Плюсы: The room was well set out with an extra bed for a 3rd adult. The beds were all comfortable and the sound proofing was excellent so we all got a good nights sleep. Useful in room safe and tea/ coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent with a wide ranging fresh buffet and hot food cooked to order. The best thing however was the staff. They were all friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special as my daughter celebrated her 21st birthday. They arranged a bottle of Prosseco and chocolate strawberries as well as a card and balloons! Fantastic and huge thanks go to Beth and Kostatin for all their care and attention. The restaurant was also excellent, a new experience for us to have Peruvian food and the staff were helpful with reccommendations.

Плюсы: Расположение отели идеально подходит для ознакомления с городом. Прямая ветка от аэропорта до ближайшего к отелю метро - очень удобно. В пешей доступности находятся основные достопримечательности, а также, для любителей шумных вечеринок, рядом много подобных мест. В номерах хорошие кровати.

Плюсы: We picked this place due to the location to kings Cross rail station. It is such a cool place. It has a walkway connected to the tube and rail station. It is a little pricey but worth it

Плюсы: The property is a wonderful example of re-purposing an iconic building. If you are travelling on the trains it is a 5 minute walk to the international concourse. The rooms are a reasonable size and very comfortable. A walk in shower was appreciated too, especially as it had a grab rail.

Плюсы: Нереально красивый отель - приехать сюда, это как окунуться в сказку, пусть и за дорого и только на одну ночь. Интерьеры еще красивее, чем урхитектура здарния. Дорогой отель с премиум обслуживанием. Завтрак с огромным выбором еды и открыт до полдвенадцатого. Номера шикарные, огромные кровати, прекрасная сантехника. Тишина. Прекрасная транспортная доступность - рядом 2 вокзала и целый пучок линий метро. До центра ехать 10 минут. Персонал очень услужливый. Я приехала рано и оставила им чемоданы, они сами все отнесли в номер. В номере есть гладильная доска, утюг, фен, тапочки, а также прекрасный фолиант с историей здания, на изучение которого стоит потратить не один час. Сюда стоит приехать хотя бы на экскурсию по самому зданию.

Плюсы: We arrived mid-evening and departed for the Eurostar early the next morning. The room we had been allocated had a shower but no bath. The receptionist found us a suite in the older part of the hotel which was fantastic!

Плюсы: The main areas are beautiful and opulent, but rooms felt basic. I was also very surprised that the cost did not include breakfast and was an additional £18 person.

Our room was upgraded to one on the 6th floor with a view of the park. So a lovely gesture due to the staff finding out it was our Anniversary. Complimentary Coffees Teas or Lattes etc. with snacks so good touch there. Will recommend and stay there again. Thank you.

Плюсы: I loved the bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. Really big, clean, soft and comfortable. Could not fault it. The next morning I had porridge for breakfast and it was gorgeous. The outside of the hotel is impressive and the staff are friendly and professional. Location wise, it's perfect and situated right next to a lovely park, yet in the heart of London with shops, restaurants, pubs etc just feet away. I would stay here again.

Плюсы: When I need access to trains and underground early I stay at GNH. There's been some decrease in the looking after you factor since the Hotel was taken over from Meridien and in general a bit cooler. The rooms and location in a way make up for it. Special mention for the restaurant staff. I was very pressed for time and they made sure the breakfast was sped up and done. much appreciated.

Плюсы: Staff courteous & helpful. Enjoyed a meal in their Restaurant "Plum & Spilt Milk" & a drink in the bar the night before travelling abroad. Have used before but still a great idea of the Pantry at the end of each floor.

Плюсы: Breakfast good quality, but run on menu system so no helping yourself to anything. However choice is ok & though not tried I guess if you asked for more it would be no problem.

Плюсы: I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel because of the location and its boutique style but I was so disappointed in my room and more so the price I was charged to stay in what I can only describe as a prison cell shoe box. I paid £494 for 1 night. This did not include breakfast, it had no Tea or coffee facilities in the room because that is how small the room was, yet it had an espresso machine hidden in a wardrobe area so that area could have been utilized for a small kettle and full tea/coffee facilities. Even the Premier Inn make room for such amenities. To get a hot drink you had to walk down a corridor from your room to a pantry. Early on a morning and before a shower means you have to get ready just to go and get a refreshing morning drink to suit your personal choice. The bathroom had no area for me to put my wash or make up bag, I had to put down the toilet seat to place these whilst I was using the mirror to get ready. The pillows were so soft that your sleeping with your head on the mattress and for this boutique price tag, you most certainly should have the option of a firm or soft pillow. You could not swing a cat in this room and was so difficult opening a large suitcase to get your belongings out every time , then close it up just to have some floor space. The room overlooked the roof of Kingscross and had no view whatsoever. Whilst the room was quiet and the reception staff were very nice and accommodating by allowing me early access to the room as it was ready before normal check in, overall I felt ripped off with such a huge price tag and I would never stay at this hotel again. When paying such a high price tag for 1 night you dont feel the need to question the hotel in anyway and trust that it would meet this price level however I took it upon myself to review further due to my disappointment to find that on other nights they sell these rooms online for as little as £199. I would never book here again !
