Real Marina Hotel & Spa

Found all the staff very cooperative, pleasant and willing to help in any way they could. All public rooms and bedroom except the main lounge seating area. The staff in the restaurant always particularly pleasant and the supervisor in the restaurant that handled a complaint very well and professional for us. The beds in the bedroom were the most comfortable we have experienced, and overly cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.

There is absouloutely no comfortable seating in the main lounge/lobby. The food in the restaurant was good quality but lacking choice apart from fish. Also, there was a conference on and this tool first place in all areas and guests attention was taken away. Not good when you are there to relax. Music all over hotel monotonous and repetitive. Better off with easy music. local english people walking into hotel, not residents asking for your british hotel newspaper whilst still reading them.

Nothing was too much trouble for the excellent staff,we had an early flight so they sent a lovely breakfast up to our room.We also loved the night time chocolates with a little card to say "sweet dreams"
