We liked everything about our stay at the Best Western housekeeping was phenomenal the front desk was informative courteous kind it was a great stay and we would stay there again if we go to Niagara Falls
The only thing we didn't like was at the buffet we're not sausage lovers we like bacon and the eggs they were a little watery because of the condensation in the chafing dish

Was clean and it looked as though room had been updated in the past several years.
The breakfast had a big selection but was not the most tasty. The Danish were very stale and not eatable.

There were 3 beds which gave us a bedroom with a king bed and the kids sharing 2 queen or full, 2 tvs, and free breakfast. Not too far from the falls either, not walking distance though.
Our toilet clogged and I had to fix it, breakfast was ok, the potatoes tasted like they were old and heated up, we had the bigger room and had no microwave. Management needs to make sure whoever is working the desk can take care of the problems that arise or call someone to fix it and not the customer have to do it. The lady at the desk informed me when I told her toilet was clogged they have problems with the room alot...well fix it then!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area was very clean.
We found moldy food under a bed.
