Отель безумно понравился. Я в полном восторге. Отель располагается в нац. парке, отличный дизайн, красивый номер, хороший ресторан, вкусная еда, прекрасное обслуживание, обалденный бассейн внутри, который соединяется с внешним бассейном и джакузи...и все это с красивым видом на горы, пусть и невысокие

Английский язык персонала на ресепшене недостаточно хорош, иногда объяснялись на пальцах

I thought the building itself was quite beautiful inside, with lots of sculpture and art work. The exterior seemed somewhat at odds with the quaint village it edged on but it was very elegantly done.

I would definitely go again and with more time to enjoy the pools.

You have been very successful in chosing and training the staff. In my mind it is the most important factor in the hotel business. All of them show a very good balance between being well informed, interested to help, but not imposing their knowledge and "selling" at every moment. The best way to sell is to provide a service that the customer appreciates and want to have more of and that is what Soraia in the Spa managed to do for me and my wife. She should be commended for her professionalism and pleasant appearance.

It would facilitate to have a place where you can hang robes and towels in connection with the saunas. It is now very important to maintain properly all the nice installations. The shower outside the sauna was not working when we were there.

Fantastic location, excellent staff. Room comfortable and spa facilities first class.

The very good swimmingpool, the building and the way it was carefully build, the nice staff, the fair breakfast...

That there´s no full information on the website about the extras: for instance that you have to pay €5,00 for the swimmcap (that is compulsory); that the extra bed, is an extra maplebed and not a bed...
