Плюсы: Perfect location just outside Tower Hill station. Easy self check-in and friendly staff who suggested us a nice place for breakfast. Lots of movies to chose from in TV and with funny room light setting :) Lovely rooftop bar with great view.

Минусы: We changed room for one time because the aircon is not working well. We tried to set the temp to 18C with highest fan mode but it has no wind and feels like 20-23. Technician came by and said this is the best temperature they can have. So for people who are scared of heat might need to take this as consideration. (Though you won't feel too hot when you are just lying on bed...) Room 509 ipad screen touching not working too well, cannot change channel since second day so need to use the remote control. A bit surprised that there is no kettle in room. Can't get any hot water so need to get out for hot tea/coffee... Slightly overprice, probably because we booked too late and it is mid-Sept where students/parents are visiting UK...

Минусы: Had ‘interior’ room was expecting one with a view, as headlined on your web site. We asked to change but no outside view rooms available. Disappointing as we had booked the hotel almost a month before. Who gets the view rooms and why? Didn’t like having to crawl into bed, I.e. no space either side to get into bed as normal, not easy for two pensioners, one with arthritis. Hot Breakfast first morning was good, second morning, only eggs were actually hot.

Плюсы: Wonderful hotel with incredible views over the London Tower! Perfect location, with Tower Hill underground station just below the hotel. We had a noise issue with some water pumps and they changed us the room without any problem, thank you for that! Nice pubs and restaurants close to the hotel. Highly recommendable hotel!

Плюсы: The location, the view, the staff, the room (everything controlled by the ipad) room keys worked the entire time we stayed, the design of the hotel, seemed like there was an emphasis on being eco friendly. Even though the room is small it has everything you need and if it isnt in the room it’s somewhere else in the hotel. The sky bar is amazing especially at night with everywhere outside lit up

Плюсы: We liked the cleanliness and the kind and responsive staff that helped us out with anything extra we needed. The bed and pillows were perfect.

Минусы: The rooms are a little small but that is the case everywhere in London.

Минусы: Not a fan of adjoining rooms, albeit there were not accessible to each other. Trying to find the ice machine on the 1st floor was like playing hide and seek. Later went to the 3rd floor one, which was at least sign posted.

Плюсы: The room was very comfortable and I was surprised by the size. The doorman was a nice touch.

Минусы: I was overcharged. The breakfast was not worth the £15. The in room tea/coffee service had rotten milk cups with a very rancid smell. They said they would make up for it but they never did because I was checking out. I am currently trying to get back $17

Плюсы: Hotel is really nice and clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The view from our room was perfect we can see the view of London at the night time perfectly..I really like the place.

Плюсы: Location was good, bedroom was reasonably spacious and bed was comfortable, air con was good and responsive. Concierge was very polite and helpful.

Минусы: Bathroom was poor. It was small and instead of glass panels around the shower/bath, the was a shower curtain, which whilst was adequate, was not the most hygienic, reduced the space available in the shower and looked awful. Not what I would expect from a ‘5*’ hotel. The staff at breakfast did not appear particularly interested in making the first meal of the day a particularly pleasant one.

Плюсы: I love the spacious and cleanliness of the room. Also, the bed is so comfy that i feel like sleeping in longer.

Минусы: For first timer, it was pretty difficult to find the hotel as I traveled via undergrounds train. Even though I was using google map but was not that easy to get our way there.

Минусы: That there was loud banging from 6am - 11am that sounded like someone was drilling in the air vent

Плюсы: We were given a room that had a fantastic view over the quay.

Плюсы: Staff very polite and put customers first at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Rooms very comfortable. We pre ordered Breakfast in the room for 9am. Breakfast arrived at 9am on the dot!!!.

Минусы: No Bad Point to report.

Плюсы: Went as a London marathon runner. Made people feel welcome. Nice touch to give out free bananas & water. Clean hotel. Good gym facilities.

Минусы: Slow check in process. Expensive dinner & breakfast. I booked hotel when vat was 15%&my stay was when it was 17.5-hotel charged difference. Thought the hotel as a gesture could have met small cost itself.

Минусы: absolute nightmare to get to because of road works surrounding the immediate vicinity, however, this isn't so much a negative about the hotel itself. was disappointed we had the choice of either paying an extra £30 to park in the public car park opposite for 2 days or an extra £50 to have it valet parked. we weren't expecting such a high charge.

Плюсы: The Decor is amazing and the Rooms are Great. The front desk staff are friendly and very polite. Overall this Hotel is very good and it's in a great location.

Минусы: Waiting times at the Bar in the early evening was very long. Selection of cocktails wasn't very nice. Size of the glasses need to be reviewed.

Плюсы: Our business suite was wonderful. We had an extraordinary view from the 33rd floor overlooking downtown London incl Shard, Gherkin and all the other architectural gems... The location at canary wharf was awesome.

Минусы: The air condition was too loud at night and not really reflecting the temperature we’ve set. 25 GBP per person for a common breakfast was too high.

Плюсы: Понравилось: Место расположение и вид с окна на Темзу. Отличный завтрак в ресторане с потрясающим видом на Лондон, на 38 этаже. Очень интересные и вкусные блюда Высокой кухни вечером с таким же потрясающим видом, только ночным (цены - ниже средних, как для ресторанов Лондона). Компактный, но очень продуманный и удобный номер. Очень удобная кровать, даже для привередливых людей с проблемной спиной (как у меня). Наличие бассейна и тренажерного зала в отеля, входящих в стоимость номера.

Минусы: Не понравилось: Единственное то, что не предоставлялись халаты в номер и не предоставляли по просьбе адаптеры для розеток (наши вилки зарядок для ноутов не подходят, как и у многих других иностранцев), пришлось купить за 4 фунта. Но эти недостатки, лично для меня, не повлияли на общее впечатление и комфорт проживания в этом отеле!

Плюсы: Lovely hotel, really smart. Great views. Excellent staff.

Минусы: Lack of nearby parking was the only downfall.

Плюсы: The view from our room and from the public spaces upstairs were great! they had a great instant hot cocoa in the room. the glass partition for the shower wall was cool because you could press a button and it would fog up. the gym was very hi-tech and actually fun! While the hotel is out of the way and far from city center I wish i'd taken advantage of the historic waterfront offerings while visiting.

Минусы: I had to call housekeeping for amenities, they didn't speak english so difficult to communicate. the light from the refrigerator stayed on all night. the hotel is far from city center. the coffee.

Плюсы: Очень хорошее расположение для этого района, отель новый, ресепшн приветливый, а вот уборка, как всегда в Лондоне (и не только, последнее время) хромает, набрали персонал из стран ЕС, а нам с этим жить. : ). По 5 оценке, отель на 4. Для Лондона на твердую 4.

Плюсы: Staff were amazing and helpful. Nikolay showed us to our room and was always ready to help. The view from the room was beautiful, couldn't come away from it ! The infinity pool and spa facilities were really good. The hotel gives you the card key to get out of the gates to the fitness and spa facilities, as well as a lock for the lockers. The gym provides bath robes and towels.

Минусы: Didn't have a kettle and tea services in the room, but the view from the room and the amazing staff more than made up for that.

Плюсы: The best thing was the view of the River Thames, and the pool and gym (operated by Virgin Active)

Минусы: This is very much a hotel for business travellers. Everything works fine but there is NO luxury. You do not feel luxurious in this hotel. It's a great shame as with very little expense this hotel could be exceptional. It may hold a 5* rating but in my opinion at very best 3*

Минусы: "smart tv" where some of the previous guests broke the chromecast, they also stuck some gum under the tv.

Плюсы: Everything was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, Jay was absolutely fantastic, she really looked after us and made us feel very welcome , room service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. Location is great for the Thames Clipper. Thanks again Jay for everything

Плюсы: As always staff are very helpful on reception. This time round I was served by Anna who always greets with a smile and great enthusiasm.. I would mention every receptionist names but I dont know them all, however all of them are great attributes to the company! Bar staff are also great, as I'm a regular stay at the hotel they have begun to know what I drink without asking for it, credit goes to a young girl named Caroline(I think) always polite and happy to help. Thank you New road hotel.

Плюсы: Modern and trendy hotel with nice bar. Rooms are compact.

Минусы: Cleanliness needs work, room was dirty, flooring was coming up. The hotels location is right on a main road so there is a LOT of noise from outside at all times of day! It’s also next to a hospital so there is constant sirens. Staff were not particularly helpful or interested in issues when we checked out!

Минусы: I have no idea how you are supposed to keep anything in the bathroom dry with that shower design.

Плюсы: Nice hotel, cool interior, not in the most exciting area but handy for where we needed to be near york hall. Staff friendly, had I.T issues when we arrived but didnt cause any bother to us.

Минусы: I was told we there would be complimentary macaroons in room and a card for my husbands birthday but didnt receive anything.. bit disappointing.

Плюсы: Из плюсов - дизайн, недалёко пешком до Tower Bridge, вкусные завтраки

Минусы: Зимой холодно, практически некуда вешать вещи (мало вешалок и крючков), в номере нет воды, сам район - арабский, грязный. Второй раз, к сожалению, желания приехать не возникло

Плюсы: Чисто, симпатично, вежливые сотрудники, близко от метро

Минусы: Были некоторые неудобства в мелочах. Хотелось бы тапочек, а то общий пол душа со всей ванной.
