Плюсы: The hotel is close to public transport as well as the main shopping street. Having a kitchenette was really convenient and well equipped. So for families, it's a very good option. It is an easy walk to the old town and Port. The room was serviced daily and toiletries replenished and the breakfast was adequate.

Плюсы: The front desk staff and front desk manager for the weekend of November 15-17th, 2019 were EXCEPTIONAL! My sister and I took my mother there to celebrate her 75th birthday and the staff made a point of wishing her a happy birthday every time they saw her, and even left a hand-written card signed by the front desk staff with a box of maple cookies, gourmet popcorn and sparkling water in our room as a gift!! So thoughtful!! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in giving suggestions of their favourite bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops, booking cabs and giving directions. I have never felt so welcome in a hotel before! The hotel was very new and modern, and extremely clean. Our room was lovely and large with a Nespresso machine and complimentary water bottles, and lovely robes. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful overlooking the city. Thank you to the entire staff, especially the front desk manager (I'm sorry I don't remember her name - Selena??) and front desk staff were just phenomenal - thank you for making such an effort to make my mom's birthday extra special!!

Плюсы: The hotel has such a wonderful interior as is such a statement-setting glass exterior. The suite was very spacious and comfortable for the best night's sleep. Modern-day aesthetic has been very pleasant to see!
The staff have been very attentive to my needs and have gone the extra mile to save my life as a DJ by providing me a cable that I had forgotten -- usually, the cable is not something you would easily "whip out of a storage room."

Плюсы: The hotel is in perfect location what is the most important when we travel. Bed was comfy, our room and other spaces clean, food tasty and the staff...The staff was AMAZING! Me and my husband travel a lot and I mean a lot (few trips to Europe and several trips in US) and this was the friendliest staff we have ever experienced. Every single person, we tried to think about anyone who wasn’t and nope-they are all amazing. Our favorite was James (waiter at the restaurant) such nice and very knowledgeable gentleman.
Will definitely come back!!!

Минусы: The parking lot was really tight. This should come as a warning to those who drive a long vehicle, such as a Chevrolet Suburban, because, despite whatever turning radius, your vehicle may rub into a column and, in turn, can do extensive damage to the vehicle body.

Минусы: The restaurant was terrible. My wife order chicken which was dry and tough and cold. I ordered the steak and it was cold. The veggies on both plates were not cooked enough, not al dente but raw. The cheese cake was barely unthawed and the creme brûlée was mediocre. One of our worst restaurant experiences in a long time.

Минусы: We didn't like the cost of parking (who does?) or having to take two separate elevators to get to/from our cars. Also we thought the garage could have had clearer signs directing visitors to the hotel lobby.

Плюсы: This hotel was phenomenal. We were centrally located and could walk to all major attractions. We were able to check in when we arrived even though we were early. The room was clean and spacious with a large screen tv. The staff were warm and welcoming. They were dedicated to making our stay superb. An example of this is concierge texting us at arrival and checking on our enjoyment during our stay. Fantastic customer service. The restaurant was a relaxing and pleasant experience. The staff was efficient and helpful. The food was delicious and the portions a perfect size. Breakfast was amazing with hot coffee and plenty of choice on the buffet menu including freshly cooked omelettes. We were able to sit and enjoy our breakfast for as long as we wanted without being rushed. We had a fabulous stay.

Минусы: The heater made noises all night even we turn it off. We couldn’t sleep at all! Then we called the reception. Firstly, we were informed there’s no other room available and there might also be noisy even we could change a room. Secondly, a maintenance guy cut the heat power off. The noise finally gone! But there’s no heat! Thirdly, when we complain that as a customer we need the heat but also need a quiet place to sleep! It seems impossible now! If we need the heat, there’s a noise that we couldn’t sleep at all! If cut the heat power off, no noise but no heat either! This is unacceptable and ridiculous! And the manager said he’s able to change another room for us (so they lied to me before!) It was 2am at night, we spent over an hour there! The excuse they gave us is the building is old and their facility is old! Then why don’t you upgrade the facilities! At least you should inform the customers! If I knew there’s a horrible noise like that, I would not book it at all! It destroyed the reputation of Marriott!

Минусы: Имейте в виду при бронировании, я столкнулась с этим впервые, обычная двухспальная Кровать это Кровать для не знаю кого, ширина 1.3м! Номер был заявлен для 4х взрослых с двумя двухспальными кроватями, боюсь себе представить двух взрослых на таком размере, я была с двумя сыновьями 22года и 9 лет, после разборки на ресепшн мне дали номер queen bed это Кровать 1,5 м, за дополнительную оплату. Придвинув к стене, смогла разместиться с 9 летним ребёнком.

Плюсы: Отель качественный, почти в центре Монреаля. Есть парковка, правда платная. Завтрак у нас был проплачен в Лаунж Зоне, завтрак приятный и вполне разнообразный. От отеля недалеко идти до центра города (Нотр-Дам) - 15-20 минут спокойным шагом, также недалеко информ центр (10 минут в другую сторону). Бассейн под открытым небом, теплая вода. В номере все аккуратно и принято. Отель на каком-то этаже высотки - то ли 20-м, то ли 22-м, не разобрали. Вид из отеля прикольный на город. Из номера вид был на внутренний парк. Персонал отзывчивый и услужливый.

Плюсы: Отель качественный, почти в центре Монреаля. Есть парковка, правда платная. Завтрак у нас был проплачен в Лаунж Зоне, завтрак приятный и вполне разнообразный. От отеля недалеко идти до центра города (Нотр-Дам) - 15-20 минут спокойным шагом, также недалеко информ центр (10 минут в другую сторону). Бассейн под открытым небом, теплая вода. В номере все аккуратно и принято. Отель на каком-то этаже высотки - то ли 20-м, то ли 22-м, не разобрали. Вид из отеля прикольный на город. Из номера вид был на внутренний парк. Персонал отзывчивый и услужливый.
Минусы: Стоимость отеля несколько высоковата, с нас сняли какую-то непонятную дополнительную плату - думал налог, но сумма была больше чем налог, не было времени разбираться за что. За такие деньги могли бы сделать и бесплатную парковку.

Минусы: The hotel was advertised ad a 4 star host but was a 2 star. Room was tired looking. Elevators dented. Treadmill in the gym was broken. Food in restaurant buffet was cold. Staff not responsive when these issues were raised with them. Don’t stay here

Чистые и аккуратные номера. 4. Потрясающий вид из окна на центральную улицу. Из Минусов: 1. Среди ночи включался кондиционер чтобы отопить номер и это было ТАК ГРОМКО (можно получить разрыв сердца) Если будете с детками..дети очень испугаются Вам надо сразу отключать кондиционер..НО ТОГДА ПРОСНЕТЕСЬ В ЛЕДЯНОМ НОМЕРЕ . 2. Платная парковка при отеле ( Приехали из Европы и очень бросилось в глаза что постояльцы должны платить за парковку) 3. Платное телевидение ( Перед сном спасал только БЕСПЛАТНЫЙ WI-FI)

Плюсы: We absolutely loved our King Suite . It was the perfect room for a romantic getaway. The highlight was the two tickets per night that allowed us to have two free drinks and access to the amazing open nacho+salsa, veggies and pretzels bar during 5pm-7pm our waiter Berney(ie?). We also loved the wonderful breakfast buffet. Omelettes made by the order. Room service was exquisite. The location was steps away from China town, malls and Notre same Basilac.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Noye about some issues and he immediately resolved and also added complimentary drinks vouchers and breakfast vouchers. He was prompt and made an effort to show he cared. Excellent customer service on Noye's behalf.

Минусы: The reception desk ladies present did not give the warmest smiles or hello’s when walking coming in/out of hotel. No pool. It was the only thing we kind of missed from amenities. Also, the reception didn’t have things like ; razors, toothpaste , hairbrush or straightener.

Минусы: Toilet had urine stains from previous occupant, in room phone had issues dialing out and had to buy my own lysol wipes to clean. I learned later that this room was a complimentary upgrade however room was clearly not ready. No snacks available on first night which was okay until I realized it was supposed to be fully stocked. Fireplace produced no heat and jacuzzi tub had options for what looked like jets but did not work.

Плюсы: The location is excellent. Close to the train station and a stone's throw from St Catherine. A good restaurant on site and a Cora's for breakfast/lunch. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is really friendly. I would stay there again.

Плюсы: This is a good value hotel in a good location next to Chinatown and not too far from the main sites and things to do in Montreal. The staff on front desk really friendly and permitted early check in. Pastry's and cereals offered for breakfast which was a good start to the day. We ate at the hotel restaurant which was well priced, with good portion sizes and good offer of local food.

Плохая уборка в номере, полотенца и постельное белье застиранное, ветхое. На третий день у меня забрали из номера все полотенца, взамен ничего не оставили. Ужасные завтраки.

Минусы: Not the hotel's fault at all, but the surrounding area is not good. Lots of homeless and drunk people, verbally abusive to clients of the hotel. My sister met me at the hotel before going for dinner and we got an earful. But the hotel was fine, good value for money.
