Check in staff very welcoming. Bathroom very clean, first floor room, easy in/out.

Get two people and haul that king mattress out TODAY. The couch cannot be sat on as the springs are shot. The mattress is about 5 yrs past its prime. I had a medical appt early in the morning and needed a good night sleep. I understand the lack of breakfast because of covid, HOWEVER, buying in bulk at Cosco dry snacks is not the answer. Also the arms of the couch were shiney with overuse, not to be touched.

The hotel had guests that were noisey,banging doors all through the night,playing loud music,shouting,congregating to smoke,smoking in the hallways,,cigarette butts all over the stairs,blocking doorways and not wearing masks.It was terrible.We could not sleep and I did not have a relaxing night to prepare for my surgery the next morning..

The staff was friendly Incorporated and they did what they could to help me out.

Firstly I got a king suite this was the top not sweet in the hotel. Once I got to the room it was extremely dirty. The sofa was filthy as heck with crime and grease all over the hand rest and the headrest. It even had stains of some kind of droppings. Coming to the bedroom no pillows. Ask the receptionist if I can have some pillows and they dropped off some sofa/couch cushion. They said that's all they have. Going further towards night at around 12:30 a.m. I felt itchy got up turned on the light using my cell phone of course because there wasn't any light in the room none of the light switch worked and the lamps were broken. Upon investigation I had quite a few spots on my body felt like something bit me. Turn the light towards the wall behind the headrest voila bed bugs. I squished four of them I don't know how many they're more there were. Spend the night in my van to finally check out of the room in the morning because they held my deposit using my debit card. Worst decision ever to stay in this hotel.

Pathetic...very unprofessional attitude

At checkout time, the front desk member attempted several times to refund the $250.00 deposit which was taken out of my U.K. bank account at check in time. I stood in the lobby for over an hour, while he and the Manager apparently were trying to sort the proble. The Manager tried to say that it was my fault because I pressed conversion on the debit machine. This is a non issue, I still have not receved my deposit back, and have been back to the property again today to no avail. The same front desk clerk tried to reissue the refund once again, and it was still declined. He told me not to worry, that they would not keep my money???!!!! He then confirmed my contact telephone number and assured me that he would sort the problem out and be in touch!!??? Needless to say, I will be going back tomorrow, and not leaving until I get my $250.00 back! In addition, I rang up another Quality Suites to ask them what the process was for refunding deposit, and rang the customer service mainline. I was informed that the amount should not have taken anyway, only a hold placed for that amount!!???? The manager also told me to ring my bank that it out of his hands??!! I did, and they said it was nothing to do with them, that the hotel should be refunding me.

Quality Inn & Suites are usually a good standard room. This place was the worst hotel I had ever been in. The man at the front desk did his best to accommodate us but the condition of the hotel, he could not help us out, he did move us to a new room.

The rooms had ripped up carpet, stains on the carpet, walls and doors were all marked up. Bathroom was not clean. You could tell that this hotel was used to house people as a transition place for institutions. It didn't feel safe or clean.

Due to COVID 19 there was no breakfast, just bag snacks for takeout. The first floor smelled of tobacco smoke. The room wasn't made up after our first night. The room was dated almost dingy in it's appearance. It needs a remodel. The HVAC unit made noises when it ran.

Never staying again.

There was crayon on the walls, the carpet was damp, the couch was too uncomfortable to sit, we were only provided one bath towel for double occupancy, and the hall smelled like some was cooking in their room. There were many people coming and going that appeared to be living there.

Hotel employee at the front desk was great.

I did not feel safe in the hotel due to the type of people staying there.

Gave us a getaway

We liked the bagged breakfast which replaced the normal breakfast. We liked that it was across from the mall

When we parked our car we had to pass a person smoking drugs on the step. Inside while walking in the hallway a lady was walking from her room with a bong in her hands. We reported it to the staff and we did not see this activity again. It did however leave a worrisome impression.

Property was rundown and room was dirty. Needed complete renovation. Did not feel safe as there seemed to be some transient people about. Worried about car being broken into.

Room needs to be updated couch n chair was so warm had to put towels on the arms also they were way to low to the ground were not full height furniture door to bathroom was peeling needed painting beds were uncomfortable needs foam pillowtop air conditioner n fridge took 2 days to cool down was a fan in the room to try n keep us cool was not happy at all recomend u to friends n family NOT HAPPENING

the manager lied to my face stole my 250$ deposit then called the police to get me removed from the property said i was smoking in the room then told me bylaw officer was coming to make a ruling left me sitting there for 6 HRS later i find out the bylaw officer has no part in any ruling it is the health department that would be called in a dispute great lack of integrity ,fraud and theft of my deposit.

Onnly provided one face cloth for two peole. Stayed two nights however the bed wasn't done up. No kleenex in room.

Dirty room. Stained curtains and carpet. Holes in window screens. Mold in bathroom. Uncomfortable couch and bed. Hallways dirty. Housekeeping staff left vomit on floor in hallway for 3 days. Security doors broken and able to open without key card. All lamp shades in room falling apart. Too many photos of problems to share.

The beds were horrible The room was dated from 1980’s The smell was horrible I had to go buy candles. The furnace was loud and buzzing all night long. The carpets were horribly stained and the couch looked like they found it on the curb. The staff was friendly that was the only nice thing here, I will not be booking at this chain of hotels again.

Breakfast was awesome. Everything I tried was great. I especially loved the waffles. All the staff members I encountered were friendly, helpful and accommodating (we checked in way later than planned. I was afraid they would give away the room but staff was very reassuring, telling me to take my time, the room will be their when we arrive. That was very sweet.)

The furniture and carpet looked really old with stains. I didn't sit or put any of my belongings on the couch or arm chair - I sat in the office chair and put my bags on the desk. When I pulled back the bed covers, there was hair on my bed sheets (ewwwww gross!). That was really disturbing. I slept on top of the covers (we checked in really late I was already tired. Although I though about it, I didn't bother to call down for them to change the sheets). There was a roach in the bathroom (I can forgive one roach but with everything else I was already feeling icky and uncomfortable).

Quite place many food restaurants and take out food around and nice staff and friendly.

There were quite a bit of questionable characters that hung around the building and made the environment sketchy. It was passable for a couple of nights considering I have never been to London before, however the location seemed a bit off and the guests were questionable. The outside doors were supposed to be locked and I was told my keycard would work, however all outside doors were unlocked and the keycard wasn't needed. This is a safety concern and staff need to be more aware of this and take the appropriate measures just to ensure the safety of everyone in the building.

The hotel smells of smoke everywhere. From the minute you walk in. The rooms and hallways smell of smoke. There was no heat for hours in our room. The Hvac systems was very loud. The condition of the hotel is poor. Ripped wallpaper, stained rugs. Etc. Our friends stayed and said when they arrived a man came in with a hooker. Lovely. I could write more but I won’t.

Out dated! So badly outdated. Tube TV. Gross breakfast, poop stains on toilet lid and trash left on floor of room. Ice machine broken. I paid $---- to stay in an awful room.

The property was old and shabby. The sheets were ripped and tattered. The couches and furnishings were old and dirty looking. The beds were old and lumpy. We didn’t sit on any of the furniture. The TV was antiquated. Luckily we only needed a place to sleep.

The front desk person was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was ok but the room was far too small for the hotel. There was no seats available so my husband had to eat standing up. The room would have been nice 15 years ago but was badly dated with holes in the couch and a dangerous standing fan/heater which we didn’t understand was the only heat and cooling for the unit and didn’t utilize properly. Also don’t think that is fire code approved. Best part of our stay was the front desk person who was very responsive and kind.

Carpets are filthy!!! I kept my shoes on the whole time. Hallways were smelly. Back door key entry was broken therefore leaving the door easily pulled open by public. Made me feel unsafe. Not enough tables in the eating area for the number of rooms!

Room was mouldy and carpets look like they've got at least a couple dozen overlapping 2L stains.

There were no bath towels in the room which I noticed after I got out of the shower. the pillows were small. The bed was not comfortable. The hallways needed vacuuming.

Good location, close to where we wanted to be. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Got to the room and it hadn't been cleaned very good; there was a pair of dirty socks on the floor and a broken headset next to the bed. There were also some nasty stains on the carpet. Eggs were cold at the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

They had suits with 2 bed configuration. THe rooms had refrig, microwave and coffee pod dispenser.

They tried the bait and switch with me - did not want me to have the room configuration I purchased. THe Carpets are stained throughout the hotel. The matresses were saggy. Pull-out couch too worn, never trust sleeping on it. Black mold in bathroom!

It was close to where we needed to be and the breakfast was good. Considering the room was very out dated they were very clean.

My bed was terrible. It was worn out and hard. There were stains on all the carpets. Also there was some unsavoury regulars that stay there and they were terrible to our kids.

The Hotel room (227) was very dirty and I found bed bugs in the room. I've tried to contact the location many times but each time the customer staff would tell me that either the manager is not in at this time or he/she would give me a call back.

Previous guest's leftover take out food was still in the fridge when I checked in before midnight, it smelled awful! The central air conditioning was loud which woke me up several times throughout the night.

Strangely the bed had a mattress topper made completely from feathers. Shocked that a hotel would use a feather stuffed mattress cover, when so many have allergies, and also quite disgusting as it cannot be laundered. Made me itchy. Just plain gross.

Hotel was much older than other Quality hotels I have stayed in and rooms really needing renovation. Beds were very uncomfortable-mattresses sagging in middle. Not a very good night's sleep.

Large double room suite was ideal for my stay

Dirty. Hallways Smelled awful. Sofa in our room was very dirty and smelled Stayed 2 nights, no one clean our room or exchanged towels or emptied garbage. Stayed at same hotel 7 months earlier and it wasn't dirty like this.

Perfectly acceptable 2.5 star hotel. I would have ranked it higher had I not been finding so many superior 2 and 3 star hotels that have been modernized and up'd their game. Spacious suite like layout with a little kitchenette is a nice touch.

Out dated and some cosmetic issues, seemed clean but the ceiling was starting to fall in one area. Bed was a bit subpar.

The entire place smelt musty, and our room smelt like someone had been smoking in it previously. which we did not get a smoking room. Also there was a potato bug on on of the beds.

The suite was an ample size.

Carpet was badly stained in numerous places and paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling. The breakfast room was to small for the size of this hotel. People were waiting to get a table in order to eat breakfast.

The pool & hot tub were very nice! The price was super! The beds & pillows were comfortable!

A cleaning rag was left in the kitchen sink.trim in the bathroom looked bad. hair dryer sparked and smelled horrid. I requested another hair dryer;waited 25 min called front desk again;someone finally brought one an hour after my first request.

Cleaness, smell very bad, it seems that they don't change sheets. Their is dirt under the nope of the bathroom. So discussing. The hallway smells too. Only one housekeeper.
