The hotel is outside the city, very far. There is no tea and coffee maker in the room, normally in all hotels. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my wife. There were stains on the walls of the room. There were no napkins in the room. We left the room in the morning and returned to the hotel at 3.30 pm in the afternoon. The room had not been cleaned. The bathroom had not been cleaned. Cleaning materials, soap etc. were not put in the bathroom again. I have stayed at the hotel about 8 times this year. I haven't seen such a lousy hotel this year. I definitely do not recommend it. I will stay away from Ramada Hotel from now on.

The room wasn't clean, there was lots of dust in the vents in the bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned in 4 yrs. There were hair balls on the pills and bedding. The hallways smelt like pot galore you would think that they had a grow op in the rooms.

Disappointing

My stay was not up to the mark, first of all, someone broke into my car during my stay plus I was miss informed regarding room service ( Cleaning ), which I had to do since I was living there for 2 weeks. And I had requested to change the noisy microwave from my room, which was not done either. :(

The front desk man was very rude, I believe it was the hotel manager didn’t catch his name. Called me a liar and had a lot of attitude even calling me something rude

Hotel room was dirty there was dust everywhere the towel that I had had a huge hair on it that was not mine during covid the room should be much cleaner. The man at the front desk was very rude. Would NEVER stay again. The staff should be better trained

Well the hotel looked way outdated ... Matinance was not good ... The bathroom.vent didnt work the shower was outdated and dirty .. Looks like someone painted the walls with a mop.. Lots of homeless like people walking around in n out of the rooms .. And the restaurant is only open during the week not on weekend ... Witch doesnt make sense

The room was EXTREMELY filthy. Practically nothing had even been dusted, let alone sanitized. Dirt all over the floors, surfaces hadn’t been wiped. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, previous guests hair all over the walls and floor. I bet there was an inch of dust on the head board of the bed. I am extremely disappointed that during a pandemic, hotel rooms are not being cleaned in the slightest. I feel very unsafe having stayed in this hotel.

my room was dirty when i arrived the 3 times i actually stayed there, a couple of my friends warned me to begin with but i just ignored them but they turned out to be right the whole time! the rooms smell of cigarettes and body odour. the staff are extremely rude.

The front desk employee was rude and hasty. We could also hear a dog bark because the walls are paper thin. The worst part was that the room and the hallway consistently smelt like smoke whether it was cigarettes or marijuana.

It was dirty and uncomfortable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful each time and accommodating. They accepted my service dog right away, even asked appropriate questions about him and offered me the room closest to the exit so taking him outside to do business was easy. The staff were friendly to talk to especially when waiting for skip the dishes to arrive.

The room had little to no wifi because the room was too far away from the router even after restarting it several times. The fridge was broken and maintenance was away and or unable to fix it, so food spoiled over the 4 days we were there. There was garbage behind the night stand when we got there, which was very concerning as COVID-19 is a problem right now. Made us wonder what else wasn't cleaned. The head board on the one bed had white splotches and a head print on it as well. The blow dryer was also broken but it wasn't a necessity. The shower temperature was labeled backwards, where hot was cold and cold was hot. The AC unit in the room was old and there were no instructions on how to use it. It was very cold the first few nights we were there and ended up unplugging the AC until we figured out the buttons on the wall were what controlled it, not the buttons on the AC.

The room was not very clean. There were stains above the bed on the walls, and the tub had hair in it. Also, the wifi at the hotel did not always work and often was very very slow to load anything. Tv was also freezing often.

Breakfast costed me $10 and I got raw bacon and eggs that tasted like raw milk . I had a charge for 150 doller's which I'm not sure why and neither is the hotel after calling and asking why. I don't smoke and I definitly didn't break anything.hotel DIRTY

Everything in the hotel was old and worn. Sheets were clean but mattress was stained.

The internet was the worst connection I have ever experienced. Bedding were old and with holes.

We had an issue with the thermostat on the room's heater--we couldn't get it set accurately. We told staff at the reception desk when we checked out and he promised to have it fixed for the next guest. They were friendly, courteous and accommodating.

Couldn't figure out the heating.. so was cold trying to sleep. No elevator..so we had to drag our suitcase up the stairs..the desk guy could have helped ( we are old) We got in at 3am..but could not get a late checkout. So only slept 3.5 hrs...because nervous of oversleeping.

It was affordable it was nice and clean and in a decent location for where we wanted to be, great for families not so great for adults as lots of kids running the hallways

It was dated and worn! Sheets had rips, pool had major mould on the ceiling and walls, it was clean but everything had seen better days and the bar/ restaurant wasn't open at all and was it rather disappointing as it limited our options!

I have already sent a message last night about my issues. Now I sit here at 10am, and I'm continuously hearing the maids banging on doors while yelling room service. And it's not just one knock. It's like 10 knocks. Loudly. We actually just heard another guest say that is very annoying. Let me remind you that check out is at noon and now we feel like we are being forced out early. Now we just heard someone yelling the f word loudly. We have a 7 year old here with us. We are not happy.

The outside is a dump and in need of renovations, inside is clean but also in need of renovations. Bathrooms need updating and are not what is advertised on the website. Way over priced for the lack of quality in the hotel. We were almost ready to find another hotel even though we had already checked in and paid...luckily I wasn’t there often but my partner was unfortunately for him...will never stay at this Ramada again.

Beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom was not clean. I found money in corners (coin) so cleaning staff not thourough. I didn't pay a lot and got what I payed for.

Everything. I feel that I got ripped off by staying in this hotel. The description and the pictures are very misleading. I should have read the poor reviews before booking. You got me this time because I did not have good internet access to do my research

The staff was exceptionally helpful and very quick with check-in and check-out. My family was accommodated in adjoining rooms without hassle.

The building is very dated and run down. It is in dire need of repairs and a thorough deodorizing and cleaning. The rooms continue to smell of smoke and food from longer term guests and the decor is dated and old. The beds are not queen size, so if you book for two ensure you get queen beds, not two full beds.
