All the rest is good. Excellent position

Horrible persistent smell of canalization in the ground floor and clearly perceivable in the first and second floor. Luckily we were on the fifth floor, so that was ok. I am sorry for the staff that has to breath that air all day long. For their own good I hope they will fix it soon, maybe if was something temporary.

Some Halal breakfast options. Nice kitchen staff. Excellent location and close to two metro stations and many attractions and lively high street. Many breakfast and food options nearby.

We stayed in a superior double room. We requested two single beds but were given 1 double bed. The bathroom door in room 502 was really really creaky. We arrived at midnight and the man at reception didnt bother telling us about Breakfast arrangements for the morning even though breakfast was part of our booking. Hotel is On a Hill so requires some up hill walking. NO IRON, had to use the Laundry company 5mins walk away. Average pillows and poor quality mattress. Dont go by the impressive reception, ground floor gym and lounge area. The ground floor is done up to a very high standard. Whereas the rest of the hotel is not as modern.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent.

We had booked multiple rooms including a family room for 6. Unfortunately the family room looked nothing like the photos and two of the beds were small. Aesthetically this room was much worse than the others which were lovely. Having said that, we paid just over £100 each for 3 nights in a prime location, so it was great value for money.

A drains smell. Probably not their fault as work going on outside.
