there is no tea and caffe srvices in the room ,for a 5 -star hotel this is not good

Hotel was fantastic very spacious, the cleanliness is immaculate even for a 5 star. parking next door was very handy charged 15 euro per night instead of 30 Euro.. Bar staff were fantastic and very helpfull

There's not much around on a night to do, we were charged e5 for 2 pillows, my 5 year old accidentaly pressed the button for a Movie which we was charged 14 Euro, at checkout they would not waive the charge. you have to pay 30 Euro to use the spa which should be included

the reception area and facilities were very good so first impressions were always going to be good.

the room was not clean and socks were found from previous client. the staff were very welcoming and factual but lacked personal touch. after paying for parking and the ticket not allowing us out the staff seemed uninterested as we had already paid and checked out.

The room had several small defects that could not be fixed during our stay. They offered to move us to an other room (including moving all of our lugage) or complement our breakfast. We chose for the last one. Very attending staff.
