Плюсы: Понравилось всё. Отель чудесный.Тихо и спокойно.Чисто и уютно. Центр рядом.

Минусы: Нам была нужна детская кроватка. Нам её предоставили. Но первый раз столкнулись с тем, сто в ней не было матраца и постельных принадлежностей. Таким образом, это была не кроватка, а манеж. На нашу просьбу нам принесли взрослое одеяло, однако, сказали, что данный сервис их отель не предоставляет.

Минусы: Номер оказался рядом с рестораном. После прогулки по городу мы вернулись в отель чтобы отдохнуть. Это была суббота и мы застали празднование детского дня рождения или какого-то детского праздника. Громко звучала музыка и дети бегали по коридорам и стучали дверьми. Я подошла к служащей в регистрации и мне объяснили что помещение ресторана было заказано людьми не проживающими в гостинице и что в 21-30 они уйдут. Может они действительно ушли, но музыка, танцы и громкое веселье в ресторане не умолкали приблизительно до 12-30 после полуночи. Если бы мой муж не удерживал меня, я была готова вызвать полицию. В результате наших жалоб мы получили 2 напитка, как оказалось, разбавленные водой, пива для мужа и сок из сухого концентрата для меня. За 2 недели до описываемых событий мы останавливались в этом отеле, но не в выходные дни и на высоком этаже и было все прекрасно - никто не бегал, музыки, если она и была слышно не было и пьяных гостей тоже.

Плюсы: Breakfast in the Wernher Restaurant was very nice - the room is spectacular, as is the view if you don't get seated next to the para vent that hides the kitchen entrance or by far worse get sent to the Adam`s Brasserie. The whole estate is wonderful with lovely paths twining through the estate which also has a well visited golf course. Lovely spa and swimming pool area. It is very quiet in the evenings and during the night. Room was very clean, typical old English furniture. There were two gentlemen attending to guests at the entrance to the Wernher restaurant - these two met up with 5* expectations, as did the men at the door and the "Mansion" itself.

Минусы: The reception desk was not very helpful with information about places to visit, we asked for some information we were told to look on internet - a few days later we found a small area, adjacent to the lobby, with loads of pamphlets and leaflets about places to visit. We booked on two evenings the Wernher restaurant and Adam`s Brasserie - both were a disappointment. Although the Wernher restaurant has a wonderful setting, well worth the 5* with beautiful wall tapestries and fine table setting - the food was unfortunately not of a high standard. Wine was served from two different corked bottles in the same glass. The Adam`s Brasserie was far worse - the food was absolutely terrible. The Breakfast in this area is totally not 5* and very poor. Table decoration as in a roadside cafe, cobwebs on the lighting free of charge. Definitely not up to standard. Staff trying to solve problems with breakfast seating were discussing things in front of us - also something you do not wish to hear as a guest. The water in the bathroom smelt of chlorine, a lamp was out of order. We didn't visit the sauna as swimsuits are to be worn at all times - something Europeans don't understand but respect. I would suggest avoiding the Brasserie if you have taste buds and only dining in the Wernher Restaurant for the overall experience. There are far better restaurants in Harpenden or Saint Albans.

Плюсы: We stayed here for a very short relaxing (post wedding) stay, booked last minute. The staff were wonderful, incredible service and they went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable. Would highly recommend for a short luxury stay. The spa was great and they squeezed me in for a facial on the day.

Минусы: The only negative is that an omelette at breakfast was extra money! After paying over 20 for breakfast you would have thought an omelette is included.

Плюсы: The Lady Zia room was wonderful and the public areas in the main house were impressive. Walks around the grounds were beautiful and all the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent in the main house.

Минусы: The check in area was a little underwhelming for a 5* hotel. Also, If you're fussy about rooms like me, then I would recommend calling the hotel to discuss. As the lady on reception explained to me, the rooms in the main house vary a lot but we did not feel the first room we were allocated was worth the £400+ we had paid. Our complaint was however dealt with brilliantly and we ended up being extremely happy with our stay.

Easy access to other areas incl London via train. The owner did even more than we could have expected and gave us very valuable tips for visiting London and nearby. Thank you Leaside Hotel and we defenetely recommend this hotel to others.

We ate in the restaurant in the evening, the food was superb and the menu range was excellent, suitable for the full range of ages in our party. The breakfast was also excellent with fresh coffee and cafetieres. Garden area was beautiful and very well kept in line with the whole hotel, and we were very happy with all four rooms we had. Плюсы: Staff were 1st class. The location to airport is perfect. The shuttle bus picks up right outside the hotel's front door, costs £2.90 and takes a few minutes to get to terminal. Food for cheap evening meal is very good. Great value for money and ideal if you have early flights, gives you another couple of hours in bed before you fly.

Минусы: Couldn't really fault the hotel to be honest.

Минусы: Curtains were basically see through and over looking a car park with bright lights if you don’t sleep well with light then this will ruin your stay.

Плюсы: My flight was delayed by seven hours so I ended up arriving, exhausted and stressed, at about 5am. I had to go to work in four hours, and the lovely woman at the reception desk gave me a beautiful room and later check out so that I could grab a few hours of sleep. The manager at breakfast made me feel completely comfortable even though I was a little late for breakfast, told me not to hurry and got me an extra coffee. Thank you so much to you all!

Плюсы: The environment, cleanliness of the room and toilets, the facilities provided though there was no Referigerator.

Минусы: The hotel could provide a car rental or have an understanding with car hire companies to enable guests who want a ride round town to take advantage of. Or at least have a link to such service providers. Absence of a Referigerator.

Плюсы: Towels were in excellent condition, the room had a lovely aroma, the entire internals were great as I expected, everything was spotlessly clean and well presented. And oh...the breakfast was perfect for the start of a hectic working day.

Минусы: The car park was a bit of a walk to the reception and the parking fee was a bit higher than I would have liked.

Плюсы: The hotel is in quite a good location for the airport although it did cost us £9 in an Uber to get to the airport the next morning. Continental breakfast was ok but we still had to eat at the airport as not much choice.

Минусы: The bed was terrible, every time you eve moved an inch it made a terrible noise so unfortunately we did not sleep very well at all.

Минусы: Paper thin walls between rooms. You could hear everything going on. Very poor breakfast that doesn't do justice to the Hilton brand. Surprisingly the breakfast was no better in quality over a premier Inn. Premier Inn comes out on top in terms of quietness. Their doors don't slam.

Staff didn’t accept him had to wait till i arrive, staff weren’t apologetic at all. Also had NO service in my room, wifi didn’t work well either

Минусы: The mattresses on the bed the moment you turn you can hear the springs in it. So it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Secondly, the pub closes at 01.00am and I understand about the noise and people about to leave. Some people stayed outside the pub on the benches and kept on with their conversations till 02.30am and that completely ruined mine and my wife's sleep.

Минусы: Inaccurate times given at check-in about kitchen times so had to go back into town as missed chef. Bathroom was ok, just VERY small.... Had to ask for continental style breakfast, Full English presented as default.

Минусы: Only one item. No chair in our room. As my wife suffers from back problems a chair as standard equipment would have been more practical than sitting on a bed. The hotel, while charming and excellent value for money is extremely hard to find if you don't know the area. My satnav did not recognise the post code, and we drove around the area for about an hour looking for it. We found it eventually, but the access is quite well hidden, with only one half concealed sign to the location of the "village". Leaving was easier as it was daytime, but access in the dark is very difficult.

Плюсы: This place is SO lovely, charming, and sweet, and all of the staff so caring and very, very friendly! Loved staying here - was only for one night and wished I could have stayed longer!! Also, wonderful full English warm breakfast!

Плюсы: Номер комфортный, ванная не новая, но сантехника работала. Кровать удобная. Хорошее месторасположения относительно аэропорта и торговый центр-однозначно большой плюс-есть где провести время. Кофе, чай, вода круглосуточно, за что большое спасибо администрации-это очень удобно.

Минусы: В ванной была грязная шторка, но это единственный минус. Соотношение цена/качество отличное.

Плюсы: Staff was so kind and helpful. Also, I needed to leave very early and I was not able to take the breakfast. But they gave me take away croissants and quite delicious coffee. This was really so nice and gave me joy. The room was clean and comfortable. The building from outside and the neighborhood were not so promising -I've chosen because it is close to Luton airport- but it exceeded my all expectations.

Минусы: The heating did not work when I wanted it. The walls in the room could do with a fresh lick of paint. They could have warned me to expect some upheaval in the reception area due to refurbishment work but not a great issue.

Минусы: Walked in and I stood at reception for a while before someone came to check me in. I also sat in the restaurant and nobody came to take my order or anything so I ordered at the bar, caused some mild confusion but was sorted in the end. Seemed short staffed on front of house.

Минусы: I stay at the Ibis several times a year. Usually it's good but This stay was disappointing, the room smelt stale and the TV remote did not work, my room key took three goes each time before it worked.

Плюсы: Clean and comfortable. No real issues. Food in the restaurant was good, if not the fastest service. Self service breakfast was good. But this isn't a hotel for holidays; most people stop here for a night on their way to and from Luton Airport, and it is perfect for that.

Минусы: Airplanes taking off are pretty noisy but it is so close to the airport there's not a lot to be done about it. A bit on the pricey side but you're paying for convenience since it is within walking distance of the airport.

Плюсы: Excellent, simple budget accommodation virtually on the airport, which was perfect for checking in for our very early flights. Friendly, helpful staff.

Минусы: This is the second visit to the hotel during the last month and on both occasions, the hand basins in the rooms were blocked. On the most recent visit, it was blocked so badly that it rendered the basin largely unusable. I would have reported these issues but as we were leaving very early in the morning, we never saw anyone to report the problem to. The food and drink is a little on the expensive side.

Плюсы: Новый удобный отель для тех , кто связан с перелетом. Чистый , комфортный номер. Функциональное освещение, Звукоизоляция хорошая. Самолеты не мешали. До аэропорта дошли за 10 минут. Кстати , автобусный трансфер тоже имеется.На ресепшен можно купить готовую еду и напитки. Кофе хороший.

Минусы: Waiting for breakfast every day 30 min!! Tragedy!!

Плюсы: Price is excellent considering I booked on the day I wanted to stay as the wheelwrights cancelled my booking at 5pm! Very accommodating, food is really good and being above a pub certainly has its advantages ;) Breakfast in the morning was lovely and is included in the price! Room was spot on, bed was comfy and bathroom had everything you needed!

Минусы: The room was cold and the heater/radiator wasn’t working. Slept feeling cold the whole night. Fire/alarm goes off unexpectedly and can wake you up in the middle of the night.

Минусы: The waitress at breakfast did not ask me for my order when she brought my colleague's breakfast. I had to go and chase her to place my order.

Плюсы: An older gentleman helped me with changing my room, he was very helpful and very polite. The staff were so polite and well mannered the entire time I was there

Минусы: I did have the cheapest room but forgive me if I still expect it to be clean. I had to change my first room because it smelt like damp and had one plug socket near the sink. But the room I had in exchange was much better. It wasn't as dirty but I can't say it was as clean as it should've been.

Плюсы: I have stayed her before and all was ok. Unfortunately this time my room had not been cleaned properly and I had the horrible experience of finding a used sanitary towel in the bathroom!! Very unpleasant! If that had not been cleaned what else had not been cleaned? Bad housekeeping! Reception staff were friendly but I will not recommend or ever stay here again!!!

Минусы: I couldn't sleep despite the bed being very comfortable as unfortunately there were a few people outside of the building who were talking loudly at 3.00am as if it was the middle of the day!! I discovered that there is an off license right next door that must be open practically all night, attracting very noisy people right outside my window in the middle of the night and making it impossible to sleep. My room was No.11 upstairs. The street outside of the hotel is also dirty with rubbish in the street and doesn't feel very safe at night.

Плюсы: Handy with 24 hour reception, and easy connection to airport and railway. 11am checkout is better than the norm - 10am - and allows me to get some work done, if need be.

Минусы: Location is a boisterous, so not ideal to be overlooking the road.

Минусы: Сам город Лутон не самое приятное место, много сомнительных личностей, шатающихся на улице. Было бы комфортнее, если бы отель находился ближе к станции, хотя и так он в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Плюсы: Convenient location on main road, easy to find. Good parking facilities. Proximity to airport. Petrol station opposite. Generally very clean. Comfortable beds. Staff polite and helpful.

Минусы: Dry bread at breakfast table. An extra electrical application in the room would have been welcome, shaving charging phone etc. Although room clean, objects found under bed from previous guests stay !

Плюсы: Ночевала одну ночь перед вылетом домой. Вполне приятное место, чистый и аккуратный номер, хороший завтрак, дружелюбный персонал, близко к аэропорту Лутон, хорошо ловит Wi-Fi в номере.

Минусы: Room was in basement which is maybe not important as we stayed after long flight and wanted to catch up with sleep. Toilet was making massive noise , towels were smelly chemically ..and my partner car was robbed outside the hotel along with other few cars. Definitely Luton it’s not the place to stay seems very rough
