Минусы: Allowing the option to change your ticket date, but failing all debit and credit cards payments offered, actually means that they are not allowing flight changes due to COVID related issues like they say they do. We had to book new tickets with another airline to get home.

Минусы: In several times the plane went down and up, and I think the pilot had no experience or it was the first time flying
Минусы: The flight was full and all seats were taken. It means it was impossible to maintain the required and necessary social distancing.
Минусы: I needed to change my ticket and Kayak had another agency issue the ticket. Kayak does not change tickets and the third party and the airline said only Kayak could make the change. Having to purchase a whole new ticket from the airline, save the money and frustration and avoid Kayak and just book directly with the airline. The ticket would have and should have been changed with no fees. $325 lesson learned.

Минусы: Boarding was very confusing. The waiting area was filled with people milling around, trying to find their line.
Минусы: My seat wasn’t clean. Dirt was visible. We used Clorox wipes to clean it before sitting down. If someone had previously sat there with an illness, we would certainly be at risk. Very disappointing to see during Covid-19 outbreak.

Минусы: The connection didn’t allow for enough time so I missed my connecting flight. LATAM doesn’t recognize PreCheck, even though US airports do offer that but without the printout boarding pass passengers can’t take advantage of the shorter lines. LATAM also charged for both flights to check baggage instead of charging once for the whole trip.

Минусы: I was trying to upgrade for business and the front desk told me Can only be done 24 hours. What diferentes it makes if I paid in front desk or by the phone?

Минусы: Awful baggage experience. Forced to check my carry-on and pay an absurd fee even tho (1) it is sized for the overhead bin, (2) the plane bins were well-sized, and (3) there were few passengers on board. Time and money wasted.

Минусы: music selection was not good. The crew has to try to wake you to offer you food instead of bypassing you in your eyes are shut. I never got a meal either way.
Минусы: Terrible airline and airport system... the boarding system is a disaster... after waiting in line for so long they send you to different counters to pay for bags... on top of that they didn’t check in one of the 6 in my group by the attendant’s mistake and they closed the flight in us...there is a bussing system that “takes you to the plane” and when we finally made it to our gate the bus made their last of the 2 trips to the plane. So we lost our flight to Cusco and ruined our entire first day of touring in Cusco..... your system or multiple check in/ cashier/customer service counters is a disaster and it makes zero sense. I will NOT fly latam again.
Минусы: Call for stewards was not working and the temperature of the flight was miserable. Kept asking to reduce the cold and nothing. I had a window seat and there was no way to avoid the air/ac on my face the entire flight. MISERABLE!

Минусы: Check-in was terrible, the agent checked our suitcase and then found out that we can't take the flight and the suitcase was gone. After waiting 3 hours at Medellin the suitcase was still not found. We left , besides we missed half of our vacation day, and after calling a lot we got the suitcase back in Guatapé. So much trouble for us because the agent was not able to do the check-in properly.

Минусы: Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies.
