Плюсы: The room was clean and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable.

Плюсы: Took ages to get shuttle, one of the other hotel buses took us as we’d been waiting so long. Big queue at reception & receptionist was snippy when I asked did they do breakfast! Won’t come back here.

Минусы: Not on airport as led to believe, & room VERY dated - no charging points from r phones - get with the times!

Минусы: Fan in room would not stay on. Needed it to muffle plane noise. Also sink water was rediculous! No pressure and too close to back of sink! Didn’t like paying an unexpected extra $15 facility fee when we got there. :(

Минусы: I stayed in a suite on the 12th floor. I was excited to be upgraded. However, the lighting in the extra room was very bad. And all the room in the x-tra dark room, left a very small dark bathroom. And inconvenient.

Плюсы: Главное это 7 минут от развязки 4 линий метро, и самый центр в принципе. Красивый вид на ЛА с крыши с бассейном. Номера тесноваты, но как за такую цену - отлично. Кровати широкие, удобные. Доступ в номер, бассейн и лифт только по карточкам.

Плюсы: The location and restaurant.

Минусы: It is not suitable for business travelers. Fine for 20 something parties - in fact great- but not good at all for business travelers. The room was quite cold and noisy, and the service was close to non existent.

Плюсы: Great location, both rooftop bar and lounge were lovely.

Минусы: A friend and I stayed in the mixed dorm 6 bed having spent the previous 6 weeks in hostels with no problems and were extremely disappointed. Felt extremely uncomfortable in the rooms as many of our roommates were unpleasant, there was little privacy (a curtain between the beds would have been nice.) The whole hostel smelt of weed especially on our floor. When we first arrived we were placed in seperate rooms despite having made the booking under one name, which had this been our only inconvenience would have been fine as the staff dealt with this after we brought it up, but after our stay we wouldn’t recommend.

Плюсы: The hotel itself was wonderful. We got booked into one of the hostel room with two sets of bunk beds which was kind of weird. But we had fun and that would be our only complaint

Минусы: Beds were dirty from other people and they told me the clean the room every three days, which is a lie because it was dirty when we got there and we still there for three days and during our stay they never came and clean our beds!

Плюсы: Расположение в даунтауне Лос-Анджелеса, а значит в зоне удобных транспортных развязок (да и в самом даунтауне есть, что посмотреть). Общие номера позволяют сэкономить на расходах на размещение, при этом останется полное ощущение пребывания в полноценном отеле. Приятный бонусом стало две ванных комнаты в номере на 8 человек.

Минусы: Никаких явных недостатков нет, все было на уровне. Но нужно быть готовыми к тому, что это общий номер, а значит нужно будет считаться с чужими интересами пребывания в общем пространстве, но опытных путешественников ничего смутить не должно.

Плюсы: Вид на крыше у бассейна, действительно, хорош. И это всё из хорошего.

Минусы: Неудобная лестница для второго яруса кровати, которая держалась на одном шурупе. В лобби ресторан со скудным меню, и в таких потёмках, что друг друга не видно. Ушли через 2 минуты. Несколько раз на выходе из отеля натыкались на бомжей. Может нам так повезло, но было неприятно.. Наверное, Downtown в LA такой..

Плюсы: The location was the only positive. The Biltmore Hotel is legendary. This hotel was rated as a 4 star hotel and that is what I paid for. I took pictures and spoke with the front desk and it was not until my last night that they allowed me to move to a “better’ room which was still not a 4 star hotel. The entire staff knows it is not a 4 star hotel. I was totally robbed and could have gone to a much lower priced hotel and gotten the same thing. I purchased Lysol and rubber gloves and cleaned my room so that we could feel a bit more comfortable. There should be a class action suit for false advertisement!!!

Минусы: It is not maintained well at all. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the showers and toilet before we ever used it.

Плюсы: Beautiful decor, lovely buffet breakfast, great location, well maintained common areas but not rooms .Great experience to live in a hotel where Oscars have been held and Hollywood stars have stayed.

Минусы: The beds seemed little hard, room service closing at 10 pm was disappointing, bed sizes could be better by American standards, was expecting some tea options along with coffee in the room as well.Bathroom plumbing not too well kept... had to call for the plumber twice to fix it. Expected glass crockery instead of tacky plastic/ paper glasses in a beautiful hotel in the room for coffee.

Минусы: The coating of the bathtub was in bad constitution. Few space in the toilette. Not enough towels in the room . The window was dirty.

Интересные и красивые интерьеры. Отель-музей. Завтраки очень хорошие. есть тренажерный зал и бассейн.

Минусы: В некоторых местах чувствуется халатность, где-то требуется мелкий ремонт. Особенно это заметно в номерах. Но это не критично. Просто за такую стоимость проживания хотелось бы видеть работающие часы, сделанную розетку.

Плюсы: Great value. Awesome classic building.

Минусы: Just wanted a vending machine one night. Lol. Air went out but they moved me. Loud band was playing in the park across the street, they couldn’t really do anything about that.

Минусы: I would have liked the hotel restaurant to have stayed open for longer hours.

Плюсы: The room was great. It was very quiet in spite of the closeness of the LAX airport. The bed was comfortable. Israel, the staff member who brought my luggage up, was great about explaining all about the hotel and surroundings. He was very helpful and even got ice for me. We started to walk to a restaurant, but it was dark and so much traffic zipping by us, that we came back to the hotel. Israel had told me that you could order food at the bar, so that is what we did. It was a pleasant place to eat and the food was good. We went up the fitness center to see the City View. WOW. From the 12th floor that had views on all sides. Be sure and check it out!!! I would recommend this hotel.

Минусы: Shuttle drop off location, clean the room, update the room. This is a Hyatt Regency but felt like a La Quinta with a nice lobby and a restaurant. There are other hotels close to LAX, don’t pick Hyatt Regency as it doesn’t live up to the name.

Минусы: Upon checking into room 837 I immediately noticed a foul odor in the room. I was unable to sleep the first night and had a migraine the next day which effected my work. I had to change rooms and this cost me two nights sleep and headaches for days.

Минусы: The room was stuffy and smelt a bit of cheese or old socks, the windows didn't open. The hotel wasn't dirty, but didn't have a fresh feel with the dark lobby and urban atmosphere. Downtown level of homelessness and despair was pretty shocking, people with bleeding beaten up faces round the hotel and a tent city not far away. we much preferred our last hotel the Beverly Laurel - much cheaper with a fresh and pleasant feel.

Плюсы: Приехали в субботу. В лобби играл диджей и толпы местных пробивались на крышу (rooftop) через фейс контроль. Из соседнего здания качала музыка на всю улицу. Сразу прочувствовали атмосферу ЛА. В два ночи все утихло. Свежий модный отель, в котором очень приятно находиться. На крыше бассейн с красивыми видами. Очень близко шикарный японский ресторан на 21-ом этаже.

Минусы: Списали за проживание больше на 25%, чем указано в букинге. Притом, что налоги я видел и знал итоговую сумму с ними. В коридорах стоит устойчивый запах травы. Еда в ресторане при отеле так себе.

Плюсы: The hotel was very clean, and up to date.

Минусы: Staff told us the wrong check in times. We waited in the lobby for 3hrs while comp where down to finally get a room. Under the impression we would have a tub. Get to room & no tub. Not even a discount after waiting & being told wrong info from their staff

Минусы: Room has an odd layout and the see-through shower was super creepy and unfunctional, rather than being sexy. It was super noisy even for being on the 10th floor, but since it’s DTLA, that’s not really the hotel’s fault. Room was on the small end, and the modern art was really bad. Bed was fairly comfortable but included wool blanket which was scratchy.

Плюсы: Удобно Расположен, достаточно недалеко от основных достопримечательностей (Голливудский бульвар, Аллея Славы, Египетский и китайский театры). Напротив отеля современный торговый центр Beverly Center. Валет паркинг. Недёшево, но если что, рядом подземные паркинги по доступной цене. Неплохой завтрак за 32 US - все включено (плюс налог) или попроще за 19 US. Открытый бассейн на 2-ом этаже. Современные номера, отличная звукоизоляция, очень удобная кровать. Набор для кофе. Хороший мини бар. Каждый вечер не забывают приготовить постель и предоставить две бутылочки Evian. В ванной комнате принадлежности Lanvin. Опять же: без всяких дополнительных просьб каждый день возобновляемый свежий сет шампуней, кондиционеров и т.д. Очень чисто. Персонал и отношение-супер! Заявленный check in в 15-00, приехала около 12, была уверена, что придётся ждать (особенно после негативного опыта в Санта Монике, где в Shore Hotel check in в 16-00 и ни минутой раньше), здесь без звука тут же предоставили номер! Персонал великолепно подготовлен!

Минусы: Бассейн не очень. Маленький

Минусы: I didn't like they tried to give me one of the rooms with very small and high windows (3rd floor). This room does not appear on the photos of the hotel in booking.com.

Плюсы: Отличные завтраки! Свежайшие фрукты и овощи. Разнообразное меню, подача блюд на шведском столе выполнена с фантазией. Выпечка хорошая, неплохой кофе в чайнике. Очень вежливый обслуживающий персонал в ресторане, внимательные официанты, администраторы и повара. Завтрак оплачивается дополнительно, можно выбрать нужный вариант, около 40 долларов с человека, но на эту сумму можно плотно покушать! Отличная уборка номера! Молодцы! Ежедневная смена белья и полотенец. Ежедневное, полное пополнение косметики, даже если она осталась от предыдущей уборки. Косметика хорошего качества. Постельное бельё мягкое, чистое, приятное на ощупь. Напротив отеля дорогой супермаркет с брендовыми вещами.

Минусы: Место расположения отеля не соответствует району Беверли Хилс, вероятно это пограничный район с нехорошим кварталом, об этом можно судить о присутствии молодых вежливых людей в чёрных курточках и черных обтягивающих шапочках на входе в отель, которые дежурили круглосуточно. Я понимаю, это была вне гласная охрана отеля. При заселении не было 2-х рядом расположенных номеров, как мы заказывали. Так как мы путешествовали с дочерью и нам хотелось жить рядом с ней, мы согласились остановиться в одном номере с двумя кроватями, тем более, останавливались мы в этом отеле на 2 ночи. В результате, впоследствии, у меня с карты списали штраф 288 долларов, за то, что мы не взяли 2 номера! Было очень обидно! БУДЬТЕ ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЫ! Не соглашайтесь на предложенные компромиссы! Номер был на 2 этаже и "вид на город" представлял собой "вид на парковку супермаркета". На 1 этаже расположен бар и ресторан и поэтому нам долго не удавалось уснуть из-за ужасного шума, музыки и веселья отдыхающих. Отель не новый, окна у нас в номере плохо закрывались, душевая лейка протекала и вода лилась из крана и душевой лейки одновременно.
