriving at late hour ?. I check in at almost 11pm.

Плюсы: Staff was friendly, activities were fun! The free beverages daily was great! Also the ramen and beer at the end of the day was a great idea!

Минусы: Too many China tourists and their behaviour was terrible. Hogging the massage chairs, speaking loudly, shouting in the hallways, etc. Wasn't the hotel's fault but maybe need to limit the number of these China tourists in the hotel.

Плюсы: The staff were incredibly accommodating and the services were brilliant. I was able to borrow a laptop for the whole day for free which allowed me to comfortably organise for the following week of my travels. Great location, room nice and endless amenities to make the stay enduring. I wasn't able to take part in any of the cultural activities sadly but it's nice to know they are there as an option!

Минусы: Perhaps the only thing I dislike is the television is without any international channel such as Natgeo, CNN, fox movies and etc. The television channel focused on Japanese audience rather than non-japanese audience.

Плюсы: The hotel is within walking distance to train station. Massage chair, computer and printer is provided free for guest at the lobby area. Whole day free coffee and drinks. Supper is provided every night at the coffee shop with noodle and liquor or beer . There are so many nearby shops and restaurant around . Family Mart is just beside the hotel. 5-10 mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping street.

Минусы: The structure of the room; The sound insulations are bad, the desk is too narrow, the air conditioner is located above the head. The shampoo and the body wash is not labeled, I still don’t know which is which till i checked out, the hair conditioner is very stick for some reason.

Плюсы: Самое крутое - в номере вас ждёт телефон с безлимитным интернетом и местной связью. Мы брали с собой и расшаривали как роутер. Очень удобно в путешествии по городу и окрестностям. В отеле абсолютно все новое, удобное. Для Японии большая ванная комната и номер. Все есть от щетки до халатов. Подушки стандартные японские - спишь как на кочке) в остальном постель супер. Балкон есть, можно проветрить через щель см 15, выйти не получится По шуму с улицы - приемлемо, если осознаете, что это самое начало тусовочного района. Спать не мешали На 2эт ресепшн, кофе и coin laundry (стирка и сушка 400йен).

Минусы: Лифт настроен постоянно останавливаться на 2ом эт, на 5ый раз это уже напрягает

Плюсы: I'm big on clean rooms and this hotel was very clean. I also love nice bathrooms and the bathroom was great with the Japanese toilet. The bed was great and the design of the room is very smart.

Минусы: The distance from the airport is my biggest complaint. Its hard for people traveling to experience this great hotel when getting there can be very expensive.

Плюсы: We loved everything about our stay here. The hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was excellent and took care of our every need including sending on luggage for us. We booked a Standard Double Room. Even though the booking said "double bed" this was really the size of an American king size bed. It was extremely comfortable. We chose this hotel for the location and was not disappointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Плюсы: This was our second booking in this hotel. We were very happy with our choice the first time around and were looking forward to our last night stay in Osaka being here. While the room and bathroom are small this is pretty much what you find in Japan, the high ceiling helped to make the room feel bigger. It did not feel claustrophobic at all. I've never stayed in a hotel that was so clean. Every amenity needed was provided. They gave us two bottles of water each day, the room had a small refrigerator and safe. The proximity to the subways (even with luggage) was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from and easy walking to the Dotonburi for night life, shopping and more restaurants.

Плюсы: The hotel had nice rooms; clean with a large bathroom and a walk in shower. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The beds were a little hard but all the other features of the hotel made up for the beds. The location was great near a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Плюсы: Отель у парка Universal Studio. Одна минута от станции JR, Одна минута до входа в парк. Отличные большие номера. Огромная ванная комната, отдельно от неё туалет. Прикольное тематическое оформление - чем выше номер, тем более поздние десятилетия 20 века подразумеваются в интерьерах. Можно купить билеты в парк в специальной стойке в отеле, без очереди, правда с некоторой комиссией. Не далеко есть пристань от которой ходят лодки к Kaiyukan Aquarium. На каждом этаже есть автоматы с напитками. На двух этажах есть автомат с пивом. Также имеется автоматическая прачечная, что характерно для многих отелей. Lowson и 3 ресторана на любой вкус непосредственно в отеле.

Минусы: Не самый новый отель, если придираться, то можно найти следы изношенности на мебели и оборудовании. Вид на город может быть видом на соседний отель. Его можно использовать в качестве развлечения заглядывая в чужие окна.

Плюсы: The location and complementary breakfast we had on our last day. Great food choices.

Плюсы: The location was really really close to the Universal park. And so many delicious dine in restaurants you can find in Universal City Walk. Surprisingly, the Universal City Station is also in a walking distance not more than 5 mins! The location is such a blessing. Would stay here again whenever visiting the park definitely.

Минусы: No swimming pool facility as during our arrival was summer time and in need of a splash time. Maybe in the future, to propose a shuttle bus back to the Kansai Airport as well.

Минусы: We are unhappy with billings. Your rates for 2 rooms (4 pax) = JPY479,412 nett of taxes but the way they billed the 2 rooms are complicated. Requested for their explanation & still waiting... Also, their Housekeepers were not to their mark, until matters were brought up to Management's attention. Disappointed with Front Office lack of records of our previous stays & therefore treated us like newcomers. We were there 4 times over 18 months. Will reconsider revisiting them, no warmth nor genuine about their hospitality.

Плюсы: White glove hospitality and traditional Ritz style hotel made this a very pleasant stay! Definitely recommend upgrading to a club level access room as the lounge has a beautiful view of the city as well as a unique tea time experience and delicious breakfast.

Минусы: Wish there was an easier way to get from Shin-Osaka station to the hotel with luggage (not via subway)

Плюсы: Типический The Ritz-Carlton. Благородно, комфортно, красиво. Из номеров на 37 этаже шикарный вид на город. Все работает отлично - кондиционер, сантехника. Кровать, матрац, подушки очень удобные. Шоколадки перед сном на редкость вкусные.

Минусы: Перед заселением требуют банковскую карту, бронируют на карте сумму большую, чем стоят номера. Как будто боятся, что посетители сбегут, не заплативши. При том, что данные карты отель уже имеет при бронировании. При оплате номеров пришлось дополнительно к подтвержденной booking.com сумме доплатить по 600 иен за каждый номер какого-то налога.

Плюсы: The location was great. The room was new and spacious. I liked the bathtub and the shower. At the check-in, the front desk staff flawlessly handled my request to upgrade the room to accommodate an extra bed for my daughter.

Минусы: The hotel doesn't have its own bus stop for the shuttle bus to Kansai international airport. The closest bus stop is at the hotel new Hankyu Osaka. It was only a 5-minute walk, but having its own bus stop would make this great hotel even better.

Минусы: We had three incidents during our four night stay. First, we found a cleaning cloth inside one of our bags! Second, cleaners “accidentally” took my kids AirPods. When we informed the staff that we can see that they are still in the building just not with us, they were found!!! Finally, at check in on ~14:30, we were told that we have to wait 30 minutes for our room; when the staff was pressed, the room (including the extra bed) became ready in a moment!!

Плюсы: Normally I leave comments in detail. In this case all I can say is this hotel is amazing! Modern design, excellent service, new facilities, and superb location, this hotel is a must for travelers to Osaka.

Минусы: Room was not really prepared for the night in the evenings, no slippers, no bed preparation. We also had to request additional drinking water everyday. Small things but all in all a great place.

Минусы: I wanted to pay when I made the reservation but, the only choice was "pay at the property". This has to be optional. I wanted to be able to pay whenever I want through booking.com.

Плюсы: Отличный современный отель. Прекрасный дизайн холла и номера.

Плюсы: it was good to view the universal studio through the window.

Плюсы: Неплохой завтрак. Отель расположен близко к парку Universal и в нём есть возможность купить билеты без очередей. Так же продаются билеты в аквариум Kaiyukan и ходит паром от пристани отеля. Рядом с парком Universal большое количество разнообразных магазинов и ресторанов.

Минусы: Отель подуставший. Кроме парка Universal вокруг совершенно нечего делать, территория города неухоженная. Чувствуется, что отель проходной и большая часть людей останавливается там на 1-2 ночи. Очень дорогое кафе при отеле с совершенно не соответствующей цене едой и обстановкой.

Плюсы: Одним из важных преимуществ отеля является наличие кассы в парк и океанариум, что позволяет Вам не стоять в очереди. Завтраки отличные. Так же в отеле есть несколько кафе, очень удобно. Нигде не указано, что там еще прекрасный вид на город вечером.

Минусы: Уборка номера была плохой. Ванну вообще не убирали. Не знаю, может это просто так повезло именно нам с мужем)

Минусы: The staff were friendly but lacked English skills to solve problems. The manager did address the issue and it was resolved, but not without unnecessary stress. The pillows are very uncomfortable.

Плюсы: Opposite Universal Studios and train across the road plus spacious rooms make this hotel a great place to stay. Late checkout is a bonus especially after a full day at USJ and the bed is so comfortable I want to take it home

Минусы: Returned to collect our bags after check out.after leaving them in locker for the day and asked if there was a toilet in foyer to use before departing. Staff member said they had no toilets in the foyer and that we’d have to find one outside of hotel. Should be a toilet in foyer area of large hotel. Also. A lot of Asian food for breakfast. Didn’t se to cater as much for western people

Плюсы: Good size room with an incredible view of Hogwarts castle. Totally love it. Awesome location close to USJ and the train line. Very friendly staff and always willing to help. Nice onsite shop and restaurant .

Плюсы: Хорошее расположение, рядом 2 ТЦ, куча кафешек, остановки всех видов транспорта в пешей доступности. Апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым. Наше путешествие к моменту приезда в этот отель длилось уже больше недели и стиральная машина с сушкой и гладильные принадлежности были очень кстати. Номера достаточно большие, особенно для Японии, чисто, удобные кровати и подушки.

Минусы: В номере разрешено проживание ребёнка до 12 лет без места. Моей дочери 11 и на одной кровати нам было тесно, они не широкие. И завтрак не в самом отеле, дают купон и можно сходить в одно из трёх кафе поблизости. Если бы знала заранее, завтрак бы не заказывала.

Плюсы: The location is very good. everything is accessible by walking. Food, shopping , convenient stores and malls are just near by. Very near the train station The unit feels like home away from home. Definitely will come back and book again this unit on my next visit.

Минусы: The cleaning staff doesn’t clean the room thoroughly. The one who tidies the room doesn’t wash the utensils and plates that where used and was left on the table. It seems that they are always in a hurry that they fail to replace the towels that they take out.

Минусы: We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. The king bedroom is big and nice but the 2nd bedroom is little too small.

Плюсы: The location is excellent. Near to Namba train station. The hotel is surrounded by shopping places and dining options. Breakfast is great. And the Nespresso coffee machine in the room is a BIG plus point!

Минусы: The room is a little cramped for three adults, with three single beds fit in nicely side by side and not much room left to open luggage. But this doesn’t dampen our experience in Osaka.

Минусы: Очень простой и реально не вкусный завтрак за эти деньги (2.900 йен). Кофе - в раковину...

Плюсы: The concierge service was amazing, they were always ready to help you. Good value for money. Excellent service.

Минусы: Facilities where a bit old fashion, rooms could be improved

Плюсы: Spacious room with river view and friendly and helpful staff. 10mins walk to closest station. Quality matches its name. Will definitely come back and try out the breakfast next time.

Плюсы: Hotel is ideal if you are doing business in the convention area nearby but if not, consider another location. Hotel is far from the city. No restaurants nor decent mall for shopping in the surrounding areas. Subway access is at least a 10 minute walk away. Only one convenience store nearby that is open 24hours. The rest closes at 9 or 10. But then, rooms are huge and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly, helpful and willing to assist.

Плюсы: The room was spacious and comfortable. The sink, shower, and toilet were all separated and in excellent condition. Nice breakfast. I was especially looking forward to the crunchy waflles each morning.

Минусы: The hotel is pretty far from all the points of interest. You need to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.

Плюсы: It’s close proximity to ATC Hall where we were attending an event. Good size rooms. Nice breakfast.

Минусы: It was quite a way from the main sightseeing areas, no USB outlets.

Минусы: Все было замечательно! Немного не повезло с погодой. Почти каждый день шли дожди.

Минусы: В номере было грязно, за диваном валялась бутылка от прошлых гостей, за такие цены и уровень отеля по звёздам - просто неуместно. У трасферов до юниверсл парка неудобное время, что туда, что обратно, завтраки на 3 из 5. Не поняли откуда такой уровень у букинга, отель не дотягивает до 4 звёзд.

Плюсы: Clean and and big room if compare with the room rate. Anyway shuttle bus service is the best.

Минусы: The fridge is not cool enough.

Плюсы: The rooms were extremely large for the price, I was expecting a typical japanese hotel size (small and cramped), but when I went in it blew my expectations, size of the unit was probably about approx 15m x 3.5m. Bathroom were clean and spacious, wardrobe was large and adequate. Bed/Living space was really spacious and large as well. Easily able to accomodate 4 or 5 opened lugagges.

Минусы: Theres no room service, and the nearest 7-11 is about 2 or 3 blocks away so if you are up at night and want some snacks or food theres not much option. Breakfast selection was really limited, mostly international selections, however omelete was perfect, similar to those on omurice.

Плюсы: The location, close to metro and shops. the staff were wonderful and the room although small was really nice. Breakfast was great fresh berries, fruit, catered for all nationalities. Fresh fruit juice and great coffee machines. Found a great little cafe out to the right if the hotel, a few metres down on the right. It is an American style cafe, pasta and pizza etc. We found the train stations quite confusing, especially when u had to exit. Always came out at a different spot and GPS didn't always work. Hence we were frustrated and lost too many times. We were not the only ones. We also took took an excellent tour, the backstreet tour with host Andy. It was the highlight of of our stay in Osaka. Can Google it.

Плюсы: The hotel location is excellent. It’s close to a JR train station which made taking day trips to neighboring cities extremely easy. Our JR Passes were invaluable. It’s also within a 5 minute walk to Dotombori and about 15-20 minutes to Kuromon Ichiban. Both places are excellent for trying out street food. The hotel is clean and the staff were always very kind. The front desk workers always greeted us whenever we returned from our daily adventures. I liked the connecting rooms. This hotel also offers a shuttle bus to KIX for just $10/person and they will hold your luggage for free after you check out so you can do some last minute shopping. The hotel price was reasonable and it came with a free breakfast buffet.

Плюсы: How well planned the rooms/service were. There were even pajamas!

Минусы: Just one incident concerning the reception staff. When we were asking to book a taxi I found him a bit condescending.

Плюсы: Новый отель в центре Осаки, в 5 минутах ходьбы от улицы Дотонбори. Находится в 10 минутах ходьбы между 2 станций метро.

Минусы: Завтраки на разовой посуде с очень скромным выбором еды для 4* отеля удивили и расстроили.

Плюсы: Отель очень удачно расположен: в двух минутах от Дотонбори стрит и станции метро Намба. Номер очень чистый, с хорошим освещением, удобные кровати. Немного непривычно отсутствие шкафа для одежды, вместо него на стене в комнате несколько крючков с вешалками. Но так как останавливались всего на одну ночь, особых неудобств это не вызвало. В стоимость номера входит очень приличный завтрак: 2-3 горячих блюда, холодные закуски, суп, большой выбор напитков, выпечка.

Плюсы: Everything exceeded our expectations. We liked the simple yet tasteful layout of our room. The breakfast choices were enjoyable too! My husband says the Japanese through Karaska Osaka Namba "know how to do it right".

Минусы: If anything, providing better suggestions as to the types of day tours a visitor to Osaka could do. Even if they themselves don't conduct tours, maybe "hooking up" a visitor with a company or even another hotel.

Плюсы: The location is great and the hotel is v good simple modern with excellent room size. It was 5 mins away from Dotombori and the main shopping street 1 min away. Amazing price for such a location the only problem we had is we asked for the rooms to be cleaned daily but when we went bk they hadn’t cleaned but the person at the reception left everything and changed bedsheets and got new towels! He was amazing

Плюсы: Booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. We like a lot of Karaksa Hotel Namba especially the buffet breakfast and the free beverages.Food was so delicious and nutritious. Basic ammenities were all provided and customer service was really very good. Hotel staffs were polite and courteous.All parts of the hotel was clean.Towel was so clean, white and looks new.Check in and check out procedures were fast.Location was perfect.Staying in Karaksa Hotel Namba is like staying in the heart of Osaka. We were so happy with our stay in Karaksa Hotel Namba. We will definitely stay again in Karaksa Hotel Namba. We highly recommend this hotel.

Плюсы: The staff was great- friendly and helpful. They paid attention to little things that their guests might need- fans and umbrellas. Location was fantastic- there is a Family Mart right across.

Плюсы: Very nice place to stay with a good size room, considering most rooms are quite small in japan. All Staff were great and reception were extremely helpful & spoke really good English which made things easier for us not able to speak Japanese. Close to train station & there is great little bakery nearby. My only criticism is that the Beds were to firm & hard , didn’t sleep well because of this. Otherwise a very nice place .

Плюсы: The rooms were a nice size and the neighbourhood had good restaurants, as well as a convenience store right downstairs. It was really clean, comfortable and a really nice place to stay.

Плюсы: Отличные номера, по японским меркам очень даже большие. Местоположение рядом ветка метиов в 500м другая впринципе не страдали. Очень чисто.

Плюсы: This is the second or third time I chose to stay at this hotel for my business trip because the location and the room status is perfect for me. The bath tub and shower is separated and I loved it, the space of the room is totally comfortable even if I keep my suitcase opened most of the time. You can use the tablet in the room to call or text msg front desk if you need anything, which make it very convenient if you needed anything, you can type in English and they'll reply you soon enough, so no worries on communication problem. You get bottle of water everyday after they clean up your room which is another point why I love this hotel so much.

Минусы: The only regret is that the choices of the breakfast is very limited, so if staying more than three days I started to lose appetite a bit. (but it is not because the breakfast isn't good or anything like that, it is delicious. So if you're the type of person that can eat the same thing everyday, it's not a problem for you indeed)

Плюсы: The room was great with all facilities you provided. Bathroom was great also we have a good time in there even only one night we will come back to stay with you again when we visit Osaka :) love it !

Минусы: Late check in and early check out but mostly hotel in Japan it like that.

Плюсы: The room offers much more space than most (even more expensive) Japanese hotels. The design is sharp and modern. The bathroom is very spacious and the shower is amazing (strong shower, massage function, etc.)

Минусы: Actually, no complaints at all. My colleagues got tired of the breakfast as they stayed for one week. I bought breakfast at the convenience store and ate on the outside benches.

Плюсы: THe excellent place to all the destination within the walking distance to city train.

Минусы: I know it is a bit of out of scope, but one of the young staff is not so helpful. I wish he could helping me on another booking confirmation(Kyoto) in Japanese, but he only ask someone who could speak English over(the people speak Japanese) the phone to confirm, it would be rather easier for him help me out. A little bit of disappointing.

Минусы: Toilet was not as clean as I expected. There was dirt on toilet cover and In some of corner of the room

Плюсы: Отличный отель для 3*. Номер «просторный» для Японии. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Бесплатно дают воду, чайные и кофейные пакетики. В номере есть чайник. На этаже есть прачечная-машина - стирка с сушкой 3 кг стоит 500 ¥. Так же есть автомат с водой и микроволновка. Рядом два метро. Прям у входа круглосуточные два магазина, рядом много кафе. В пол часах ходьбы почти все достопримечательности.

Плюсы: Everything about the hotel. Location is quiet & peaceful. Near the Subway, restaurants, cafe & across the streets are 2 convenience stores. Staff are friendly and ever willing to help.

Минусы: Bed was a little hard

Плюсы: The place is peaceful. The amenities included are great. The location is near to the train station and a 7-11 is just across the street. It is also near the Osaka Castle.

Минусы: Wish the TV has english channels.

Минусы: We booked our room about 2 months before our checkin date. I checked the price of the same room one day before our checkin and for our stay it was 30% lower price. so, it was overpriced. The double room has only one chair. The second person should sit on the bed. The lobby is always crowded and usually no space to sit down. When I booked my room, 2 months ago, I requested a silent room, however, I received the room near the elevator where everyone passes through and is a noisy region.

Плюсы: The hotel is relatively new and clean and comfortable. The room type I stayed is quite good for two people and not too small coz most hotels in Japan are very small that you can't even fit your luggage in. This time the room type is actually quite good for two big luggage. The location is also a bonus too, although not next to the Osaka Station but still within walking distance and close to other shopping malls.

Минусы: I understand the check-out time is 11am but sometimes we travelled from overseas and usually had late flight and thus a bit flexibility on late check-out time is needed considering we are paying the room rate more than US$200 per night. Please consider.

Плюсы: Location; It is in a very convenient location surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants, and it is very close to train station and subways, too.

Минусы: They only have instant coffee and tea; if they can provide drip coffee and tea bags, then it will be better. There are too many young children making noise at night.

Плюсы: Very close to a business building which makes it a good choice for business trip ( I guess). The room is small and window's with iron net, kinda blocked the view..anyway what we can see through the window is another modern building. But generally speaking, the service and room is okay.

Плюсы: -Loved the style and fit out of the hotel - looks so sleek, modern and comfortable. The room was perfect. and we loved the free toiletries ......amazing -the hamburger joint / coffee shop is as cool as something in the Ace Hotel

Минусы: the manager man looked snide and not very kind!!

Плюсы: The location is good. Room size is big. The room is comfortable.

Плюсы: There is a shopping mall in front of the hotel. Good restaurant and a coffee shop within the hotel.

Минусы: Rooms could be better. The rooms are very basic nothing fancy about it. And there was a spider on the wall of the room.

Плюсы: Nice and clean. Excellent hotel. Will book this hotel again if I go to Osaka in the future.

Минусы: Breakfast is okay. But it'll be good if it can be better.
