Плюсы: Wifi was good. Breakfast was pretty good - fair amount of selection (just don't take the bacon, as it's undercooked). It is located very closely to the underground (across the road).

Минусы: Hard mattresses; would have liked it was softer, as it wasn't too comfortable. It was noisy from other rooms and cleaning staff in the hotel (their cleaning stuff was in the room next to mine). I wish there was a safety box in the room itself, not having to go downstairs to store your things safely.

Плюсы: we just have one day and a night in London. Arrived early at the hotel, the staff stored our luggage until we returned quite late in the evening to check in. Very convenient to be able to check in at any time. Right across the road from the tube station, very good location. Good and varied breakfast.

Минусы: although the bar was open, no food available in the evening except pizza. The staff were not able to give us information on places to eat in the area.

Плюсы: Amazing location with train station in front of the building (access to Jubilee line). Hotel is brand new, room was spacious and clean.

Минусы: Waiting time is ridiculous at their restaurant. 30min for a pizza! Food was good though.

Прекрасное расположение, через дорогу метро, рядом в 1 км фуникулёр, в 200 м продуктовый магазин. Очень хорошие завтраки: жаренные грибочки, помидоры, фасоль, яйца отварные и омлет, нарезка сыра и бекона, свежайшие вкусные булочки, соки, фруктовая корзина, йогурт, два вида сосисок.. голодным точно не останешься, сытые и довольные.. моющее средство вполне..

Минусы: Очень застиранные и вонючие полотенца, неприятно вытираться, сравнимы с половой тряпкой.. таких полотенец я не видела ни в одной 3-х звездочной гостинице.. отвратительное дешевое постельное белье.. флаконы с моющим средством грязные, поддоны под чайником грязные, вообще с чистотой проблемы.. плохой чай в номере..

Минусы: When you cook pork meat,must be absolutely well done, so all the toxins get away , and it wasn’t well cooked, also would like to suggest more help in the bar. Had to wait 8 minutes to ask for a soda .

Плюсы: The location was excellent, right outside Canning town tube and bus station, the staff were friendly and helpful, everything works as it should and you can tell its new.

Минусы: Couldn't eat breakfast as all the meat was pork, however, there were halal restaurants on the high street 5 minutes walk away

Минусы: Just stayed there for £85 was going to book again for April only to find the price has gone up to£224 because there's an event on at the O2 shame on YOU.

Плюсы: We only stopped one night to go to a concert at the O2.We stopped at The Pilot in 2015 and it is much improved now.We had breakfast,my husband had a cooked breakfast and I had 2 poached eggs on toast asI don't eat meat and both were very nice.

Плюсы: The room was unique and tastefully set out, the bed was comfortable and having a controllable air con system was nice. Food was good and most staff were attentive and polite.

Минусы: Not being able to ascertain the exact location from staff when we called on route after getting lost .

Плюсы: Very quirky setting: half a street of Georgian London (pub plus a row of terrace houses) totally surrounded by modern development. Spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated room, good food at a good price, friendly. Walking distance to Tube, riverbus, cable car.

Минусы: A bit noisy but that's to be expected (pub).

Плюсы: The Pilot Inn is ideally placed for stays when visiting the O2. It has free parking. Excellent rooms, which are well stocked with good quality beverages and toiletries. The breakfast is scrummy!!! A great find for us, we will definitely go again

Минусы: No dedicated parking from hotel but you do have multi storey car park near by. Also car doesn't drive to hotel entrance. If you are with kids then be ready to walk from the car park to the hotel

Минусы: Отель ужасный! При заселении персонал не сильно был клиентоориентирован, язвил и делал вид будто не понимают, помимо этого заставили ждать заселения, после нам дали якобы номер лучше за ожидание, но! Свет в этом номере в ванной комнате не работал, не работал кондиционер и батареи. Мы с супругом 3 дня подряд просили что то предпринять, так как был дикий холод, спишь будто что на улице, вообщем находится в номере просто невозможно! Но персонал постоянно обещал все исправить и в итоге нам пришлось продолжать жить в этом аду за огромные наши же деньги! Компенсации и извинений ни кто не собирался преподносить! Завтраки в течение недели совершенно одинаковые, от которых тошнило, не вкусно, жирно, не свежее...а за это ещё и деньги не малые берут! Отель полностью разочаровал и в дальнейшем ни кому не посоветую жить там!

Плюсы: A unique experience for a city centre stay. We had a great room with waterside balcony and drinks and dinner on deck overlooking the water/docks was brilliant. Clean and very well appointed room and a great big bed!

Плюсы: We were helped by Nahum and Sandra in advance of our stay, to help direct us to car parking. During our stay all staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The evening meal was well served and tasty. Staff were rigorous about our food allergies. The location was great and distinctive. We enjoyed watching the planes landing from the rear of the yacht with a drink and sunshine. Who needs a cruise?

Минусы: We are asked to leave a credit card deposit, but then were charged for the evening meal, as terminals weren't working! We thought the charge for breakfast was far too high.

Минусы: Some of the rooms had flooring and it made the room very hollow sounding. Spent over 2 hours after midnight trying to get to sleep, only to hear noise above me continuously as if wearing heels. For a one night stay for £250, I was a little disappointed. When I went to complain at 2.15am, the staff did what they could to make my stay better. The breakfast was lovely! The staff were very accommodating and the view of the London skyline at night on the bar terrace or for breakfast was amazing.

Минусы: Реально далеко и вечером не всегда можно добраться, так как метро (DLR) в выходные дни заканчивает работать в 23:45 Завтраки в 21 веке в Hilton точно должны быть другого уровня - управляющему отеля есть смысл один раз позавтракать и думаю, что после этого все встанет на свои места

Плюсы: Close to the DLR station (Royal Albert). Comfortable bed. Cleanliness. Spacious room

Customer service was ridiculous, when we got there we were told by the manager that our Queen room was unavailable due to maintenance (how convenient) but instead of upgrading us for this inconvenience caused by themselves the manager wanted to downgrade us to two singles which I of course declined. We had to suggest an upgrade before his light bulb finally went on and agreed to upgrade us....very poor that as a manager you waited for a customer to suggest this. Hilton have really got to train their staff in customer service better. The standard is appalling now.

Минусы: Even though we were very satisfied with the food, we suggest the food to vary a bit more - different type of sausages, fried eggs instead of scrambled eggs ...it's a small change which means a lot when staying a couple of days...

Плюсы: Расположен рядом с аэропортом London City, но шум самолетов почти не был слышен. Отличный завтрак. В номере есть чайник. Удобная кровать. Рядом с отелем есть парк, в котором можно погулять или пробежаться. До центра нужно ехать на легком метро DLR минут 30-35, приезжает к Тауэру.

Минусы: Нет холодильника. Не пополнили запасы чая и кофе. При заселении забронировали 1 фунт, операцию не отменили и на карту он пока не вернулся. Мелочь, но неприятно.

Минусы: The only downside was that breakfast was good food-wise but the room was really noisy. My daughter and I moved as far from the front of the dining area as we could to escape the heat and the din!

Плюсы: Good location, not too busy, a few restaurants nearby if you wish to eat out, (or alternatively eat at hotel). Train station 2 minutes walk away, easy to jump on, change at Canning Town and travel into central London. Lovely food, with wide variety at breakfast. Excellent staff, friendly, helpful and professional.

Минусы: Smoked bacon at the breakfast buffet, (nothing wrong with the cooking of it, it just isn't my personal preference).

Минусы: The check in took extra 45 minutes due to room was not ready. The staff at front desk was not feeling sorry, they behaved as if it’s normal and I must expect this service delay. Secondly, I saw my credit card statement today and shocked seeing one additional charge GBP112 in my credit card from Novotel London excel. My payment were done upon check in itself and I have checked out with notifications on 29Aug. This charge is unacceptable. This is the second time I have issue for my reservations with booking.com as my previous stay with Hyatt place Dubai also was restless.

За 4 дня проживания ни разу не поменяли постельное белье и халаты, только полотенца. Воду в бутылках поставили только на 3 дней после 1 дня. Executive номер с видом на противоположный корпус отеля, что очень странно при наличии такого статуса. Туалет маленький , коленками почти упираешься в дверь.

Плюсы: We just got married and went straight to hotel, when booking I said it’s our honeymoon. They upgraded our room for free and put rose petals and a towel design in the shape of a love heart. Which was totally unexpected was just expecting a rose or something but they went all out and made our wedding night so special. Everything was amazing.

Плюсы: The bed was super comfy and the bedding fresh. The room overall was spacious and warm with AC enabling us adjust the room temp to a comfortable level. The smart TV allowed me to connect my Netflix account which was handy.

Милые люди на ресепшене заселили нас быстро и легко. Отель очень стильный, необычная подсветка в номере. Близко к метро DLR. Отлично устроенное лобби - огромное, поделенное на зоны, библиотека, два Apple iMac для общего пользования, принтер - очень классно, если надо распечатать билеты на самолет :) Все для людей:)

Минусы: курить надо выходить на улицу, с четвертого этажа это не очень удобно. особенно в мороз :)

On one day our tea, coffee and milk was replaced and clean towels were put in bathroom but the bed was left unmade and used coffee cups which were brought up to the room along with wine glasses were just left. Consider the cost for the three nights which was outrageous it was appalling.

Минусы: This was by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at!!! The service we received was terrible! Every time we asked about an enquiry, the staff were either rude or money always had to be involved. We asked if we could have cutleries brought up to our room, and they had such an attitude about it and told us that they couldn’t provide it for us because of “health and safety reasons”. Even that didn’t make any sense because people have the option to have their breakfast and eat UPSTAIRS WITH THEIR KNIFE AND FORK. What also made things worse was that there was no fridge, and the heater was broken. If you are trying to stay at a hotel for more than a day, I would highly suggest looking for a hotel that has the important things you need. Like having a window that opens would be great!!!! Like we felt trapped. It genuinely felt like there was no air coming in. We even asked if we could change rooms because of how cold things were in there, but no one listened. It wasn’t until the last day that they decided to do something about the heater. My boyfriend and I have stayed in many numerous hotels before, and have never experienced this kind of a service before. If it was me, I would honestly recommend staying somewhere else! No joke, I want all my money back.... because that hotel is the worst!

Плюсы: The room was great, the general service and room service too! Very clean, and warm and welcoming staff. Very close to East London main metro stations, which was perfect for me on that weekend. I also liked the view over the river when you go outside of the hotel. For those arriving or flying from London City airport, this hotel is perfectly located!

Минусы: The price of course, because we always want to pay less in the end. But I didn't regret my choice anyway after spending those two nights at DoubleTree because they treat their customers very well.

Плюсы: Spacious rooms. Really good restaurant with good breakfast. The staff was curteous and professional. Always willing to help. Great value.

Минусы: Location was challenging! It’s a bit of a walk to the DLR. And a good ways from central London

Плюсы: Highly recommend. Easy to park and after a small walk to the excel to catch the tube very easy to get in to London.

Плюсы: Staff need to be better trained in language skills. As was very difficult understanding what she wanted to say but was helpful so not really her fault but I guess lack of training.

Минусы: Rooms being too cramped and small. Had to change to a different 1 which was little bigger.

Минусы: Due to confusion of how many guests (paper work clearly said 2 & 1 4 year old) we was then placed in to a room with only a double bed made up. Had to go and request someone make the sofa bed up.

Минусы: It's right beside London City airport so good if you're using that. Otherwise I found it a. It in the middle of nowhere so not a great location if you're a tourist. Having said that it's also right beside the DLR you can use that to get you where you want.

Плюсы: Very good value and convenient. Good service, free breakfast, good location for ExCel events and airport. A bit inconvenient for visiting central London but otherwise no complaints!

Плюсы: The breakfest was a surprise. So good and fresh. Better than in many higher class hotels

Минусы: It was not possible to book 2 rooms in one go on internet. Hence I booked two two times one room on my name which caused quite some confusion at the beginning. Also annoiyng was that the hotel was overbooked when we arrived. It ended up that I got a disabled room.

Плюсы: I didn't really like anything except that the airport was close by.

Минусы: I couldn't beive there was only 30 minutes of free wifi. AND no TELEPHONE. The TV looked like a computer. Don't let me continue.

Плюсы: Our second year here for the weekend of the Ride 100 London Surrey, parking is reasonable however very tight, we paid £7.50 for 24hrs so checked in quite late, seems a busy hotel particularly due to the cycle event and Excel being on the doorstep, any event there makes this the ideal place to stay as it's a walk to Excel. right next to city airport and close to DLR, noise over night was not an issue in our room, although the train runs till midnight we could hear it didn't bother us, stayed in room 227.

Минусы: The Car Park is inadequate however there is parking at Excel which is just a 5 min walk.
