Минусы: It was disgusting, dirty, rude staff, pretty much nothing positive except it is across from msg. Do not stay here.

Плюсы: The location is perfect. Great access with public transport and right in the heart of the city

Минусы: The rooms are really outdated and not clean. There is a thick dust layer everywhere and rust on a lot of metal parts. We could hardly look through the windows because of the dirt and opening them was not easy at all (if even possible). Shower has seen better days a long time ago. Just a shame and not making it worth the money

Минусы: The staff was unbelievably rude especially the front desk , the hotel room looked like an episode of a 1920s scary movie.... NOTHING like the pictures, paint chipping, bugs, cracks, shedded... if I could give a negative score I would! DO NOT stay!

Плюсы: Понравилось, прежде всего, удобнейшее расположение - в самом центре Манхэттена. Метро рядом. Очень просто добраться до любой точки Нью-Йорка. Номера не шикарные, но вполне себе приемлемые. В конце концов, в такой город приезжаешь не ради того, чтобы проводить время в номере.

Минусы: Ну, можно было бы отремонтировать гостиничные номера, но, в принципе, пока что вполне приемлемо. Хотелось бы, чтобы на стойке администрации работало больше, чем два сотрудника, потому что иногда собираются очереди.

Плюсы: Интерьеры начала 20 века – атмосфера отеля впечатляет. Состояние многих элементов изношенное, но меня это не смущало: в номере чисто, всё работает. Даже безотносительно интерьеров, отличное место расположения. Для краткой деловой поездки – отличный вариант.

Минусы: Завтрак в соседнем здании – единственное неудобство, которое я заметил. Все остальные слова написаны только для того, чтобы довести количество знаков до необходимого.

Плюсы: Отличное расположение, есть обновленные номера в них чисто и все свежее. Есть "завтрак" - кидают бэгелс, фрукты и кофе на поднос в столовке напротив и гуляй. Повезло - был вид на эмпайер стейт.

Минусы: Персонал (мужик индус) хамло. Не хотели заселять ранним часом даже за деньги, отправляли к менеджеру которого не найти. В итоге нашел адекватную девушку и заселился, но настроение испрочено. На следующий день этот же индус забыл вернуть сдачу и наговорил глупостей про то когда лучше выезжать в аэропорт и на каком такси. Чистый разводила. Испортил все впечатление об отеле. Слышимость ужасная в номерах, что соседей, что улицу и очень холодно. Завтрак позорный.

Плюсы: Extremely clean

Минусы: The room was really hot. The air did not work and the walk from the elevator to the room was really far

Плюсы: The location,it was in an convenient area ,I also enjoyed the breakfast voucher ...the bed was comfortable to sleep in .

Минусы: There were a few things I did not like but the main thing,the hotel overcharged my card ..I stayed for one night ,the first charge was $--- ..but then they took an additional $421.70 & now I have to wait a few business days for the money to be returne

Плюсы: The suite was nicely appointed. It felt like a small NYC apartment. Perfect for two and very comfy.

Минусы: The “jacuzzi” tub was not actually a Jacuzzi, but just a large tub for two. It is beautiful and we did enjoy it, but there are no jets as the word Jacuzzi implies.

Плюсы: The hotel was beautiful. Super clean. And had the perfect location in the city.

Минусы: The only issue we had was our shower didn’t drain. We had to take quick showers to prevent water from overflowing on to the floor.

Минусы: Room was small, not worth the price we paid for. Worse of all, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, how can this hotel call itself 5 stars with such bad beds? We regret staying in this hotel and we will not come back.

Плюсы: Very comfortable bed and large room by NYC standards - I thought the 2 large bottles of water in the room were complimentary and having drank them my husband pointed out that they were $10 a bottle - come on Kimpton you can and should provide complimentary water

Минусы: очень не уютная ванная комната. холодная ( даже ледяная) зимой это прям минус. отопления в ней нет. Номер очень не большой, но для нас это не было проблемой. Очень чистый номер.

Минусы: Заблокировали денежные средства не предупредив . До сих пор их не вернули. Вода на столе , которая обычно в 5* стоит в виде комплимента , здесь оказалась 10$. Пошарпанная мебель. Слабая Уборка: мусор не выкидывают, со стола не вытирают, забыли положить полотенце для ног. Комплиментарный кофе в лаундже в 9:30 уже отсутсвует молоко .

Плюсы: Great central location for exploring Manhattan. Cool atmosphere and great views from our room. Delicious beer and cocktails in the bar.

Минусы: Having to pay $18 for tea for two people in the room is too much. It would be better to provide a kettle and tea bags in the room on a complimentary basis as is the norm in all UK hotels.

Минусы: the location of our room made it quite noisy due to the elevator- would have liked the option of another room or at least informed.

Плюсы: It was very clean, charming, cozy, and the staff was welcoming and very helpful.

Минусы: Not really. Maybe a coffee machine in the room would have been good :)

Плюсы: Расположение гостиницы, в целом персонал приветливый и доброжелательный.

Минусы: У меня из номера пропала бутылка вина. Хотелось бы верить, что горничная просто разбила, а не украла ее. Но в любом случае она ни кому об этом не сказала из чего я делаю вывод, что все же это была кража. Надо отдать должное, отель все быстро компенсировал. Но сам факт очень испортил настроение. Так что ничего ценного пожалуй оставлять в номерах не стоит. Номер очень маленького размера, довольно неуютный, нет чая и кофе в номере. Звукоизоляция в номерах очень плохая. Слышно все, что происходит в коридоре. На завтраках все очень однообразно изо дня в день. Невероятно пережаривают бекон, так что он превращается просто в хрустящие сухари. Нужно хотя бы через день немного менять меню.

Плюсы: Atmosphere, sheek, location, cost

Плюсы: Нам очень понравился вид из окон, кровать. Очень чисто в отели и в номере, кругом хороший запах, доброжелательный персонал.

Минусы: Не завтрака, нет холодильника в номере, нету одноразовых зубных щёток и зубной пасты, нету халатов.

Плюсы: Design, amenities, friendliness, sleek room design, Yotel TV channels, yobot, and very comfortable pillows

Минусы: We had to wait four days post arrival for the room to be tidied. I didn’t mind using the same towel but at least for the bins to be emptied. I’d be gone from 10am-8pm most nights and would come back to a room that hadn’t been cleaned.

Плюсы: Чистота, уют, комфорт, месторасположение, приветливый персонал - ресепшен располагается на 4 этаже, помогли с оплатой картой, так как автоматическая система зависала. Поселили на 22 этаже, выполнив мою просьбу, что очень порадовало, вид на город потрясающий с такой высоты. Вномере очень уютно, кровать удобная со складным механизмом, есть необходимые туалетные принадлежности. Рядом есть магазины и кафе.

Плюсы: Отличный локейшен , правда немного шумновато. Завтрак однообразный, но , если вы останавливаетесь на 1-2 дня ,то. вполне подойдет)

Плюсы: -Месторасположение, -Удобные кровать и подушки. -Спортзал -Наличие просторного бара.

Минусы: - Очень маленький номер, - Душевая/туалетная зона отделены перегородкой, что в сочетание с полным отсутствием вентиляции создаёт "потрясающий" букет. Освежитель в туалете даже не предусмотрен. - Шумно, номер был на 3ем этажа прямо над баром. До 24.00 слышно как снизу тусит народ. Звукоизоляции просто нет. - Завтрак крайне скудный и одинаковый в течении всей недели пребывания. - Очереди! На завтрак человек 30 стояло. На сдачу багажа на хранение - человек 10-15.

Плюсы: Room was comfortable, very efficient for the space and quiet. NYC can be loud due to traffic and people, but I was not disturbed! They also welcomed me with a personal, hand-written note in the room.

Плюсы: Стильный и новый отель, очень удобно на 1-3 ночи. Ванная достаточно простойная. Шкафов нет, но есть вешалки. Очень быстрое заселение

Минусы: Немного тесновато, но для НЙ это норма

Плюсы: Адекватная цена за номер в отеле рядом с Times Square. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Маленький, современный номер со всем необходимым. Телевизор с YouTube. Рядом остановка метро. Есть фен, душевые принадлежности. Уборка каждый день. Очень чисто. Уютный бар на 2 этаже отеля.

Минусы: Огромный минус - бар на крыше здания. В новогоднюю ночь был ад. Мы жили на 17 этаже. Сходили пожаловались и нас сразу же переселили на 4 этаж. Там звук от бара был почти не слышен. По нашим наблюдениям, в баре очень шумно только по праздникам и в выходные. В номере очень темно, т.к. окна во внутрь здания (колодец). Кровать длиной 1.8 метра; учитывайте, кто высокий.

Плюсы: Room was nice. Quaint and clean. Staff have Me an extra bed because I'm very tall which was brilliant from them.

Минусы: The bar closed way too early on Monday night but they did let us have drinks before tossing us out. Bartender attitude was a bit flippant and unfriendly.

Минусы: The lifts. One day waited 10min. Also having beds up against a wall is poor.

Плюсы: Great location, rooftop bar and staff. The rooms are 'small' with everything required.

Минусы: - The gym! This is a small dark room in the cellar. Absolutely not fitting to the rest of the hotel. - No kettle for the rooms available.

Плюсы: You get what you pay for - disappointed that online suggested a welcome drink, and that booking.com suggested that an American breakfast was included - neither was the case.

Плюсы: Comfortable bed, fun vibe, near everything.

Минусы: Website for Moxy didn’t note that Egghead restaurant was closed in the morning so that was disappointing for our group.

Минусы: Room was very small but this is to be expected in a big city. Toilet would not be accessible for some people. Room was not very soundproof.

Минусы: This used to be upscale hotel, with enviable amenities. Not any more: no bar or restaurant on premises, 1 doorman who might or might not be working, the fantástico Instagram worthy library bar is gone as well as the outdoor patio and terrace bar. It appears the whole outfit is ran by three kids in their 20s. Oh a concierge is available only through texting. Of course the location is still beyond!

Минусы: All the bars were closed, paint was chipping, escalators has duct tape, my room was cleaned though I had a privacy sign on the door, and they had no body lotion. I stay here for the bars and the Malin & Goetz toiletries, neither of which they have now.

Плюсы: The bed was so comfy! the room was clean and the bathroom facilities were good. It was a perfect location for us. It was also handy having the baggage storage.

Минусы: Checking in took a while as there was only 1 member of staff, but she was very friendly

Минусы: Balked at the rating. This should be 1 STAR hotel rating. Felt more like a deluxe hostel than hotel. Room was too small, hallway felt like hostel. For such a small room to be charging resort-fee is outrageous. There was no room to do anything.

Плюсы: Недалеко от Центрального парка и Таймс сквер, хороший Wi-Fi, приветливый персонал, можно оставить чемодан на первом этаже бесплатно, симпатичный лаунж, приятно пахнет. В соотношении цена/качество очень даже хороший отель. Рядом круглосуточный магазин с горячими обедами. В общем хорошая гостиница.

Минусы: Тесноватые номера, стеклянная перегородка между ванной и комнатой, нет ёршика для унитаза, нет ТВ каналов на русском языке, берут депозит при заселении.

Минусы: Had to change rooms three times. Filthy room, smoke alarm torn off wall, window separated from frame so cold air pouring in, heating system banging all night, used soap, peeling paint in tub. Really terrible rooms - all three. Never should be selling such substandard rooms. Desk staff seemed very used to complaints about the rooms. I am demanding a refund.

Плюсы: Nothing. This hotel is a dump. Aside from the hipster lobby and good location this place has nothing going for it. Staff was marginal at checkin, the room was dank and small, the carpet in the hallway was filthy, there was only 1 elevator in service.

Минусы: My room was much too warm the first night and there was no way to adjust the temp. I complained the next morning and was told the problem would be corrected. The temp. was better the second night, but still warmer than I would have liked.

Плюсы: I found the room to be very clean and neat and well laid out. To say that it was small was an understatement... but I did ask for a quiet room very hight up in the hotel and that is what I got! So I would not complain. I imagine the roof deck is wonderful in the summer.

Плюсы: Понравилась крыша с красивым видом и то что не было проблем с ванной на этаже (всегда есть свободные и все чисто)

Минусы: КАТАСТРОФИЧЕСКАЯ ситуация со съемом оплаты с кредитной карты! Этим отелем могут пользоваться только те у кого в запасе есть на карте в два раза больше чем они хотят потратить на этот отель, потому что сначала они "резервируют" на карте ПОЛНУЮ стоимость отеля, потом снимают еще полную стоимость и на неделю-две человек остается без средств на карте потому что все деньги заняты этим отелем. В моем случае я должна была 400 долларов, а взяли они у меня 800 и оставили с МИНУСОМ на карте в чужой стране! И все конечно же без предупреждения чтобы я хоть наличными бы запаслась. Так вот хотя бы я вас предупреждаю! Что у этого отеля почему-то есть право взять у вас в два раза больше денег без спроса. А когда я начала связываться со всеми поддержками мне отвечали - ну что вы это же вернется - подумаешь через пару недель. А я без денег на еду даже осталась! Сегодня мне вернулись деньги и я могу написать этот отзыв как "ужасная история с хорошим концом", будьте осторожны и запасливы. Я прочитала и другие подобные отзывы об этом отеле! А те кто это не упоминают - видимо просто располагают лишними средствами или платили наличными. Это не лохотрон, но огромное неудобство и даже опасная ситуация.

Плюсы: The rooms were perfect! They were small, but good enough for our stay since we were not in the room a lot. I liked the shared bathroom system that made it easy to know if it was occupied. I also like that the room came with a sink which avoided us having to go to the bathroom every time we just wanted to wash our hands. Bathrooms were clean and never too occupied except in the early mornings. Rooftop view was cute, but probably a better view during the summer time. It was convenient to the subway and lots of restaurants. The room was super affordable to split between 2 people. We got the bunk bed room, which was small, but the beds were comfy and spacious enough for one person. It came with your own TV to a bunk and your own charging port which I thought was cool too. There is also a bar next door to the hotel where you could go grab a drink and they provide games to play and socialize with people. Overall, I would stay here again!

Минусы: The only think I was not a fan of was the customer service. The workers there did not seem very inviting. It was not too much of a problem for us since we were not at the hotel very often, but it just seemed like the workers did not want to be there.

Плюсы: Понравилось практически все!!! Качество даже лучше чем ожидалось ,расположение отличное просто гуляя от отеля можно увидеть много интересных мест .

Минусы: Как по мне в номере в феврале было очень холодно, не знаю с чем это связанно. Продувалось по полу до дверей!

Минусы: Food and drinks were expensive. We found an excellent restaurant Marseilles on corner of 44th St. and 9th Ave.

Минусы: Elevator key cards never worked

Плюсы: The location and staff. The daily $35 charge (on top of what you paid for the room) for in-house fees was a bit much. We did order something small from room service just to get some of that back, but we didn't need it.

Минусы: The rooms need fixture updates: Lights, chairs, curtains.

Минусы: Everything from the quality of room service, attention to detail and cleanliness, broken wifi, and price tag was incredibly underwhelming for a 4+ star hotel. The Hilton a few blocks away is a better value and so is the Westin across the street. This hotel felt stuff, old and dated.

Плюсы: Great newly renovated room. Location is amazing. Parking, hotel, dinner, show all within 2 blocks.

Минусы: Gym is temporarily located in a conference room in the basement right now so limited.

Минусы: When I went to check in they had no record of my reservation. The staff was very rude and dismissive. I sat at the front counter for 45 mins. while waiting for a resolution.

Плюсы: Travelled for 4 nights with mum. Perfect location, close to Times Square and the subway but not so close in the centre that it’s too loud. Our high floor (30) double x double room was perfect. No noise (from the street or neighbours or elevators!), the most comfortable beds I’ve had the pleasure of sleeping in! Lots of room, friendly and professional staff. All queries and questions were always promptly answered and help was given. Quick lifts, great door staff and always cheerful on your arrival back to the hotel. Large rooms - for this location especially. Fabulous shower. Safe and wardrobe space in the room. Just perfect. The views were fantastic. Some of the city and some of the river!

Минусы: The only thing would be to be able to use the daily report fees in one purchase instead of 10 per day. But that’s a small complaint as I would 100% stay here again.

Плюсы: My absolute fave hotel in Hell’s Kitchen when I can afford it.

Плюсы: Extreme disappointment as the construction site beside my hotel room window sledge hammer all night and it was impossible to sleep with this constant noise all night...the staff should of warn me or at least not out anyone on this side of the hotel.

Минусы: Yes, there were a number of problematic areas. While I was waiting in the hallway for the elevator, I was told to stop talking because someone was apparently shooting a movie around the corner? I was quite annoyed by that.

Плюсы: The beds were mostly comfortable and free of bedbugs. The location is excellent.

Минусы: Tiny tight room with myriad basic maintenance oversights: loose toilet seat, loose faucet spigot, broken tiles, exposed carpet nail strips, pealing wallpaper, etc. Oyo soap is the worst I've ever tried to use.

Минусы: This was advertised as a four star hotel and was not even close. The rooms were small. The bed was lumpy. There was chipped paint and loose carpeting. The elevator was old, slow, and tiny. Mediocre experience though the staff was pleasant.

Плюсы: This hotel is about location! Safe neighborhood and walking distance from major tourist attractions, times square, restaurants, subway.

Минусы: It’s an old property that needs a revamp. The lobby’s atmosphere will take you straight to the 20ies, but that’s all. Elevators are old, rooms are old, etc. Bathroom amenities should improve as well. Staff is efficient but not very welcoming.

Плюсы: Локация удачная. 3 квартала и вы на таймс сквер.

Минусы: Поздний чек ин и ранний чек аут! Не могли найти мою бронь, пришлось выяснять 10 минут. Цена для такого короткого проживания слишком завышена. Чистота в номере оставляет желать лучшего: пыль на разетках, мебели , кондиционере и ковровом покрытии . Окна грязные и выходили прямо в офисные окна соседнего здания. Шторы я не открывала, вид был неудачный. Шумоизоляция меня были очень громкие соседи напротив через коридор.Душ и ванна в царапинах. Сам отнль достаточно старый. Требует ремонта. Не комфортно было. Цена слишком завышена!

Плюсы: Views from the room... just stunning. Entrance / court yard is a gorgeous outdoor space to take in the atmosphere of New York.

Минусы: Bar prices are very expensive.

Плюсы: Great location and beautiful hotel! The staff is excellent! Rooms are spacious and we had a view of the city!

Минусы: The parking is very pricey! $130 a night is a lot of money.

Плюсы: Останавливалась в той гостинице 6 лет назад и стала ее восторженной поклонницей. Это дворец, с потрясающей отделкой холов, ресторанов, лифтов. Раньше было прекрасное внимательное Обслуживание клиентов. Сейчас гостиница в плане отделки не утратила свой блеск, но потеряла во многом из-за плохого постельного белья(старого, не качественного), тяжелых негнущихся подушек, толстых одеял летом в жару. Громкие слабые Кондиционеры, неработающий ресторан ( работал только на завтраки). Не улыбающиеся люди на чек ин. Отвратительный интернет, сигнал работал периодически и на мои жалобы бесконечные ничего не изменилось. В-общем в плане комфорта это 7 из 10, в плане интернета 2 из 10, отделка хотя 9,5 из 10

Минусы: Можно улучшить все что касается интернета, постельного белья - подушек одел , пододеяльников и так далее, косметических принадлежностей ( скудное количество), поставить современные фены, сделать нормальные Шторы блэкаут, которые полностью закрывают утром комнату от дневного света. И сделать персонал ( reception), более улыбчивым и старательным,. По интернету -отдельно - ужасно, не работает, стоит 16 долларов в день. Сделать нормальные разные рестораны, клиентов же много.

Плюсы: We had a wonderful stay at the Lotte NY Palace hotel. Staff was excellent, At the front desk did a great job checking us in and went above and beyond checking us in early and  was helpful with a question regarding wifi.

Плюсы: Breakfast at the Villard Room is fantastic. Good service. Good menu. Expensive.

Плюсы: Местоположение отеля просто супер, было очень чисто.

Минусы: В номерах не было даже воды, интернет очень дорого. Цена 500 баксов за ночь не соответствует отелю.

Минусы: They need to upgrade rooms, hotel is getting old need to renovate ASAP

Плюсы: staff are the best- so comfortable- stayed there for 10 tens at christmas- put our tree up in our two bedroom suite- was like being home, lovely!

Минусы: could do with a better dining option- like an all purpose restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, think norma's or sarabeth's- also valet parking is a little steep at $100. per day- not sure why

Плюсы: the location of the hotel is within walking distance to any of the Broadway shows, shopping, and sightseeing. It is very close to restaurant row where you have a choice of dining at over 30 restaurants.

Минусы: there are long lines of people waiting to check-in so it does take some time. There is no coffee service available in the room or lobby. If you want coffee in the mornings before 9 a.m. you have to walk down the street to Dunkin Donuts. No frills in room!

Плюсы: Great location. All the staff, especially the maid staff, were very friendly and helpful. Stay there was most comfortable for e in all respects.

Минусы: The small rooms and the fact that we were told we would have two double beds when we in fact had one small double bed whihc was definitely too small for 4 people... Which was common since they had multiple guests sleeping in the lobby.

Плюсы: The staff were very nice, and took such good care of us! The room was small, but it worked perfect for me & my husband! The.bed was so comfortable, and we slept like babies! Thank you for making our first New York trip, a very good memory!

Плюсы: Price but it was not worth it. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in NY.

Минусы: I could not get more than lukewarm water in my bathroom. The bathroom sink was not easy to use. The shower would not drain properly. The thermostat did not work. Intermittent WiFi! Overpriced grab and go packaged food is not a restaurant.

Плюсы: Рядом с метро. Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Развитая инфраструктура: магазины, аптеки, кафе. В отеле есть кухня с чайником и микроволновкой, и буфет, где можно заказать кофе и выпечку на завтрак. Номер аккуратный, средних размеров ( не малюсенький, как я думала будет за такую цену). В общем, думаю лучший вариант за такую цену при таком местоположении.

Минусы: Немного шумное отопление, но меня это не очень беспокоило.

Плюсы: Недорогие завтраки, возможность погреть в общей кухне еду, есть холодильник общий. Минут 5-8 до станции метро, рядом центральный парк, тоже в 10 минутах хоть. Очень много кафе, где можно вкусно поесть.

Минусы: Тараканы и так много туалетов на этаж. Мало столиков для приёма пищи в кухне.

Плюсы: Слишком дорого для таких условий

Плюсы: Everything was perfect, ill be back march 25th & i cznt wait to spend more time here at this place. They had a nice dining area & the bathroom was very spectacular.

Минусы: Седьмой этаж, в номере была труба которая постоянно издавала очень громкие и странные звуки, ночью это очень не комфортно.

Плюсы: Bed was extremely comfortable; bathroom sparkled. Clean linens & adequate toiletries. An affordable oasis in the money pit that is Manhattan.

Минусы: Staff oddly indifferent; others offered generous attention concerning their sightseeing while I was ignored for some 20 minutes; when attended to, treated curtly. Unlike comparable sites in other cities, no breakfast provided here. Shower h2o COLD.

Плюсы: I was on a budget, so I had to conserve as much money as possible. The hotel is set up like a hostel, so I was concerned about privacy and hygiene. But, the private rooms with a shared bathroom were affordable. The room even had a vanity mirror and sink on the wall so that I could brush my teeth and shave in the room. My stay was more comfortable than I thought it would be.

Минусы: The room was clean, but the decor could use a few updates (brown shag carpeting, black non descript blinds, etc.). You get what you pay for, I guess.

Плюсы: I cannot understand why this Hotel has such a low rating on booking.com. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they clean the rooms every day. This is the best cheap hotel in whole Manhattan. You got very mive amd cheap restaurants/diners just around the corner. The rooms are very spacious and you even get a very nice view from the room. Despite of the fact, that the hotel is a bit old fashioned, they give you a very clean and nice room. Also you get 3 shared bathrooms for about 6 rooms each flor. So you at least one bathrooms is always free to use. They offer free popcorn, a nice complementary living room and they have a spacious lift. I stayed here for 6 nights and I really have to say that this was my best cheap hotel experience ever in my life. Finding this bargain in the middle of Manhattan makes it even more special for me.
