Price quality and great staff

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, it completely exceeded our expectations. Great and helpful staff, considerable Covid-19 measures (cleanliness, gel dispensers everywhere, etc), good location if you are looking for a quiet place and connected to everywhere (a subway station is right next to the hotel). Reception opened 24/7. Parking in front of the hotel (not expensive) and you have free parking during the weekends (from Friday to 9:00am Monday). To sum up, excellent price quality if you are looking for a good place to stay in Lisbon.

We only stayed for one night as we needed a room before flying out of Lisbon the next morning, but it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The nearest metro is conveniently on the line to the airport - takes about 15 mins. The bed was comfortable and the room had a small balcony and good air-conditioning.

The rooms aren't entirely soundproof and we could hear things in the room next door to us, may be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

We stayed in August. It was hot. The AC did not work. Only blowing fan. But, it was already 10pm when we checked in. We were too tired to complained. We reported when we checked out in the morning.

Best shower I used in the many hotels I have stayed in. Room was a little small but very clean bed was excellent to sleep in breakfast was good.

The room was nice, clean and well maintained. The property has an elevator and our room also had a balcony and was really comfortable.

Breakfast was your basic "keep cost down" quality. Yes they had scrambled eggs,but the bacon was not real. I did not try the sweets because I found them unapealing. Commercial grade not from bakery and The Oj was something like Tang. Bread was fresh and crusty, which we enjoyed. There is enough variation where you can pick a good few things, but overall It was not to our liking

This hotel is super clean, well located and the personal is very nice, i recommend it

the room was very clean and modern, a little small but we were there for just one night so it suited our stay. Room and bathroom were updated to a very nice modern look.

Room a bit tight. breakfast could have had more food choices.

Good clean room with terrific shower and a small balcony. They even had coffee and tea, which unfortunately were not replenished during the rest of our stay.

A couple of times, no one was available at the reception and we had to wait awhile when checking out around 8:30 in the morning. Also, the booking said it was the final price, but they charged an extra two Euros per person per day as a tourist tax.

The elevator was not working well and make the goes more complicated. But they were fixing it.

Very easy to find – if You follow at the Saldanha Metro station right the arrow Av. Defensores de Chaves You get the right way very quickly. Pleasant that hotel offers tea/coffee making facilities. Clean. Small and empty refrigerator means You can store Your food carefree. Pingo Doce and Continente are close enough.

Really very narrow staircase. Great mysterious with the elevator: it may work and next momet it doesn’t work. Room are small the maximum capacity is 2 bags and 2 people.

the breakfast was very good.... stayed in this property 2 years ago when they were updating & the result is excellent.. the staff are very helpful... the room was very clean & the bed was very comfortable which is very important to me.. would definitely recommend this property.....

My room was quite as I asked. The room was comfortable and cleaning lady put a lot of attention to her work. Towels were changed everyday. It is really good idea to put some stuff for people who wants to drink coffee or tea. There is also small cooler in the room. Receptionists were really nice. The location was excellent - very close to metro station line red directly to airport. I am happy I could stay there.

I did not like the view from my room. However, it does not depend on hotel management.

Resides on a convenient location to travel to any part of Lisbon. Lots of restaurants plus supermarkets to accommodate to your preferences/needs.

Not much too hate...... exceeded my expectations. Everything were there plus more!

We stayed overnight to get our flight home at 745 in the morning the hotel arranged our taxi and it arrived at 530 like we ask great service

The room was perfect for my overnight stay. I would not hesitate to book again. Close to the main road and the Metro (red line). Staff was extremely helpful guiding me where to spend my day to get the most of my time.

When I arrived...no rooms, as facility went by first come, first serve and not by my reservation date and e mails stating that I was to arrive at 2:30 a.m....they gave what they had left over...a not so quaint room.... however the problem was resolved next morning...and it was great after that

I couldn’t have hoped for a better location. The hotel is less than 2 mins away from the metro stop Saldanha (red and yellow lines) and just around the corner from a bus stop connecting to the centre of town. There’s a Lidl shop close by, as well as an array of restaurants and coffee shops. The room was a bit on the smallish side but very comfortable, large comfy bed, balcony and flat screen TV. Great stay for a reasonable price.

The only small downside is that the pillows were a bit lumpy and unfortunately no other pillows were available.

Location is perfect. Just half block to the subway. Many restaurants around and a lot of bus lines. Room with a good size and very clean

The mattress was a little old ( the mattress springs aren’t strong) . Breakfast is a little expensive. Better to eat close to the hotel

I really like the room, it was spacious and new and there was a balcony. Beds were also very comfortable. Breakfast was nice, with tasty bread and good coffee. Location is great, every part of Lisboa is accesible from there.

There are not enough soccets in the room, I couldn't charge my laptop and it was very very uncomfortable. Bathroom doesn't have a window and enough ventilaton but it wasn't bad.

Convenient to many things, including the Red Line Metro to the Airport. Very gracious staff.

Very nice hotel close to the city centre. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also we had great view from our balcony.

Приятный квалифицированный персонал , чистый уютный номер с балконом , чайник, маленький холодильник , большой совмещенный санузел со всем необходимым . Парковка на улице ( по выходным бесплатно ) . Близко к остановкам общественного транспорта . Все очень достойно .

Чистое постельное белье и полотенца, удобные кровати и много подушек. В номере был чайник с пакетикам чай-кофе-сахар, а также питевая вода в бутылках и печенье, чему дети были рады. Поздний заезд и ранний выезд - никаких проблем! Персонал очень любезен и говорит на многих языках. Заказывали через них такси и распечатывали посадочные талоны для полета - быстро, беспроблемно, с улыбкой. Очень приятное впечатление. Останавливались дважды в отеле Канада, оба раза остались довольны. Рекомендую с лёгким сердцем!

Местоположение просто отличное. В номере были вода, чай, чайник, косметические принадлежности. Номер был чистый, но требует косметического ремонта. Оставались на 1 ночь, всего для такой остановки более чем достаточно. Интернет работал нормально. Тихо, соседей слышно не было. Рядом магазин.

Отличное сочетание цена/качество. Достойные завтраки и отличный кофе. Удобное расположение - метро через дорогу, а аэропорт - 20 минут на метро. Рядом много мест, где можно хорошо поесть в пределах 10 евро. Приятный чистый район.

Не для тех, кто любит поспать - аэропорт в городе, слышно хорошо посадки и взлеты утром.

Отель брали, чтобы переночевать: поздний прилет, утренняя поездка в Порто. Прямая ветка метро от аэропорта, от метро, идти минуты 3. Месторасположение почти в центре. Круглосуточная стойка регистрации -очень быстро заселили ночью. Комната чистая, полотенца пушистые ))), был балкон -встретили красивый рассвет. Есть все необходимое: гель для душа, шампунь, холодильник, чайный набор. Понравилось все, спасибо!

Очень хороший отель. Расположение отличное, в 200 метрах от метро (прямая ветка в аэропорт). Хорошие завтраки с прекрасной выпечкой и отличным кофе. Также была мясная и сырная нарезка, омлет, фрукты, яичница и сосиски. В номере очень чисто, кондиционер работал. Хорошее белоснежное постельное белье, есть туалетные принадлежности. В ванной очень чисто, отличный душ, хорошая сантехника. Персонал очень доброжелательный. Рекомендую этот отель!

Отличное тихое место! Можно спать без проблем, если для кого-то это важно как для меня! Чистота, приветливый персонал, близко метро и супермаркет, рестораны также в шаговой доступности. Очень рекомендую! И действительно этот отель предлагает больше чем многие отели выше уровня.

Очень чистые и уютные небольшие номера, создающие ощущение дома. Удачно расположен близко к метро (Салданья), по ветке можно доехать до площади коммерции. Рядом есть много парковочных мест и отдельно - платная парковка.

Завтрак всегда однообразен, одни и те же блюда. За время завтрака несколько раз могут спросить номер комнаты.
