The elevators are a disaster. Honestly this would cause me to pick a different hotel
I liked the elevator system, how the staff got the homeless folks out of the lobby, and the quick professional staff when seeking attention.
I didn’t like how many folks were sitting on the front step blocking the doorway. Doormen should be pushing folks along. Then get benches out front for guests to sit instead of them blocking the doorway.
Location was ideal. Staff were friendly.
Rooms could use some sprucing up
They were replacing the hotel sign and I drug across out window for the entire stay. That was the only issue.
Rooms by the elevators are noisy.
The room I got was right next to the elevators. Very noisy, you can hear everything that goes on.

We asked the housekeeping to clean the bathroom one day of my stay and all she cleaned was the toilet and removed the dirty towels. She didn't touch the tub.
I didn't like the fact I had to change rooms at midnight due to there being a MOUSE in my room. I was told I'd have a $100 credit to my room and that someone would assist me in moving. Whoever came up just handed us a key to the new room and left. I wasn't assisted with a cart to move. The new room was 12 floors higher but way more spacious. I was content until the next morning I went to shower and there was pubic hair or something slapped across the back of the shower meaning no one bothered to clean the shower....it probably could have been easily removed with a wipe of a cloth but apparently that was too much effort. As I checked out I mentioned my $100 credit which I now learned went back to the hotel. The fact that it was $100 to spend within the hotel was not communicated to me and in my opinion I thought I was going to be refunded $100 from room cost. I was very unhappy with that. How would I know to use the credit before check out and when would I use it between the time I had to transfer all my stuff to another room with no help,sleep,get ready and overcome being disgusted by the shower,and checkout by noon. I would like a refund for my stay. The manager supposedly is communicating with this company since this was a third party ordeal.
Got to the front desk to check in and they told me they never received my booking info but my payment was paid in full then they told me all rooms were filled so I had to find another hotel near by but it wasn't to the quality which took 5 hours to process and wasn't compensated anything for their mishap so I will never use the Ahoma.com service again
There isn't self parking, valet only I upgraded my stay to include free Breakfast but wasn't worth it

Very dirty, very smelly (especially in the lobby), not good services. The cleaning lady arranged only one bed in a double bed room! She forgot the other one???!!! That's a Sheraton, indeed?
Very clean and welcoming.

Nothing about the hotel.....the only thing I didn't like was it rained the whole time........BUT Loved everything about the hotel
