Abate Masseria & Resort

the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, the person in charge is really friendly and kind, the breakfast was the best we had in Puglia's too expensive-so called "nature/organic" land resorts, in a weektime. But still all these are nothing in regard to the expensive prices, to what we are used to in northern Europe: it's simply too much money for what you get : we stayed for example in a beautiful little hotel in the center of one of the "village" (12.500 inhab.) and for just 3 times less we had exactly the same kind of comfort, staying in the town center, ok with a smaller breakfast.

I'll suggest the manager because of all this fuss that's made around this resort, to at least kindly take some time to encounter people more directly if he does has a message to say through his way of receiving people or farming.

Very nice, new trulli... romantic, really... in the countryside. This hotel has only a few rooms, so it's a relaxing retreat away from the crowds, but they are very nice, beautiful, clean and well decorated. Onsite parking and restaurant (not many choices, but good food). Beautiful outdoor pool. Staff were excellent. Would be a romantic place for a small wedding and reception. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A little hard to find. It's on the road from Noci toward Massafra (near to Noci). If you're coming from Noci, there are a couple of signs to guide you when you get near (only one coming from Massafra), but it would help if the hotel had a street address that worked with GPS or else would post GPS coordinates with the booking.

The staff are exceptionally nice. The hotel is very nice, and the food was fantastic.

There was nothing negative about the hotel.
