Плюсы: Location night next to terminal 4 but terminal 5 a short free bus ride away. Everything you usually get with premier inn, clean comfortable room. Can't hear the planes either!

Минусы: The self check in is a pain. Took two or three times to work.

Плюсы: Great staff at check in and check out. They were very helpful, and even printed my return boarding passes for me. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The on-site restaurant is lovely and not at all over priced for where it is, aside from that, the food was lovely on both times we stayed (before and after our travel). Keep up the good work, this is an excellent Premier Inn.

Плюсы: Well signposted, so easy to find when in terminal 4. Basic but very comfortable, the rooms had programmable aircon and a kettle and some tea and coffee supplies, so as an airport hotel, nothing to fault! Wifi was also pretty decent and there is a restaurant downstairs with a Costa coffee if youre desperate for a feed after your flight.

Плюсы: Convenient for a stayover at Terminal 5. Check in was a breeze and reception staff was delightful. Room was spacious and nicely outfitted. Bathroom was also spacious and comfortable. Good outlet locations for phone charging. Onsite restaurant and bar seemed reasonably priced.

Минусы: Bed and pillows were way too soft. Got little sleep, felt every toss and turn of my husband -- which defeated the purpose of a daytime flight to LHR.

Плюсы: Perfect hotel for the traveler coming or going from Heathrow to the States - you are right at Terminal 5 so super convenient! The hotel pampers your weary traveler's body - wonderful beds, pillows, bath products etc. The bars are fun and the Vivre restaurant is excellent. Overall, we would always prefer Sofitel for airport stays as they are outstanding!

Плюсы: I have stayed at the Sofitel on previous occasions and the standard is always high and the location is perfect for T5 and trains. On this occasion Lavinia (Reception) stood out as particularly helpful, kind and professional and I would like to commend her for this. The cafe is very good both in quality of food, coffee, prices and professionalism.

Минусы: При поселении предложили опцию: ваучер на посещение бара (один напиток) за каждую ночь пребывания взамен от отказа на ежедневную замену постельного белья. Согласился))) В результате это вылилось в полное отсутствие уборки номера (даже после напоминания), непополнение мини-бара пакетами чая и сахара, а ванной - шампунем и гелями. По возвращению вечером в номер, каждый раз ходил на ресепшн и брал сам(((

Плюсы: Отличный отель- это Хаят, всё на высшем уровне! Шумоизоляция супер! Номера идеальные, если номер с диванчиком, то еще лучше, он просторнее. Гладильная доска, утюг, холодильник, чай/кофе, сейф. Отличный выбор на завтрак. Лучше или сразу с завтраком бронировать, или при заезде - он стоит дешевле ( кажется 12,95 на человека), но он невозвратный, отменить нельзя. Если просто утром оплатить - 15 фунтов. Остановка бесплатного автобуса до терминалов 2 и 3 ( и метро) прямо возле отеля, ходит автобус каждые 10 минут. Есть платный шатл, отходит от крыльца отеля каждые 30 минут , стоит 5 фунтов и останавливается у всех отелей..., бесплатный удобнее. Бесплатный заканчивает свою работу в полночь , нам пришлось брать такси от терминала, чтобы добраться до отеля. Персонал очень доброжелательный, с хорошим английским ( есть с чем сравнить в Лондоне)

Плюсы: It is a popular location, so when I got there in the late evening, I had to stay in line for the staff to serve us and check us in. However, the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and spacious, the bed was excellent. It felt as if sleeping on the softest cloud, the pillows were also new, puffy and fantastic overall. It was quiet in the evening and in the morning, a great location for someone to spend the night before an early flight to Heathrow.

Плюсы: Breakfast was great. Dinner was not so great and too expensive. The staff could not have been more helpful and PLEASANT! Every encounter with the front desk staff and housekeeping was so positive.

Плюсы: The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay when traveling through a Heathrow.

Минусы: The only issue we had was the taxi service they contacted to return us to the airport. The driver charged 17L for a very short drive to Terminal 3. We had been told at reception that the ride would be a contracted 13lL, but the driver required 17.

Плюсы: I was there for my professional meetings inside of the hotel. I did not go to the center and therefore didn't have a terrible traffic (people said!) from and to Heathrow. From this point of view my stay was excellent:) Great transport communication (buses) with all Heathrow terminals. Free of charge. If a taxi - 10 pounds' trip. Very friendly and helpful employees!

Минусы: Наличие в отеле такого уровня пластиковых растений в ресторане и лобби (можно же посадить неприхотливые суккуленты), пластиковые стаканчики возле приветственных напитков в лобби, а также отсутствие халатов и тапочек в номере делюкс.

Плюсы: The hotel was in a great location for access to T4, was clean with lovely staff and excellent breakfast choices.

Плюсы: Staff at Reception and Concierge, just so friendly and professional, nothing was any trouble for them. They knew their hotel, could make rapid decisions, explained things thoroughly yet succinctly. They were all excellent.

Плюсы: This was our second visit to this hotel and it didnt disapoint, after a long haul flight from china, this place is like heaven, staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful, the rooms are super and beds so comfortable, the bar area is chilled and the breakfast was great, we will stay again after our next trip next year, highly reccomend

Минусы: Hard to get to from other terminals. Our ac was not working and with no windows the room was very hot. I phoned reception, they said they would call me back. They called me back nearly 2 hours later, at 1am! Which woke me up when I had a short sleep anyway. Very overpriced.

Минусы: Shame you did not do a basic value for money independent food pub restaurant, to compliment the other food facilities you have there. We could have stayed completely at the Hilton instead of going into Terminal 4 - mind you that was no problem either.

Плюсы: I arrived very late in the evening from an international flight. Staff most helpful, particularly with airport transfer the following morning (less than half the cost of a London cab). Despite being on the Heathrow transport corridor, the rooms are quiet. Also clean and well appointed. Breakfast more than adequate.

Плюсы: Location was excellent literally 5 minutes from the airport. The rooms were a good size and on the return visit we did manage to get adjoining rooms. Nice pool.

Минусы: On the first night of our holiday we went to the restaurant. Oh dear! I have never waited so long for what was a below average meal. Some things were cold, some things were under cooked and some things were just missing. The waitress, bless her tried but I could tell that we weren’t the only ones who had a grumble. Suffice to say we didn’t return. I mentioned in the likes box above how nice it was to have the adjoining room. It was just a shame that the lock was broken when we arrived so we couldn’t initially open it. Got fixed eventually.

Плюсы: It was very cozy, definitely best for solo travellers as it is very small. It was a cool experience I felt like I was in a space ship. Shower is great.

Минусы: I thought it was a little over priced for what it is, but I think it’s worth it for the convenience being inside the airport, especially when you have an early flight like I did.

Плюсы: Not much about this hotel... The staff were nice enough and they give you complimentary tea and coffee.

Минусы: The hallway was very smelly and dirty. Sheets were not soft and the bed was uncomfortable. All through the night you are woken up by people extending their beds from the seated position the sleeping position. Unless you are staying in terminal 4, the location is awful - there are no early pre-six am shuttle buses or trains to the other terminals so we ended up spending an additional £22 on a Uber to Terminal 2! Ridiculous!

Плюсы: the location being right at the airport is really good. just needed to get into the lift to go check in. Brilliant for early starts. The novelty of the set up is quite cool, and the tv and wifi is good.

Минусы: the area is a bit rundown and you feel like you are heading into a dungeon when finding your room. Also it is very difficult to find the hotel in the airport premises. it does not have the same level of signage that the other hotels do. you have to use a particular set of lifts other wise you cant find it.

Плюсы: Staying at Heathrow for an early flight I was very pleased with my accommodation and its location, which was close to the link from Terminal 4 to Terminals 2 and 3. The accommodation was tiny but comfortable and included everything I might have wanted for an overnight pre flight stay.

Минусы: I found the bed surround a bit difficult to clamber over to get in or out of the bed and I am a reasonably agile person and not overweight.

Минусы: The room has an air conditioning that blows cold air directly on your face while you are sleeping. Supposedly one can regulate the temperature but it didnt work for me. After two hours in bed without sleeping because of the noise of the fan and the air in my face I got up got dressed and went to reception to ask the guy to turn down the air. The guy told me that was not possible. I left this morning for my day of meetings without having slept and with a cold. I feel dreadful.

И это было правильное решение, потому что я спокойно выспалась на удобной кровати и поехала в Лондон к check-in отдохнувшая и свежая. Всем, у кого рейс прибывает достаточно поздно или ранний вылет из Лондона, буду рекомендовать ночёвку в терминале 4.

Плюсы: Love how was easily accessible. able to use the free train to get between terminals. Was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Unlimited hot drinks was good in addition to there being two restaurants one beside it and one on the lower level that met my expectations. It look just like the pictures.

Минусы: There is this noise that sounds as if it is the pipes. It seem to go off at every 10 minutes,. When I asked about it I was told it some sort of suction of the air. It was very loud luckily I can sleep through anything. I was told every room hears it and that's probably why each room came with ear plugs.

Плюсы: Cosy, clean and comfortable - and, of course, inside the airport. A great option for a very early flight!

Минусы: Not Yotel's fault, but it took me 45 minutes to transfer to terminal 4. I'd recommend going by tube and ignoring the 'free train transfer' option - so much walking and trains only seem to go every half hour.

Минусы: Stayed at this hotel a few times and this is the first time we was put on the first floor. There was so much noise we could hear from outside even with the windows shut and there was alot of noise coming from the room above us. Very loud.

Плюсы: This hotel has a very relaxed chilled feel to it. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The breakfast was decent with lots of choice. The shower in the room was amazing, especially for London! The bar is also great.

Минусы: The hotel is a good 35 min bus from the airport, which I'm sure is probably halved if you take an uber or something.

Плюсы: Location versus cost was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful as I arrived late at night and had to leave very early in the morning, they showed me where a pizza place was and got coffee for me when I checked out.

Минусы: The cost of the hoppa bus to get there was almost the same as a taxi (Uber) the following morning.

Минусы: Я забронировала номер с примечанием в тихом месте, при регистрации мне сказали, что таких номеров уже нет, но все же дадут наилучший из возможных. Далее я дважды подходила к номеру и не могла его открыть, на третий раз со мной пошёл охранник и убедился, что номер не Открывается, в нем уже проживал человек как оказалось. Все это заняло около 30 минут, так как каждый раз я ждала на рецепции в очереди, чтобы изложить свою проблему, я была очень уставшей и все происходящее ещё забирало мои силы. В итоге меня поселили на 1 этаже у входа в здание, куда постоянно подъезжают машины и очень шумно, так как я не люблю вентиляцию и открываю окно. К тому же было очень грязно в номере, шумно со стороны дороги, на завтрак маленький выбор, сервиса на завтраке нет.

Плюсы: - Хорошие номера, большой отель, достаточно новый - В отеле отличная шумоизоляция, несмотря на то, что он сам находится очень близко к аэропорту самолетов практически не слышно

Минусы: - Фирменный элемент отеля - это неоновая подсветка, которая придает свечение различным стеклянным поверхностям. Так вот, не надо подсвечивать то, что плохо моется :) все стеклянные поверхности были в жутких разводах и в пыли. А вот не было бы этой неоновой подсветки - никто бы и не заметил. Но повторюсь, что за свои деньги - поспать ночь перед самолетом - вариант абсолютно оправдывает себя.

Плюсы: Всё было прекрасно! Отель не далеко от аэропорта, добрались до него быстро, номер большой и чистый. Были одну ночь, потому что был вечерний прилёт и не хотелось ехать в центр Лондона с чемоданами на метро в вечернее время. Прекрасно отдохнули после перелёта. Кровать очень удобная. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный!

Минусы: Слив в раковине был затруднён.

Плюсы: Location was good and price was right. Check in was smooth.

Минусы: Both rooms were too hot. We adjusted the temperature so it was cooler and comfortable for us but it reset during the night. It was not made clear to us that there are two Hilton Garden Inns near each other at the airport so we mistakenly tried to check in at the other one. I wonder if there is a good way to make this clear for future travelers.

Плюсы: We arrived around 5pm and were flying from Heathrow next morning. We didn’t want a large dinner and just had a tasty Bar meal in pleasant surroundings with a couple of drinks. The food was excellent as were the staff. We will be back next time we fly from Heathrow

Минусы: The halls and rooms were worn and the floors dirty and stained. The beds were ok and clean. The only thing that didn't look worn was the first floor. The check in staff was pleasant but the information desk was not very helpful. A hotel that close to an international airport should be better prepared to help weary travelers.

Плюсы: Ability to use shuttle. Felt safe and liked having food services on premises. Picked the filter which included breakfast for the stay. When confirming inclusive breakfast was required to pay and additional 12 pounds.

Минусы: The web site said amenities such as toothbrushes were included so I did not include my own opting to take advantage of this offer. None was available. Also, picked this place because of the in room tea/coffee; but I felt there were limited supplies of sugar, creamer to add to the 3 teabags left for the room. (I had brought my own, but had not planned on opening to box until I reached my destination.) If you are going to be someplace for 12-16 hours, 3 cups can be gone in a matter of a couple of hours, if one learns to drink tea as learned while in the UK.

Минусы: Don't know who's fault, but when I arrived, hotel had no record of my reservation. a little scarey, as I was being dropped off by my parents, after a 5 hour drive from South Wales, before my flight the next day, back to the us. After probably 15 minutes,the receptionist made a new reservation,and all was well. The other thing that was not good, was that I did not get my 6am wake up call, which could've made for a bad situation, as I was catching a plane! Also, it was not easy to get to off the M4...got lost and ended up on the m25!!

Минусы: When I phoned from the States, the staff told me they would send someone to collect us at Enterprise Rent-a-Car as a courtesy. When we phoned from Enterprise, they not only said they wouldn't, they denied ever having told me that--even though I have it in writing in an email. We took the Enterprise shuttle to the nearest drop off and walked the rest of the way in the rain, arriving soaking wet. The staff apologized for my not understanding, which only enraged me. The room was chilly with only two thin and rough bath towels. The thermostat didn't work.

Минусы: Холодильника нет. Открыть окно нельзя из-за близости аэропорта, а кондиционер работал слабовато. Санузел был оборудован для инвалидов. Шторки вокруг душа не было, хотя палка для неё была. Поэтому, когда принимаешь душ, вокруг всё мокрое. К унитазу подойти можно только по мокрому полу. Добираться до отеля можно на такси за 14 фунтов или, если знаешь где он находится , на платном автобусе за 6 фунтов. Есть бесплатный U3. Но от него надо идти до отеля долго. В город и аэропорт бесплатный автобус U3 гораздо удобней. Остановка недалёко от отеля. Ухать до центральной автобусной остановки. Где платформа метро 1-2-3 туннель.

Плюсы: Стандартный Ibis. Что ожидал, то и получил. Завтрак официально с 6:30, но подают уже в 6. Автобус до автовокзала аэропорта (у терминала 3) останавливается через дорогу от отеля. Вроде бы он бесплатный, хотя с виду обычный рейсовый. Из терминала 5 добираться сложнее. Оттуда ходит шаттл H53. Останавливается с левой стороны автобусных перронов. Но ibis разорвал договор с автобусной компанией, поэтому шаттл платный, 6 фунтов с человека. Для компании такси будет выгоднее.

Минусы: В номере нет чайника - впервые такое в Англии.

Плюсы: I was all ready not to like this hotel, but it turned out to be excellent. It was impeccably clean, excellent value for money, the staff were polite, friendly and extremely helpful, and it was perfectly located for Heathrow, provided that you know you can get any one of a number of local buses free of charge from the bus stop opposite. This is much, much better than getting the Heathrow Hotel Hopper, which may or may not go to and from the hotel and which costs 5 GBP. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise. When I saw that a "continental breakfast" was included in the cost of my room, I expected some coffee and a piece of cake or toast. Instead there was a good range of fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants, cheese, ham, boiled eggs and cereals, all replenished frequently and promptly by the kind and helpful staff. Great.

Минусы: The worst thing about this hotel was what made me not want to like it. If you have been to hotels around Heathrow before you will know that many of them have confusingly similar names. This hotel is the Ibis Styles Hotel, not the Ibis Hotel. I found that out when I reached the Ibis Hotel, loaded down with luggage and tired after a long flight. I got the impression in reception there that people showing up at the wrong Ibis hotel is something that happens quite often. My fault, of course, but it is an easy mistake to make. What I would like is for all hotels with confusingly similar names to put a clear and prominent warning on their websites telling travellers to be careful to go to the right hotel. That's all. You also need to take a toothbrush and toothpaste: they do not give you these.

Плюсы: The coffee was quite good and apparently for free. Ibis hotels are always exceptionally clean. Bed comfy. Good location, good soundproofing, it's ideal for a before/after flight stay.

Минусы: The A/C was loud, had to be turned off, it was quite impossible to sleep because of the noise. Breakfast was probably the poorest I saw in my life. The restaurant has a limited pub-food menu with tasteless food. The hotel has very limited parking spaces available.

Плюсы: Looks like a brand new refurbishment throughout has taken place. Modern, interesting and very nice! In the room itself, loved the rain shower, the TV size and the general room mod-cons! All very good - would recommend and would def. stay here again.

Минусы: Registration form is not GDPR compliant! Not happy with the "If you do NOT wish to receive marketing info etc... then tick the box" - poor! Also, thought the Indian food was average at best. Would actually remove from the menu if can't cook it well! Lamb Roganjosh and Dal were liquidy, lamb tasted processed and where were the lentils in the Dal?

Минусы: I booked because it was so close to the airport and had an overnight layover. In the morning, I came down to get a taxi and was told it would be 45 mins! I ended up downloading Uber and it took about 20 mins but this is something that DEFINITELY should have been warned about when checking in (considering my plane ended up taking off about 400 meters from the hotel).

Минусы: Стояла в очереди на регистрацию 30 минут. И был огромный минус: я совсем не выспалась из-за пожарной сигнализации. Пришлось выйти на улицу со всеми. Она была ложная. Но это не главное. Не было централизованной и понятной помощи, когда мы все вышли в коридор, а потом и на улицу. Бродили 30 минут не зная, что делать. Не проверяли комнаты: все ли вышли.
