It was great to have nice and quick 24h reception service, when first your trains are cancelled, then your flight is late and finally you arrive 17 hours later than planned! The hotel was clean and the size of the room was good - it was great to have enough space to both suitcases etc. The hotel had a nice swimming pool which they kindly opened for us when asked. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The location was good, a short taxi drive from the airport and a short metro trip to the old center. It was also possible to walk to the center through a park. The breakfast was good, including both standard options and local products, like Portuguese cheese and pastel de nata.

The minibar in the room made a bad noise during the first night - luckily this was easy to fix for the second. The opening times for the swimming pool were a bit complicated (there was different information in different places), however, they kindly opened the pool when we asked.

Breakfast was excellent, the same restaurant served dinner in the evening and the food was delicious.

The rooms are little outdated and TV in the room is old for a four star hotel.

The food in the restaurant is not good. Considering how good food is in Portugal otherwise I was very disappointed with the fish and chips which I would not call food. I know you can do better.

Very well located. It was an easy and quick uber ride from the airport and the hotel is located very close to a metro station for access to the historical centre and train station for trains direct to Sintra. There is a lidl close by that has a wide selection of pastries, snacks and drinks. The pool on the roof is great on a hot afternoon.

There is not enough seating around the pool. I saw one man having to sit on the floor.

The hotel was great just further our of town then I thought, other wise everything was as expected.

Impeccably clean and elegant

Pool was very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices to pick on your plate including fresh fruits, cereals, bread, warm dishes etc. Staff in hotel was very service-oriented. Good bed and pillows, spacy room.

I liked how modern looking it was. The front desk staff were superb and everyone spoke English which was great since that's all I speak! On the last night I asked if there was an ice bucket and was able to get one from the bar. The staff was very helpful with getting us a taxi and arranging a private tour to Fatima.

An ice bucket in the room and an ice machine but I think that is the "spoiled American" coming out!

The location was very convenient near a main metro and railway station with easy access to greater Lisbon. The breakfast was excellent and there are also some very good restaurants on streets near the hotel. In addition, there is a launderette close by for those travelers, who, like us, were on an extended trip. Very good value for money.

Being encouraged to buy a a hop on, hop off bus pass! It would have been nice to be presented with a number of different options.

The staff was very nice and we loved the blackout curtains which made us sleep like babies. The staff greeted us everyday when they saw us on our way in/out and went the extra mile when we had questions.

Excellent breakfast choice (including the essential custard tarts!). Well located for the metro. Comfortable rooms.

Bar area is a bit minimalist and dinner menu small, but both fine for a late bite/drink.

The highlight of this hotel is the staff. They were so professional, friendly and helpful it made us feel so welcome and added to our enjoyment of our holiday The breakfast was excellent with wide selection of food

We had some issues with the car park barrier, but the staff helped us on each occasion to gain access or exit

there was no fitness center. the location is not very convenient for Lisbon.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel is very clean and the rooms was cleaned every day. There is a refrigerator ,hair dryer and even coffee maker . You can find everything that you need in the room. The team was really nice and helpful . the breakfast was very tasty , we will definitely come back. Thank you Mercure

Staff were very friendly and helpful with our queries. Room was as expected. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful.

The air conditioning was not turned on. I understand for the people who live in warm weather a lot of the time that they would not think air conditioning was necessary. Being unused to such hot weather, (I felt it was hot), air conditioning should be available if required.

The hotel is on a quiet area and within walking distance from Sete Rios, a metro-bus-train station. Breakfast is very good and staff are very friendly and efficient. The room is comfortable.

The staff was helpful, location was central to all the places I wanted/needed to be near, the beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi was strong throughout my stay. The complimentary drink was also nice touch :)

The only thing I would change is put the sign on the outside of the mini-fridge about how it is sensitive to moving the things inside around. I checked with the concierge before leaving and was glad I did not get charged for the things I moved without realizing it.

Staff are super helpful; the pool facility is great, I was allowed to use it after checking out, whilst waiting for an evening flight.

The location is conveniently close to the university research institute I was visiting, and is close also to many other facilities of interest. It is very well connected to the city center. The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is extremely professional and kind

Two of the towels that were present in my room when I checked in had some stains, but they were promptly changed and this never happened again. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

The staff every excellent every single one were absolutely brilliant especially Rodrigo and Angela They looked after us so well when I had a health scare, they went beyond what one would expect anywhere. Their professionalism, dedication, warmth of customer care was without of the highest order. Mercure senior management should recognise their exemplary skills and be very proud of their representation. We will return and wish you use this endorsement without reservation. The hotel was located very close to The main railway and Coach station.......a short walk. Receptionist and Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. bedroom was warm and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom.

В целом, замечтальный отдых. Хороший ресторан внизу, не очень дорогой. Нормальное расположение. Рядом много парковок (они дешевле, чем подземная парковка отеля)
