The staff was very nice, helpfull and comprehensive. Good location.

The shower was broken so we did not have to pay for the room.

The location was in the heart of Cortona. Clean, good sized and well appointed room. Small quaint establishment reasonably priced with the most helpful proprietor.I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Very helpful staff who reserved at restaurants and taxis. Great location in heart of Cortona. Comfortable, clean room with modern conveniences.

Rooms face the street so be ready for early morning hmmm of shops opening...

Andreas was very helpful and went above and beyond to accomodate us. The hotel is 20 yds off the Piazza Signorelli so very close. There is a parking area outside the wall on the same street, which made it easy-you can even drive in and drop off luggage then go back and park. The breakfast was at the piazza which is always fun for people watching! Beautiful, charming little town and great hotel

The hotel is in the perfect place in Cortona. Andrea is a great host and the room was very clean and well decorated. We loved it.

We could have used an extra blanket.
