Breakfast was Ok. Bed was comfortable

General Clean Up is needed...Vauge cigarette smell lingers in room

The facility is old worn down and there a lot of people just living in the hotel. Things were damaged and linen old and yellow. Cabinet broken refrigerator stopped working. People smoking drugs playing loud music and littering outside on walk ways. They allow to many dogs in one room 3 and 4 dogs coming out the room not good

I had already booked my room weeks before so all I had to do was get checked in. When I arrived during a storm, it took the front lady over an hour to figure out what room I was getting. During this time, the front end lady and what I assume two housekeepers (who were also in the office when I arrived) continuously talking bad about the rooms and what was wrong with the hotel itself. Made the whole situation awkward.

Bring cleaning supplies and bug spray!!

The only thing I like about this hotel is that it is directly beside Dave & Busters.

As far as front desk staff is concerned I give them the okay at best. As soon as I entered into the room the first thing I noticed was the smell granted it was a smoking room however the smell was terrible and then I noticed ants and roaches crawling from the refrigerator behind the microwave and coming out of the air conditioning unit I checked in at 3:40 at 4 o'clock on the dot I was on the phone with hotels.com requesting a cancellation and I have all of my money refunded the front desk staff lied to the hotels.com representative and stated that the manager was not on site. But I was looking directly at the hotel manager as he noticed his fellow staff on the phone with hotels.com and he immediately try to leave because the policy states that the manager is the only one that can give the full refund. I'm not a picky person however at the end of the day when you notice things like this and you try to get compensated for it for you to be lied to and manipulated and cheated that doesn't sit well with me. This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever visited and I do not recommend this hotel for anything for anybody.
