The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed during freezing snowy conditions and the hotel was cosy

The location was perfect for me, plus the advantage of the carparking on site. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was lovely and warm and nicely decorated.

My inconsiderate neighbour started playing very loud music at 05.30, but the staff came and asked him to stop, which he immediately did. This does not reflect on the hotel at all, just on one individual, whom I was unlucky to get a room at the side of!
